Courtney was literally a dream come true. Our first florist that we had hired cancelled on us a few months before our original wedding date (June) and left us scrambling to find so...
meone new! Finding Courtney was literally a god-send that I will never forget. She was so compassionate and immediately jumped in with two feet to help us pick up where we had left off designing like she had worked with us from the start.
When COVID hit and we were forced to push our wedding back, Courtney was originally booked with another wedding and was going to have to miss our day, but worked so hard to find an associate she had worked with before to come and install our flowers for us. Luckily Courtney was actually able to make it after all!
When our original design plans fell through after the venue switched things up on us last minute, Courtney immediately had 10 other game plans ready to go and was so incredibly flexible. I gave her full creative design and just told her my color scheme and she created such an incredibly beautiful space.
Her professionalism and experience are evident throughout every conversation you have with her and she went way above and beyond all expectations to help us make everything perfect!
I would highly highly recommend working with Courtney. The whole experience was the least stressful part of planning a wedding (even with last minute vendor changes, design changes, and date changes due to a pandemic).
We can't thank you enough for all of your help and the beautiful work you did!!
Where do I start? When envisioning my dream wedding, flowers always played a starring role. Growing up in Arizona, I always dreamed of big, bold colors in a desert setting. But whe...
n I decided to get married at Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, a classic Virginia mansion/vineyard in the Fall, I wondered if my ideas could transfer. Courtney ensured they did, and WOW did she deliver my dream wedding flowers.
From our first phone call, I knew Courtney was the one. Among the many floral designers I follow on Instagram, Courtney's work stood out to me. I wanted asymmetrical, creative designs, and lots of them. Courtney helped me bring these ideas to life. I wanted pinks, blues, oranges, chorals, and yellows, and I even hoped to incorporate fruits into our floral displays but I was concerned this would come across as a bit "Spring-y" in the Fall. But fear not, Courtney did an incredible job making it all work so wonderfully. Seriously, aside from marrying the love of my life, the flowers were my favorite part of our wedding day. I still cannot get over how beautiful and perfect everything was, including the floral escort card tree, and neither can my guests. People are raving about the florals (and colorful candle centerpieces), and Courtney and her team deserve all the credit. I only wish I could have taken all the flowers with me and saved them forever.
Courtney is a dream to work with: responsive, creative, and the sweetest person on earth. She is truly talented and I felt like my wedding was as important to her as it was to me. Finally, the way she prices her services makes booking easy and allows for flexibility as your wedding plans come into focus and change with the circumstances.
Courtney is THE BEST. I cannot recommend her and her work highly enough. She will make your dreams come true and you'll want to be her best friend forever.
I cannot say enough good things about Courtney, both as a floral designer and as a person. She is so incredibly talented and made our vision come to life with ease, and some how ma...
de it more beautiful than we imagined. She is also kind, genuine and thoughtful; a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I wish I could work with her again and again!
Where do I start! Courtney is the best decision I made for my wedding! She was everything to me during planning all the way until now! I swear that girl can do it all! She was basi...
cally a bridesmaid and if I had an extra dress for her, I’d have her standing with my bridal party. If you are looking at multiple florists, just stop because you will never regret bringing Courtney on! She will always go more than above and beyond. If I could go back and change anything about my wedding day, I would certainly NOT change hiring Courtney! I’d hire her again and again and again! I swear I bugged her so much about the plans and she always was equally excited every single time! She makes you truly feel like you are her only bride, even though you know she is the absolute busiest! She is so incredibly talented, I mean her work speaks for itself. My friends and family could not stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers and table decor was. I mean they were fighting over who was going to take what arrangement at the end of the night haha! Gosh I can go on and on about this flower power girl boss!! If you are looking for a vendor to turn into a life long friend, she’s definitely you’re girl! You need this girl in your corner!
From start to finish, Courtney is simply amazing, and a 5 star review really doesn't do her justice. She was an absolutely incredible addition to our wedding night, and I could not...
be more thankful to have had her as a part of my vendor team.
From my first conversation with Courtney, I got the indication that she puts everything that she has into delivering an amazing experience for her couples. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, was always willing to make changes and adjustments (with a pretty indecisive bride lol), and REALLY helped make my floral vision come to life! She is unbelievably talented and very creative, and really made this process easy for someone who knew nothing about flowers. She even created a shared Pinterest board for the two of us, so that we could bounce images and ideas back and forth with one another! Her design proposal is also very detailed (with lots of pictures) and was very helpful in giving me a visual representation of what our space was going to look like on our wedding day!
I was in constant communication with Courtney throughout the entire process. She was willing to meet face to face multiple times to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, and spent a lot of time with me on Facetime making sure that all of the final details were ready to go! I remember telling Courtney in our first conversation that florals were on the lower end of my priority list, but as we got closer to our wedding day I realized how much these small details really can make a difference! She is also incredibly knowledgable about the wedding industry in general and helped me find both the perfect venue and photography team!
On our actual wedding day, Courtney and her husband Jason were fantastic. They were there early and stayed late to make sure everything was set up perfectly and really helped make sure that the day ran smoothly! Courtney and Jason were also invited as guests and somehow managed to balance getting all of the work done while still being able to enjoy the night with some of our closest friends!
We couldn't recommend Courtney highly enough! She was an integral part of making our wedding one of the best days of our lives, and we can't thank her enough for all of her help and support throughout the entire process!
I wish I had more than 5 stars to give...because Courtney is THAT amazing!!! I knew as soon as Courtney took time to video chat with me while I was in the early stages of planning ...
a wedding for Virginia all the way from Texas that she was exactly who I wanted to work with. She was warm, helpful, inspiring, and immediately envisioned my dream I was describing. She so generously sent me a welcome gift in the mail after becoming a client and always made me feel like her priority as a bride. She even sent me a Starbucks giftcard in the month leading up to our wedding to relieve stress! I mean, c'mon -- I was seriously spoiled!!
I couldn't imagine feeling more valued by Courtney throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is incredibly responsive to communication, detail-oriented, and wonderfully creative. From designing my beautiful bridal portrait bouquet (and driving an hour to meet my mom for pick-up!), to coordinating with my mother-in-law on creating amazing arrangements for our wedding rehearsal last-minute, to going above and beyond to bring my floral visions to life, to including gorgeous touches on the wedding day such as her hand-dyed silk ribbons and my mom's favorite baby's breath flower in the corsages...she made everything perfect from start to end. Since our wedding in April, I haven't stopped getting compliments about our wedding florals (some have said they're the most beautiful they've ever seen!) and I would give anything to hold that fluffy bridal bouquet once again. Most of all, I now consider Courtney a sweet friend of mine and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride getting married. She and her whole team worked so hard the week of the wedding and the wedding day to make everything look spectacular, and we're just so grateful. Truly, the photos speak for themselves!
Courtney was hands down my best and easiest decision for my wedding. First off, we have used Courtney’s services twice now (once for my sisters wedding and then mine) because she i...
s that good. Courtney is extremely talented and when you give her an inspiration idea, she brings it to life and then some. Courtney was so patient with a few of my last minute ideas and made it happen. I was so impressed with my flowers and so sad to leave the ones I brought home after the wedding when we left for our honeymoon. If you are looking for a florist Courtney is someone you can rely on and trust that will deliver. I had to do an indoor ceremony at the last minute because of the rain and she brightened my day with the way she transformed the plan B ceremony. Thank you Courtney!
Courtney was an absolute dream to work with. From our very first meeting, I knew she would be the perfect florist for my wedding. She was so kind and was so patient with all of the...
changes I made since I wasn't entirely sure of what I wanted in my wedding florals when we got started. Instead of adding pressure she used her great vision and creativity to help discover my taste. My floral design plan evolved from soft and romantic to woodsy and wild, and ended up being the perfect celebration of a fall enchanted forest evening. I would have never realized this design without Courtney's help and expertise. She was so professional and quick on her feet, I think I even forgot to tell her I changed the seating plan last minute and was having a sweetheart table instead of a head table. Even with that surprise she still managed to decorate it with amazing florals and greenery and made it perfect! It was a magical evening thanks to her hard work. Booking with Courtney is a no brainer, plus you will make an awesome friend who loves getting coffee with you in the process. Thank you again!!

ngements and installations - were jaw-dropping gorgeousness. Courtney was also so professional and so easy to work with that I would highly recommend her services. I kept telling her I just wish I could have hung out with the flowers longer!
Wholeheartedly recommend Courtney for your floral needs. She is incredibly professional and thoughtful, taking as much time as needed to coordinate and ensure that you are getting ...
the exact look that you're hoping for. And her flowers....flawless. I could not have imagined anything better. She knew what I wanted better than I did! From the initial consultation to the wedding day, and after, Courtney was an absolute pleasure.

SC where we live now & Courtney helped make the planning process so much fun & stress free! We had countless FaceTime calls and every time we were back home in VA she was always willing to come meet with us in person! Courtney transformed a very modern looking ballroom into a rustic, greenery filled, beautiful room for our reception- it was breathtaking! I had endless compliments on my bridal bouquet & the floral arbor for our ceremony! Courtney was a dream to work with & her floral designs truly made our ceremony & reception exactly what we had always wished & hoped for!!! We cannot thank Courtney & her team enough for everything they did for us!!! If you can snag Courtney Inghram Floral Design for your big day I promise all of your wedding floral expectations will be exceeded!!
Omg courtney was the best decision for my wedding ❤️❤️❤️ I am a teacher and didn’t have a huge budget for flowers. I thought about buying flowers in bulk and doing them myself but...
decided that it was too stressful. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on finding a good florist that I could afford. She worked with me and my budget and she figured out the best bang for my buck. Everyone at my wedding has been raving about the decorations- her and her team styled my tables beautifully! I could not be happier with how everything looked, how she took my smaller budget and made the most out of it. The bouquets were out of this world beautiful. She was extremely professional and communicated with me quickly and answered every question. She is just the best!!

school, and when I first found out she was a florist I was so excited and knew I needed to book her for my wedding. I currently live in California, and she made it a breeze planning a wedding from across the country. I was constantly sending her emails with pictures of how i wanted things to look and she knocked it out of the park. We skyped throughout my year of planning and she is seriously the best person in the world to work with. Our flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and I got SO many compliments on them throughout the night. 10/10 would recommend her. If I ever have another event in the future where I need flowers I will 100% reach out to her. You will not go wrong booking her for any event!!

ion, I knew that she had to be on my vendor team! The planning process with her was so easy and even though we live in different cities, she made time for us to grab coffee and catch up when I was passing through Richmond! She went above and beyond to make sure my flowers were perfect and that the day went smoothly. One of my favorite pieces she designed was the flower comb for my hair. She even brought along extra olive clippings and made the suggestion to put these into my hair to accent the comb and the end result was so beautiful! She also has such an awesome collection of lanterns and votives that I didn’t need to stress about finding those extra details for our table. I could not have envisioned more gorgeous wedding flowers or a better experience with Courtney!

auty, and ability to convey designs and concepts in a clear way to flower “newbies.” As it relates to her planning services, we were most impressed with how easy she made the month of planning especially for out of state clients. Courtney was very diligent, task-oriented, accessible, and easy to get along with. We can’t say enough praises for Courtney’s work ethic, attention to detail, passion for her work, and ease to work with in what was a perfect wedding.
Courtney blessed my wedding with her knowledge of floral, understanding of different atmosphere vibes, talent, and love for people. She honestly killed it!!!! My wedding day was ...
something I couldn't have even imagined. She capsulated my vision and turned it into a dream! I saw my wedding bouquet that she hand delivered to me that morning. It was swoon-worthy! Again, far exceeded the expectations I had. Then, I saw my bridesmaids bouquets which were also lush with color. Her passion is so clearly felt and seen in all of the displays. I entered my wedding ceremony space and while my groom took my breath away, the hand tossed burgundy rose petals outlining the aisle, the garland swaying off the fireplace boasting deep floral colors, and the four pedestals with our grand (reused) high centerpieces outlining the space made me weak in the knees. It only got better as she decorated the Crystal Ballroom we had our reception in. Courtney uses her resources and makes them go so far. I knew Courtney was talented, but she literally far out-passed the expectations I had and what I thought was a dream was bread-crumbs in comparison to her work! THANK YOU Courtney!!!! I especially made a friend out of all of this! She is so personable and listened during my mini-bridal moments when I questioned so many things and freaked out along the way. I am so glad I found her and trusted her. She knows what she is doing, and most importantly enjoys it. It shows!

iming me with ideas about floral design, and planning long distance with me. She did a great job of adapting her plan to our rain plan when we made that decision. She transformed all of our spaces beautifully, and made our wedding so magical. She made it feel warm, cozy, and beautiful inside our venue. We are so thankful to have worked with her! We have repotted the succulents from my bouquet, and will cherish them as a reminder of our marriage long after our wedding day. Thank you, Courtney!

ams, as well as all the other florals she did for the day... they could not have been more perfect! The florals she did truly helped make our day beautiful and I am so thankful for the friend I have found in Courtney through this whole process. I would recommend her 100%!
Courtney was absolutely fabulous! My fiance and I were living in Florida while planning our wedding back home in Virginia Beach. I was nervous about finding vendors that could see ...
my vision from so far away. But after my first consultation with Courtney, nerves were put at ease and excitement set in. She took the time to listen to what I was envisioning while at the same time offering her expertise. She stayed with me through the whole process and by the time of our wedding, I thought I knew what I was getting...and was so excited! However, everything turned out 10X better than my imagination! She captured everything I possibly wanted and made it that much better. I adored my bouquet that captured my personality so well. Another favorite was this eucalyptus greenery that went along the back of my ceremony chairs and was repurposed for my head table..it was so lush and beautiful that everyone couldn't believe it was real! Courtney was incredible and if there was a rating greater than 5 stars she would receive it from my now husband and I without question! I would recommend Courtney again and again to every Bride looking to make your wedding beautiful!

he Beautiful Beginnings Giftaway and my husband, Shane & I were the lucky winners. From the first day I spoke with Courtney, I felt like I had known her forever! She was super sweet and expressed a strong interest in knowing exactly what I wanted for my big day. She played such a huge role in planning the day, because she is who actually helped me make the final decision on what look I was going for. She has so many ideas and suggestions.. it's insane how creative she is! I literally verbally told her what I wanted and she was able to piece together a vision for me. It was unreal. I knew instantly that she would make my dreams a reality, and she did. My wedding was absolutely STUNNING. The florals that she created were absolutely gorgeous. The centerpieces that she created were AMAZING and sooo full!! The colors were vibrant and really complimented each other. When I saw her the morning of my wedding and she gave me my bouquet, I instantly got emotional. Not just because of how beautiful everything turned out, but also because she has blessed us tremendously. Words can't describe how grateful we are for her. Courtney, you're THE BOMB!

All I can say is WOW. Courtney absolutely nailed my vision for a winter wedding! I'm not a flower person so I needed all the help I could get. She's not only great at executing ide...
as, she's an absolutely amazing listener. I knew that flowers can make or break a space so DIY was completely out of the question. I'm so glad we trusted Courtney with the reins! She provided the lush greenery, neutral colored blooms, gold accents, and a massive eucalyptus garland that complimented our venue perfectly. She was even able to modify arrangements a few days before the event. I knew we needed additional decor and we were able to bounce ideas back and forth ironing out the specifics. They looked great! Our guests still rave about the flowers till this day! After our very first Skype meeting I knew I had made the right choice. She just "got me". I live near Baltimore, her office was in Richmond, and the venue was in Charlottesville, so trying to coordinate a wedding in a city you've only visited once (for 30 minutes) was tough. Luckily Courtney understood and worked diligently to make the planning process as easy as possible. I'm so glad I came across her Instagram page months ago. I adore her work and now I'm a CIE bride for life!

Her vast knowledge of florals combined with her warm personality makes her so easy to work with. Communication was wonderful, I always felt in the loop and she really made everything work within our budget. Hurry up and book this vendor before someone else snags your date! You won't regret it!

l year plan out all the floral ideas I wanted to incorporate in the wedding. She blew me away! She took the time to really listen to what my idea/vision was for the wedding and made it happen. She was so understanding on all the changes we had to make throughout the year and was always there for me when something came up. The day of my wedding was like a dream when I laid eyes on the bouquets, the centerpieces, and the beautiful 5 tier fountain that was decorated I was so amazed. I was so happy and my dream wedding turned into a reality. I would choose Courtney over and over again

entire process. She listened and understood my ideas, and gave amazing suggestions as well. Even her proposal was incredible, with the names and pictures of each type of flower as well as inspiration photos so that I could easily see what we had talked about. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure my flowers were perfect and that the day went smoothly. She is so genuinely nice, in addition to being such a talented and creative florist. My flower crown, bouquet, and eucalyptus garland were honestly some of my very favorite elements of my wedding day thanks to Courtney!

lt situation, Courtney worked diligently to set up and meet on Skype calls and was always available via text to get a sense for what I had envisioned for our flowers. Even though my knowledge of flowers was limited, Courtney was able to capture the essence of what I wanted for my wedding through visuals and great suggestions! Even four days before the wedding, I realized that we had added another table and forgot to add it in my count for centerpieces. Courtney was extremely flexible and understanding and was able to add the additional centerpiece with no issues! Overall I was extremely pleased with Courtney's service and would choose her over and over again. Our bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful and a focal point of the wedding!
