We found Courtenay when our daughter's first wedding was postponed due to Covid. We had been working with Robin Wood (who we also loved) but our new postponed date was not available for her. She recommended several florists to us and Courtenay was one of them. While it was disheartening to be postponing, she rallied us when we needed it. We were also switching from a New Year's wedding (black & white & festive) to a late June wedding. Because the bridal party already had their black gowns and suits, it wasn't like we were going to be planning a colorful, whimsical summer wedding. Courtenay took the ideas we had fallen in love with from Robin and embellished and added to them to make it the most beautiful setting we could have imagined. She helped us switch to more summer blooms but kept the same pallet. She transformed the Monastery Event Center into an even more beautiful venue than we thought possible. Every bloom, every piece of greenery and filler, complimented the ancient walls and the vineyard tables. It took my breath away when I walked in to see the ceremony set up. Her team is like no other. After hours of setting the ceremony, they were waiting in the wings with tiered rolling carts ready to transform the room from ceremony to reception in 45 minutes flat. She had adequate staff that also came back at midnight to disassemble everything and pack it all up. Every staff member was friendly, efficient and kind. There were times when I questioned the value of spending what we did on florals, but when I saw that room, I would have done it all over again just to be able to be surrounded by such beauty. Courtenay and her team were truly transformational and took something that was already majestic and beautiful and made it truly exquisite and surely unforgettable.

The beauty the CLF team creates through flowers is incredible. They took our vision and made it into reality. Not only is there entire team knowledgeable and incredible, but they are also so friendly and accommodating. The entire process was easy and streamlined. They make sure you have exactly what you want within your budget.

We loved every single aspect of working with Courtenay. She came highly recommended by a friend of ours, and she did not disappoint! Her process gave us so much confidence that she was going to deliver beautiful flowers - and she did! We originally planned for a 180 person wedding in May 2020, but had to reschedule to October and downsize to immediate family only due to Covid. When Covid restrictions began, her team was the first to proactively reach out to offer help and answer any questions we had about rescheduling. She delivered our original vision on a smaller scale and our families are still talking about how much they loved our flowers!

Courtenay, Amanda, and team are nothing short of amazing! They have done mine, both of my sisters‘, and a number of friends’ weddings. Each one was absolutely gorgeous and unique. They take your vision and execute it so beautifully. The floral hanging installation above the dance floor they created is some I will never forget! Can’t say enough wonderful things about Courtenay. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Extremely professional and reliable. We had purchased our own candelabra’s and she worked with us to creative centerpieces to compliment our candelabra’s. The photographer also complimented her on packing the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers with ice and providing extra clothes when they were packaged/delivered to make sure that water didn’t transfer onto their gowns.

For our special day, Courtenay and her team were extremely accommodating. We were planning a wedding in Cincinnati whilst living in France, which made the organization all the more difficult. Through email, FaceTime, photo sharing and last minute review, Courtenay and her team showed the upmost attention to our requests. Including even procuring Peonies from Alaska as they were out of season locally! They really understood exactly what we wanted and were extremely friendly and helpful in providing it. In addition, they did very well to manage the communication with us as an anxious couple coming in from abroad for the special event. The setup at the event was executed flawlessly. We personally had a hiccup with rain that required the movement of chairs and floral arrangements from outdoors to indoors at the last minute and Courtenay and her team were right there to help us move, setup and perfect the new ceremony space. At the end of the special event, Courtenay and her team were there to help ensure the organization of the floral arrangements to take home with us. All in all, we could not rate them high enough. The floral arrangements were perfect and the service they provided was above and beyond our expectation.

There aren't enough wonderful things that can be said about Courtenay and her entire team! She will bring your vision to life beyond anything you can imagine. Her work took our wedding from modest to magical; and she kept me involved, on time, and on budget every step of the way. Courtenay also offers full planning, design, and day-of coordination; and had I known this before I hired a Wedding Planner, I would have used her for everything. She knew that I was struggling getting support from my Planner as deadlines were fast approaching; and she stepped in took on some of the role without any hesitation or different expectations from me as a florals/design-only client. I would have been a wreck without her help and support, and for that I am so grateful. On our wedding day, there were 3 other receptions at our venue. Every member of the venue staff that I encountered, could not stop gushing about how magnificent our reception was and how our room made the other wedding pale in comparison. WOW! Courtenay and her team are amazing and truly created the wedding of my daughter's dreams! From the initial meeting to the moment of the venue reveal, Courtenay was there for us! Courtenay and her team are amazing! I was a bit of an indecisive bride and Courtenay was so patient while I changed my tablescapes multiple times. Not only was everything absolutely beautiful, but there were timing issues with the venue having tables set up and they still got it done and it looked GORGEOUS. The floral wall for the ceremony and photo booth was such a hit and exceeded my expectations. When my bouquet went missing at the venue the next day, Courtenay and Amanda immediately responded and told me exactly where they left it and I was able to recover it from someone who had taken it home. Courtenay Lambert Designs served as our floral and event planning specialists for the rehearsal dinner. They implemented the choices that we made on colors and floral preferences into a stunning finished product that pulled together everything that we imagined and then some! Even the lighting details helped create a magnificent space. Since I live many hours away from the wedding site and had only visited the rehearsal dinner space once, they created the finished product with my input but also with my trust in their capability to make some choices for me. It was perfect!

Absolutely perfect. I found a beautiful design on the website, gave them a very basic idea of what I wanted, asked them to call the event coordinator, and BOOM perfect flowers all around. Designing the floral arrangements for our big day with Courtenay was a great experience. She was very up-front, helping to bring us back into line with our budget while still getting beautiful flowers. My wife has very particular tastes, and Courtenay hit it out of the ballpark.
