meone new! Finding Courtney was literally a god-send that I will never forget. She was so compassionate and immediately jumped in with two feet to help us pick up where we had left off designing like she had worked with us from the start.
When COVID hit and we were forced to push our wedding back, Courtney was originally booked with another wedding and was going to have to miss our day, but worked so hard to find an associate she had worked with before to come and install our flowers for us. Luckily Courtney was actually able to make it after all!
When our original design plans fell through after the venue switched things up on us last minute, Courtney immediately had 10 other game plans ready to go and was so incredibly flexible. I gave her full creative design and just told her my color scheme and she created such an incredibly beautiful space.
Her professionalism and experience are evident throughout every conversation you have with her and she went way above and beyond all expectations to help us make everything perfect!
I would highly highly recommend working with Courtney. The whole experience was the least stressful part of planning a wedding (even with last minute vendor changes, design changes, and date changes due to a pandemic).

n I decided to get married at Keswick Vineyards in Charlottesville, a classic Virginia mansion/vineyard in the Fall, I wondered if my ideas could transfer. Courtney ensured they did, and WOW did she deliver my dream wedding flowers.
From our first phone call, I knew Courtney was the one. Among the many floral designers I follow on Instagram, Courtney's work stood out to me. I wanted asymmetrical, creative designs, and lots of them. Courtney helped me bring these ideas to life. I wanted pinks, blues, oranges, chorals, and yellows, and I even hoped to incorporate fruits into our floral displays but I was concerned this would come across as a bit "Spring-y" in the Fall. But fear not, Courtney did an incredible job making it all work so wonderfully. Seriously, aside from marrying the love of my life, the flowers were my favorite part of our wedding day. I still cannot get over how beautiful and perfect everything was, including the floral escort card tree, and neither can my guests. People are raving about the florals (and colorful candle centerpieces), and Courtney and her team deserve all the credit. I only wish I could have taken all the flowers with me and saved them forever.

If you are looking at multiple florists, just stop because you will never regret bringing Courtney on! She will always go more than above and beyond. I swear I bugged her so much about the plans and she always was equally excited every single time! From my first conversation with Courtney, I got the indication that she puts everything that she has into delivering an amazing experience for her couples. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, was always willing to make changes and adjustments (with a pretty indecisive bride lol), and REALLY helped make my floral vision come to life! She is unbelievably talented and very creative, and really made this process easy for someone who knew nothing about flowers. She even created a shared Pinterest board for the two of us, so that we could bounce images and ideas back and forth with one another! Her design proposal is also very detailed (with lots of pictures) and was very helpful in giving me a visual representation of what our space was going to look like on our wedding day!
I was in constant communication with Courtney throughout the entire process. She was willing to meet face to face multiple times to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, and spent a lot of time with me on Facetime making sure that all of the final details were ready to go! I remember telling Courtney in our first conversation that florals were on the lower end of my priority list, but as we got closer to our wedding day I realized how much these small details really can make a difference! She is also incredibly knowledgable about the wedding industry in general and helped me find both the perfect venue and photography team!
On our actual wedding day, Courtney and her husband Jason were fantastic. They were there early and stayed late to make sure everything was set up perfectly and really helped make sure that the day ran smoothly! Courtney and Jason were also invited as guests and somehow managed to balance getting all of the work done while still being able to enjoy the night with some of our closest friends!
We couldn't recommend Courtney highly enough! She was an integral part of making our wedding one of the best days of our lives, and we can't thank her enough for all of her help and support throughout the entire process!

She so generously sent me a welcome gift in the mail after becoming a client and always made me feel like her priority as a bride. She even sent me a Starbucks giftcard in the month leading up to our wedding to relieve stress! I mean, c'mon -- I was seriously spoiled!!
I couldn't imagine feeling more valued by Courtney throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is incredibly responsive to communication, detail-oriented, and wonderfully creative. From designing my beautiful bridal portrait bouquet (and driving an hour to meet my mom for pick-up!), to coordinating with my mother-in-law on creating amazing arrangements for our wedding rehearsal last-minute, to going above and beyond to bring my floral visions to life, to including gorgeous touches on the wedding day such as her hand-dyed silk ribbons and my mom's favorite baby's breath flower in the corsages...she made everything perfect from start to end. Since our wedding in April, I haven't stopped getting compliments about our wedding florals (some have said they're the most beautiful they've ever seen!) and I would give anything to hold that fluffy bridal bouquet once again. Most of all, I now consider Courtney a sweet friend of mine and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride getting married. My floral design plan evolved from soft and romantic to woodsy and wild, and ended up being the perfect celebration of a fall enchanted forest evening. I would have never realized this design without Courtney's help and expertise. The planning process with her was so easy and even though we live in different cities, she made time for us to grab coffee and catch up when I was passing through Richmond! She went above and beyond to make sure my flowers were perfect and that the day went smoothly. One of my favorite pieces she designed was the flower comb for my hair. She even brought along extra olive clippings and made the suggestion to put these into my hair to accent the comb and the end result was so beautiful! something I couldn't have even imagined. She capsulated my vision and turned it into a dream! I saw my wedding bouquet that she hand delivered to me that morning. It was swoon-worthy! Again, far exceeded the expectations I had. Then, I saw my bridesmaids bouquets which were also lush with color. Her passion is so clearly felt and seen in all of the displays. I entered my wedding ceremony space and while my groom took my breath away, the hand tossed burgundy rose petals outlining the aisle, the garland swaying off the fireplace boasting deep floral colors, and the four pedestals with our grand (reused) high centerpieces outlining the space made me weak in the knees. It only got better as she decorated the Crystal Ballroom we had our reception in. Courtney uses her resources and makes them go so far. I knew Courtney was talented, but she literally far out-passed the expectations I had and what I thought was a dream was bread-crumbs in comparison to her work! THANK YOU Courtney!!!! She provided the lush greenery, neutral colored blooms, gold accents, and a massive eucalyptus garland that complimented our venue perfectly. She was even able to modify arrangements a few days before the event. I knew we needed additional decor and we were able to bounce ideas back and forth ironing out the specifics. They looked great! Our guests still rave about the flowers till this day! After our very first Skype meeting I knew I had made the right choice. She just "got me". I live near Baltimore, her office was in Richmond, and the venue was in Charlottesville, so trying to coordinate a wedding in a city you've only visited once (for 30 minutes) was tough.
