The food was amazing, the price was reasonable for the services provided and the entire staff did an outstanding job in making this event a night to remember. the minute I met with Elizabeth Craig. I was originally skeptical about the room layout because it is more of an "L" shape and not square, but Elizabeth put my mind at ease when she explained and showed me how great weddings look at the CCC. I really liked that this venue has two different ceremony sites (one in front of the water fall and one under oak trees) with an inside ballroom with a great view of the grounds. I realized very quickly with the venues I had previously visited that the events coordinator positions were a revolving door. Many of the reviews I read about them indicated how the person that they originally booked with was not the same one that was employed the day of their wedding, which concerned me. I felt very safe with Elizabeth's tenure with the same property and the experience she had with the number of weddings she had been apart of. To me, that sealed the deal and I did not regret that decision. We had 120 people at our wedding with a 5-piece band, a photo green screen, an ice sculpture, bar and three other decor tables, plus the guest tables, and the room was not over crowded one bit. Thank you to the whole teem at CCC, everyone was amazing!

The best part of having our wedding at Countryside Country Club was working with Elizabeth Craig, the Event Director. She was extremely helpful throughout our year of planning and took a large amount of stress off of my shoulders. She recommended only the highest quality outside vendors and worked with them to get us the best deals! She was highly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout this past year. She always took care of any issues or concerns promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Like I told her, she is truly the right person for the job. We also had a chance to work with Chef John as we asked for an entirely customized menu. He happily met with us to discuss our menu and to find out our exact preferences. The food turned out to be exceptional! He did a phenomenal job! We received many compliments on the food and we loved it! The only issue was that a few of my guests complained that there food got taken away when they left their seats and that they never got to eat! Other than that, it was great.

This made planning the wedding extremely easy and we were able to get everything done in less than 6 moths. We used all of the recommended vendors, which worked out really well because Elizabeth has relationships with the vendors. We received so many compliments about our wedding and the service was impeccable. Everything was executed flawlessly and the staff worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was getting done. We didn't worry about a thing and our day was perfect!

The Countryside Country Club also has the backing of being a prestigious Club Corp property, which are known to host PGA events and have gorgeous golf courses across the country. The venue is gorgeous and we chose to have our ceremony on the green directly behind the clubhouse and our reception was in a gorgeous room with glass along the entire wall looking out to the golf course. Plus, there is no way to have such a great wedding as affordable as they make it. We are research junkies so we evaluated all options and several clubs in the area. We 'clicked' with Elizabeth from the moment we met. I used to work for years in the fine dining business when I was younger and now I am in the sales and marketing profession so it was easy to spot her as being someone that can run point to make everything happen. Communication was excellent, she has a great listing of recommended vendors, and they consolidate the bill for the vendors so you're not running around handing checks to everyone (this is worth its weight in gold). We chose our cake, DJ, specialty linens, flowers, etc. from her recommended vendors. Elizabeth does a great job of taking control and making sure all of the little requests you have are accommodated. Everything was set and in order on the day of the wedding, linens looked incredible, cigars out on the balcony, cake table ready, etc. The venue was stunning. Our pictures are amazing out by the lake and around the club itself. Food was buffet style and people raved about it, staff was there but you didn't even realize it (not an easy feat to pull off). Everything ran flawlessly. They served us first so we did not have to worry about it and they even fixed us a big plate of all of our different cakes. We could not have asked for a better venue with Elizabeth Craig helping to pull it together like a pro. I highly recommend Countryside Country Club for a fairytale wedding! Jamie

her job was to give me the wedding of my dreams. This was our very first conversation (my amazing first impression of her). The day of the wedding Elizabeth took charge of everything. And at this point, I completely trusted her, because its what she does, and she is so darn good at it! She was there for anything, to support us, make us laugh, and most importantly make everything as smooth as possible. The staff was wonderful as well! To anyone who tells you, you don't have time to eat at your wedding; its true you don't, BUT as soon as our food was set out to serve, the staff made sure to bring the first plates to us!! The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Countryside Country Club is a beautiful venue, I would recommend this Country Club to anyone! Elizabeth kept her promise, she went above and beyond and gave me the wedding of my dreams.

I went to Countryside Country Club to get venue information she was great. I Love love loved her fun personality and ultimately she is the reason I decided to go with Countryside Country Club. She is amazing to work with, always gets right back to you, gave me recommendations for venders that were all amazing, always on top of everything and really makes sure everything is very personal and foolproof, she really loves what she does and she absolutely rocks at it! The club itself is amazing, the whole staff is very friendly and always there to help. We had a groomsman in a wheelchair and the club bent over backwards for us to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. Elizabeth decorates the hall magical and perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect in every way :)

We planned everything in about 1 month. Minimized the stress. I have attended many weddings that cost more with a year worth of planning and nothing can come close.My guest all thought we spent much more and some newlyweds were even envious. We cannot say enough on how great the event went. Well worth much more the cost. We really feel blessed to have Elizabeth,her staff and their perfect venue there for us. Not only did she do an extraordinary job calming my nerves from the last minute changes, she helped make our special day more beautiful than I could have every imagined it with plan 'B'! Our wedding party and guests traveled from near and far. From Florida and Georgia to Colorado and California, we had many different personality types all together. Elizabeth made an effort to bond and get to know as many people as she could, and everyone loved her! When it was time for business, she knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure everyone fell into line! She did a truly amazing job and adjusted to a venue she had never seen before, as well as every curve ball that I threw her way! Our wedding would not have been the same without her! Elizabeth truly allowed me to let go and enjoy my special day, without having to worry about a thing, and for that I am truly grateful! Every bride and groom should have that on their wedding day and someone as talented and caring as Elizabeth to help make it happen!

Our event planner was very organized, returned my many e-mails and calls promptly, and made sure every last detail was perfect. I have personally never had great food at a wedding until my own wedding. We had a buffet style dinner with chicken parm, grilled salmon, and beef. It was all excellent and the chef even greeted us at our food tasting to be sure we were pleased with our choices. Countryside Country Club also has so many places for beautiful pictures. Elizabeth took us around the property to make sure we were able to get all of the beautiful wedding pictures we wanted. As mentioned before, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am so incredibly pleased with the entire day as a whole. From start to finish.

The food at the club was even better on the wedding day than it was at our tasting (which I didn't think would be possible) and as far as I know, the day went off without a hitch. Also, we originally had planned our wedding for December but my husband got his deployment orders. Countryside country club gladly let us reschedule our wedding for an earlier date and was very understanding. The day of the wedding could not have gone smoother. Elizabeth was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff at CCC. It rained up until about 2 hours before the ceremony...Elizabeth believed it would stop and she was right! It was perfect!!! The food was wonderful...and the drinks! There is just too many good things to write about CCC...if you are considering this venue, go for it!!! Best decision we have made!

The rest of the staff was wonderful especially Rossi and Jane and we couldn't have had a better experience. This really became our second home during the almost year of planning and we loved every bit of it. Our ceremony and reception were gorgeous and Elizabeth (along with my mother; had to include her too!) helped make my visions a reality. She recommended other wonderful vendors to us and Elizabeth was more than helpful with suggestions and ways for us to save money in other areas of our wedding. In addition the cost for everything we got was more reasonable than anywhere else and way better quality. The food was amazing and all of our guests have gone out of their way to let us know how much they enjoyed the food, staff and ambiance of the club as well. We had our rehearsal dinner in a downstairs banquet room, our ceremony on the golf course which was beautiful and our reception in the upstairs ballroom which was elegant and breathtaking with a view overlooking the golf course. My bridesmaids and I were able to get there as early as we wanted to start getting ready and had a nice area to do so in. The chef made us something that wasn't even on the menu as an appetizer because he heard it was my favorite and the whole club was willing to accommodate our every want and need. While we did work with a lot of great vendors, having our wedding at Countryside Country Club was by far the best decision we made and would and will recommend it to anyone. We loved, loved loved it!

She was full of good ideas and made the day so perfect for us. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! They were so flexible and willing to work with us for all of our ideas. We had 125 guests, and for everything we got, it was a great value! Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision. The whole day was perfect and Elizabeth and the Country Club staff were a big part of that.

I would've been lost and not have even known the small details(but so pertinent) that Elizabeth voluntarily stepped up and did. She makes sure your day is exactly what you dreamed of. She will work hard for you and give you her passion, professional, caring self and you will not be disappointed.

The price was reasonable and when we didn't meet up our minimum quota (because we had a rather small wedding), Elizabeth went out of her way to personally purchase a ton of candy to make a candy bar for our guests!!! She truly wanted for us to get a good value out of the reception cost...and we did. Countryside has a beautiful golf course and the room we were placed in had a great view of it.

cross Countryside Country Club. One of the main reasons I chose this venue was due to the beautiful indoor facilities that would serve as a back-up ceremony site in case of rain. Due to the fact that my husband and I were getting married in the summer, I knew that weather would be an issue. The day of my wedding, it was raining, humid, and extremely hot. The staff was calm and reassuring, giving me the option to do whatever I felt comfortable with. We ended up doing the ceremony indoors and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Elizabeth and the entire staff at Countryside were accommodating, professional, friendly, and flexible during the entire planning process as well as on the day of the event. My wedding party and I were able to get into the venue as early as we wanted to get ready in the locker rooms downstairs, and although the ceremony was outside, we were still given free reign to take photos anywhere on the beautiful property and golf course. As far as the reception, we chose to do an open bar option with a buffet-style dinner including a chef-cut prime rib, salmon, and chicken. The food was fantastic- I am still receiving compliments from my guests. The open bar never had a line, as the staff was swift but professional in their bartender skills. Elizabeth worked tirelessly with my vendors to ensure a smooth evening and even offered to pay everyone for me so that I only needed to worry about giving the club one payment for everything. Lastly, I loved the fact that my wedding was the only event occurring that evening. I only had 48 guests and at other venues, we would have had to settle for their smallest room and having at least one other wedding in the building at the same time. At this venue, we took up their only large ballroom and still had an extra room for the ceremony as well as a room for photos and for the wedding party to congregate following the ceremony. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful ceremony and reception space for their wedding and/or any other event. Great value for the money - I would change nothing!

She had so much energy and had no monkey business (everywhere else there always seemed to be that extra hidden thing or stuffiness)... she was just what I was looking for, a breath of fresh air. Our wedding was on June 16th, 2012, and it was a blast! Elizabeth made sure that everything was in order before and during our event, I couldn't have asked for anything better. She always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and happy. She was a delight to work with and followed through with everything just right. The food was delicious, the staff was super, and the room looked amazing! I highly recommend the Countryside Country Club. Your special day will be everything you thought it would be and more!

nd dealt calmly with all of the changes I came up with. She made lots of helpful suggestions. The set up was beautiful. They even let us borrow golf carts for some fun pictures! One of her staff even went out of his way to get the photographer a drink...so you know if they treat others vendors that well, think about how they treat your guests! She had some hourdevours delievered to oru staging area so we could eat after pictures, and let us bring food in while we got ready in the morning. We also kept our flowers there the night before since we had made them ourselves! The y will let you borrow any of their vases for your arrangements to save you some money, and Elizabeth will even try to get you upgraded linens. She was fantastic, and the club is beautiful. It was also the best priced option in town. I'd highly recomend it!

The only issue we had was we were orginally told our rental fee included the whole space. The put up a divider wall and had a Christmas party next to our wedding. Some drunk people made their way next door to our wedding, drank at our bar and signed our guest book. The club gave us an extra foursome of golf as compensation.... which didn't really make me too happy. I felt like they should have done more.

The food is excellent and is very reasonable. And the wedding coordinator, Elizabeth is the best! She has great ideas and is the sweetest person! Would definily reccomend the country club.
