That call turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning!
Courtney was very easy to talk to, and incredibly organized. She was very accommodating to our wishes, and put together a package that was geared specifically toward our needs. Quite honestly, she was so knowledgeable about the processes, procedures, timing, etc. of wedding ceremonies and receptions, that I think she could add "Wedding Coordinator" to her job title!
Our October wedding did not turn out exactly as we had planned. Four inches of rain and strong winds prompted us to move our outdoor ceremony to an indoor space at our reception venue. Courtney was incredibly flexible, and managed to capture the day more beautifully than I imagined. She even honored our wishes to have some outdoor photos taken at our home...in the rain and wind. The photos were stunning!
Finally, Courtney is incredibly easy going, and she is very easy to talk to. After our event, many friends and family members commented on how kind she was, and how fun she was to work with. Personally, I felt like I had hired a friend for the day, but we definitely ended up with the photos of a true professional! My husband & I highly recommend Courtney June Photography.

The only thing I wish would have been different is the number of photos my husband got with his family in comparison to mine. This was not at the fault of Courtney however. Overall, I really appreciated Courtney a ton and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. I would suggest however, that one tell family members to let the photographer take the lead instead of them pulling away to get photos that take away from ones the couple would have liked to get.

Before the wedding we talked through in detail all the photos we would like and she also helped us develop our schedule for the wedding day. The wedding day went smoothly and the pictures turned out beautiful! Courtney got us our wedding photos in a timely manor. er so we ended up doing a second shooter for half the day which balanced our budget and wants nicely. She did a great job of keeping in contact with us and asking if we had any questions.
On the actual day, both Courtney and her husband (our second shooter) were punctual, professional, and awesome to work with! We felt so comfortable shooting with them and honestly had so much fun with them! Courtney was super helpful in capturing all of the shots we asked for, even some on the day of. She kept our timeline going well without being pushy.
We got our photos back at almost exactly 4 weeks (she promises a 4-6 week turnaround) and they are absolutely stunning! We have already printed many of the pictures and shared them with friends everywhere because we love them so much.
Overall, choosing Courtney as our photographer was one of the best choices we made during the entire wedding planning process and we are so happy with her quality of work!

fantastic! When my wife and I first met them at the Twin Cities Wedding Show, we immediately hit it off. They're funny, helpful, supportive, professional and so good at what they do! They almost seemed like they were guests we had invited to be part of the best day ever. Working with them was easy, they made us feel so incredibly comfortable and took away that awkwardness that can come with getting your picture taken. They took hundreds of pictures that day and not once did it seem like a chore. It was a delight to have them as our photographers and it was so much fun! Now, the pictures themselves...wow! These photographers have a special talent of finding the perfect candid shots as well as coming up with unique and amazing poses. hat I was envisioning and she searched for a place in between both our locations to find the perfect spot. Once she found it she went there beforehand to pick out the perfect spots for our shoot. Our pictures were fantastic. For our wedding, Courtney contacted the owners of our venue prior to the wedding and got to our venue early to get the lay of the land. This made me feel wonderful and glad that we chose her. During the wedding she went above and beyond, she even held my dress as we walked though mud. She was so patient and kind.
