terpieces and bouquet of my dreams. They were very patient, kind and helpful in explaining the different floral options and ensuring I was getting the colorful, wildflowers I wanted. I loved that they utilize local farms and knowing my flowers were local to NH, as much as they could be! When working with Jim and Jen, they showed me the florals they had in the store and walked me around and talked through all the information and design. It is evident that they experts in their craft and take it very seriously! The other staff working were very kind and helpful as well. They were upfront and honest with the entire process and extremely responsive. Even though I requested very delicate flowers, they were very high quality and are still looking beautiful at my house well past my wedding! It’s clear that they have very high expectations for the quality of florals they sell. My bouquet was seriously a work of art and identical to the inspo photo I showed Jen. I’ll be dreaming of it the rest of my life! I will never get over the stunning anemones and ranunculus!!

ality, poor arrangement, & shameful. Save your money!

ional $15 for a damn card charge????? Ordered my mother and my wife the highest upgrade of a Mother’s Day arrangement AND another garden arrangement of plants for my wife. My wife’s flowers were delivered and not only were appeared to have been arranged by a 5-year-old, but were of no comparison to style flowers, colors, quality or even vase size. Not only that, they did not deliver her garden arrangement with it!!!! I do have an understanding that they have the right to substitute in the event that they haven’t got the same flowers as ordered on hand, however this arrangement was a travesty. The greatest disappointment was seeing my wife try to pretend to like it as I know she appreciated the gesture, but this was obviously horrid. I left a nasty rating prior to calling the florist which was prematurely acted out of frustration and disappointment. I shortly deleted the rating on social media and decided to be a gentlemen and call. They agreed to deliver the garden arrangement on Mother’s Day and did offer to send a new flower arrangement which I refused. I messaged them via Facebook with a picture comparison of what I ordered and what I got. No response but I could see it was read. I sent another message informing them that I wanted them to pick up the arrangement they delivered that day as I was not interested in keeping it. Again, message showed it was read, but no response. Come Mother’s Day, I get a message on my answering machine NOT telling me they were on their way, but that they had left the garden arrangement on my front steps in the cold rain and never picked up the flowers I wanted returned. The garden arrangement sat on my front steps in the cold rain for hours. They still charged me for everything. I paid approximately $300 for a travesty arrangement of chaos. I will gladly show people the picture of what we received versus what we ordered and you can judge yourself if the vase of weeds is worth $100…. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

d look on the day of the wedding. The detailed invoice of what flowers would be used, to the set-up of table centerpieces to the ultimate bridal bouquet was fantastic. So many of our guests raved about the selection of flowers! I highly recommend Countryside Florist, not only for weddings, but for all occasions.
