ith exactly what I was looking for. I worked with NiSi and Latoya for my makeup/hair and they had the most amazing energy and listened to everything I wanted. I was very picky about wanting minimal makeup (while still being able to photograph well) and they did exactly that! They also put in my hair extensions and made my hair look better than it ever has. Couldn't recommend this team more!!

risingly made her pay in advance, and I would say she is very overpriced. She created so much extra work for her, to make us send photos of what we want to her, then she again emailed us and ask what loom we want. By the way, the questions she had in her email was the stupidest questions. I was late to answer them and instead of emailing me she went to her (the bride which is very busy) and inconvenienced her to contact me, other than just sending a reminder to me. My sister-in-law planned this wedding for months and she trusted her with the make up as she is very nice to service. One day before the wedding I tried to make her come to a closer place and I contacted her to save some time for the bride, but she contacted the bride instead of communicating with me, to bug her right before her big day. She also talked her into move her spot, and made her be late for everything. She made her big day very stressful for her and it is not fair at all to her, as she spent hours and hours to make sure everything works well and she trusted her. I looked the ugliest in my life, but there is no price for how much she caused stress for the bride. I honestly think there would not be anything worse than how Courtney did on a wedding day of a person, considering how nice my sister in law was to her.

rived sobbing my eyes out due to how displeased I was. I had to pull myself together to start photos upon arrival. Initially, I wanted all of my girls to be there throughout the day together; just beforehand, I receive a message that we have to stagger in for COVID protocols, & due to there not being enough chairs for everyone. Why was I told this last second?I was annoyed, but I picked one of the earlier timeslots just to be safe. Courtney advised me to change to a later time, and I trusted her professional judgment, heavily regretting it later. She never mentioned that any of my girls were late, but once I called her out on being behind schedule, she blamed my bridesmaids. I spoke with the ones who arrived at the first time slots; they confirmed that no one was late for their time. I also came early when they texted that they were “ahead of schedule” only to sit and wait for no reason. I was completely flabbergasted that after dropping subtle hints that she should get started on my makeup because I need to leave before everyone else does, I had to literally tell my mother to get out of the chair and let her get started on my makeup so I’m not thirty minutes late to my photos. This seems like something she should have addressed on her own instead of me having to draw it to her attention. I have been in weddings where they get behind and shift the order for the bride, so I really could not fathom how she could not realize this! Had I not done this, I would have been incredibly late! I was also guaranteed that after everyone’s makeup and hair was done, I would be able to share any concerns. Because she was behind on schedule this never happened, so I was unable to discuss the fact that all of the women with olive skin tones looked awful. She clearly had no experience with this type of client. I would be happy to share pictures with evidence of this if permitted. Also, my fair skinned, red headed friend had to remove her makeup it looked so bad! I had hoped that she would reach out within the week to apologize for the hiccups on her end, and offer a discount for all of the unnecessary stress her incompetence caused but instead, I was sent a reminder that I owe her $100.00 more dollars (which I thought was paid in cash that day, but will send regardless of the misunderstanding because I have never been accused of not paying my bills). If she had owned up to her flaws, I already decided I would not post a negative review because we are all human. Mistakes happen. However, the way she handled her mistakes by being dishonest and refusing to acknowledge that she bit off more than she could chew made me realize that she did not learn her lesson and other brides deserve to know what they are getting themselves into when booking this company. Would also like to mention that the lady who works with her doing the hair part is AMAZING!!! We were all very satisfied with our hair! I would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat. Everyone commented on how fabulous my hair looked. I would give her six out of five stars! I hope that she reads this and can find me on Facebook or something so that I can tip her, because I do not want to send the funds to this company as I do not trust the owner to distribute it to her properly!

we started was 7:50. All hair was suppose to be done by 11 (per the timeline sent via email) but hair was not finished until 1. We were not able to get bridal party photos before the wedding like we had planned and missed out on 40 minutes of wedding time. The makeup seemed fine but definitely would go with someone else for hair.

They were wonderful the day of my wedding, and were punctual and professional. Overall, they are really just great to work with and they are incredibly skillful. I am so grateful that I was able to work with their whole team for my wedding!

She even helped put pictures into frames for our memory table and stayed for touch ups after our reveal. She helped me remain calm and reminded me that the wedding was our day and to not worry about all of the other drama. The products they used were gentle enough for sensitive skin and lasted the entire night through dancing.

id not rush the process since I was not a person who wears make up on the regular.She worked with me til the very end. We did 2 make up sessions to make sure my make up was perfect for my wedding day. Along the way she has taught me how to apply some of my own makeup so I can do it myself. Courtney was was accommodating to my wishes. In the am she did make up for 7 girls and still stayed until later that evening for my dress change so she can do my make up to fit the new look. She is so amazing to work with. And I would hire her again in a heartbeat. All of my girls said they loved the work she did.
