Courtney Sinclair Photography

en we met for the engagement shoot and we left feeling like we had made new friends. We were so excited to see them on wedding day! Courtney practically ran the show (in a good way) and made sure everyone was where they needed to be on time. Everything feels so natural with her and Cameron, like they’re two good friends hanging out as part of your wedding day. And the photos- oh my gosh. We’ve only gotten our sneak peeks back so far, but we are in love. I’d be happy if we didn’t get any more pictures- they’re THAT good. If you’re looking for the perfect team to capture your day in a light and airy vibe and deliver the most perfect results, trust Courtney & Cameron. Thank you both for everything 🩷

every special moment of our day. Courtney has such an eye for candid moments and is so easy to work with. We felt 1000% confident that she would capture everything we discussed ahead of time. We feel so grateful to have worked with Courtney and Cameron and can't imagine it any other way. (P.S. *amazing* film photos, too!!)

back SO fast and they are stunning! Our day was perfectly captured and we are so thankful for them. I couldn't recommend them enough.

d wedding day photos), these two provided the greatest wedding day experience imaginable. They always knew where to be, when to split up to take photos of both sides of the bridal party, and were overall extremely fun people the be around. There was absolutely zero awkwardness (which was a genuine fear considering you’re around the photographers the entire day…) and it genuinely felt like they were a part of our wedding parties with how well they got along with everyone. They both managed to get amazing photos all night and did an awesome job getting every photo we wanted while not disrupting the party on the dance floor. Courtney delivered the most beautiful, quality photos to us faster than we could have ever imagined. We received an amazing sneak peek album while on our honeymoon. There were so many photos in our sneak peeks we couldn’t even believe we were honored to receive more than that. We were so impressed with how timely and beautiful everything came in. We have already recommended them to so many of our friends and know that anyone who hires them will not be sorry.

d, and timely. Courtney took my preferences into consideration, while also professionally guiding us to ensure that our day was captured in the best way. You can clearly tell that Courtney puts time and effort into every photo she delivers–each one was beautiful and told the story of our day perfectly. Lastly, Courtney was clear on expectations and delivered our photos when stated. Could not recommend Courtney enough!

lived there for our engagement photos and not only are they the nicest people but the photos also turned out amazing! Our family and friends still point out their favorite photos of us from the session all the time. The entire process from the beginning inquiry was so smooth and effortless and I really appreciated Courtney’s guidance through it all. It’s no secret wedding planning is stressful, but they made the photography and timeline part so easy and painless. I cannot recommend these two enough and I intend to keep in touch and invite them out wherever we live for more sessions as we continue to move around the country!

letely blown away by the entire experience of working with professionals, but Courtney and Cameron did just that. They are amazing! My now-husband and I were engaged and planned a wedding in the span of just over six weeks. During that time, we were fortunate to book Courtney for both our engagement and wedding photos. Courtney took the time to meet with us for coffee in advance, just to get to know us and get a feel for our relationship and our wedding photo priorities. She is a very warm person who is extremely easy to talk with, and made us feel comfortable and at ease from the start. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations for wedding vendors, and went above and beyond sending me several detailed emails that recommended individuals we ended up hiring (including our ceremony musician and a hair/makeup artist). On the day of our engagement shoot, Courtney and Cameron drove an hour to our town of Columbus, IN and spent several hours with us to make sure they captured the best shots in a variety of locations. I should mention that having my photo taken provokes a lot of anxiety and self-criticism for me, and I showed up to our shoot late and in a very anxious and emotional state after trying on several outfits and realizing none fit after gaining some weight. Courtney and Cameron were beyond gracious, patient, and kind. Courtney has a true gift for putting people at ease and making people feel comfortable with her gentle encouragement. We ended up walking around downtown so I could take some deep breaths, and then ended up having a great photo session. The day was very cold, and Courtney and Cameron were total champs. At one point, we stopped for coffee and a warmup. In the end, they turned a stressful and emotional day into a joyful one and I left the shoot in a wonderful mood. Courtney also shared some sneak peeks of our shoot and turned around the edited photos very quickly, which is very rare among the wedding photographers I've encountered. For our wedding, Courtney and Cameron showed up early and were SO prepared (they even brought a tool for helping to hook buttons!). Rather than causing additional stress, they went out of their way to be helpful and to make everything run smoothly. For example, Courtney thoughtfully arranged my shoes and wedding jewelry for some photos while I finished hair and makeup, and Cameron scouted locations for taking some photos of my husband and his family. They were absolutely kind, calm, and helpful throughout and took beautiful photos. Both of them are very low-maintenance; we were worried about them driving home (a winter storm had just started) but they remained cool, calm, and collected throughout. Finally, I want to emphasize the incredibly quick turnaround on our wedding photos. I think we received a sneak peek gallery in a week or so following our wedding, and the full gallery after just two weeks or so. That type of turnaround is almost unheard of, and I was so impressed with Courtney and Cameron's professionalism throughout. We absolutely love our photos and totally want to be besties for the resties with Courtney and Cameron!

termind behind the lens and made my husband and me feel like models! We've had our wedding photos for a couple weeks now and I still can't choose which ones to print - they are all amazing. She is the ultimate hype woman and I can't wait to come back to Courtney and Cameron for our future family photos!

e picture we wanted for our big day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your big day! If I could give 100 stars I would!

tures and we weren't informed that it was not received until it was actually time to take the pictures, instead of being notified within the week before the wedding. We missed taking quite a few shots that were important to us and our family. It doesn't matter how beautiful the photos we received are if certain photos with loved ones weren't even taken- those are images we're at a loss to recreate.

lped us plan every detail of our engagement shoot, create the perfect timeline for our wedding day, and delivered beautiful photos to us in a timely fashion. She and her husband, Cameron, were super attentive on the day of our wedding, being sure to capture every detail, carry my flowers and veil as we walked around, and even making sure we drank enough water. They were also super fun and made being photographed all day feel easy! Choosing Courtney Sinclair Photography for any occasion is one you won't regret, and I highly recommend doing so!

great to answer any of my several questions and responded quickly to the inquiries I had. She worked to collaborate with me to find the perfect look / feel for my wedding photos. She is SO talented. I highly recommend choosing Courtney for any photography needs!!

othly and delivered a beautiful gallery that I'll cherish forever. I couldn't recommend them more.

search on photographers, and have a really high aesthetic standard. Courtney not only managed to capture gorgeous photos of our Big Day, but she also captured the “feeling” and the sentiment of the day while we simply enjoyed. We got nothing but compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos. We decided on a black tie engagement session in downtown Indy (highly recommend considering!) and our wedding was at Laurel Hall, where Courtney captured the castle-like vibe of both the historic interior as well as the beautiful grounds. Creating our photo books is so difficult because there are a ton of great options to choose from – we’re so thrilled with the memories that we’ll have for a lifetime. Courtney is really easy to work with, extremely professional, kind, and her work does NOT disappoint. You won’t regret booking her!

her use of light. We also loved that she shoots film as well as digital. She’s also so good at so much more- from helping you plan what photos to take, to helping you feel comfortable in front of the lens, to making sure to get all the little details, to being both ever-present and yet always unobtrusive. She and Cameron felt like old friends by our side the entire day (also we walked out the door without flowers and would have left them entirely if not for Cameron!). Also, if you haven’t had your photo taken by a photographer since high school, I’d 100% recommend choosing a package with an advance photo session- Courtney walks you through what to do and the practicing cuts down on the nerves a lot when it counts. Because we had separate elopement, wedding, and receptions, we ended up working with multiple photographers, and we found that Courtney is absolutely top-notch.

ing. Courtney was so great about the weather and even provided a cute clear umbrella for some of our pictures! She had our pictures back to us very quickly and they were all stunning. Courtney's ability to capture love and light is what sets her apart. All of our photos truly capture us and the love we have for each other. Courtney helped me set a wedding day timeline that made the whole day so smooth and seamless. She and Cameron were efficient and fun! They took into account our wishes and also had great ideas. We had our sneak peeks photos within days of our wedding and they are more gorgeous that I could have ever imagined. Courtney has a talent for finding the light, the love, and the beauty of the surrounding to enhance photos. I can only hope that she is around to capture more of our big moments in years to come!

res to look at right after the wedding. She is so laid back and does an amazing job. Her photos are beautiful and we will be using her for every event we need photographed.

s for the same day. Courtney was seriously such a God send through this time!! She helped me brainstorm ways to navigate being a Covid bride and having to reschedule a wedding that we had spent two years planning. If it weren’t for Courtney, we probably would have been a lot more lost. Aside from being just a genuinely great person, her photography is flawless and we are so thankful for the memories that she captured in our wedding photos. 10/10 would recommend Courtney!!

rtney helped us put together a day of timeline and keep us on track with important details. I also knew I could reach out any time I had questions and she would answer quickly and honestly. On our wedding day, Courtney and her husband made us feel so comfortable again! They truly went above and beyond as photographers and people—rounding up bridal party members, bringing me water. Courtney even helped me get my shoes off after the ceremony! Hiring Courtney was like having another friend at the wedding, but a friend we knew would capture the day perfectly.

bout each and every one of her clients! There were a lot of COVID disappointments and uncertainties when it came to planning for our wedding...but we knew with Courtney there capturing our day it would all work out! She is simply magical!

ponsive, answered all of our questions, and tried to get to know more about us as individuals and as a couple. She was able to capture me and my camera-shy husband in way that made us feel confident and happy. Courtney and her husband were wonderful to work with on our wedding day. The day felt like it flew by, and the images they captured helped us relive every moment. Courtney was able to share images with us quickly, and we loved having both color and b&w photos, both of which capture the same moments in such unique ways. We definitely have no regrets working with Courtney and hope to work with her again in the future!

able to have her capture our wedding. The first time we met for our engagement shoot she instantly made us feel comfortable and 2 years later for our wedding it was exactly the same. Once Courtney and her husband arrived on the day I was instantly relaxed knowing she was going to do an amazing job, which my goodness she did! They were a perfect team and were able to get all the creative and heartfelt pictures we dreamed of. Just one of the many things we love about Courtney is her ability to use the natural light. Every picture from the day has beautiful lighting, color and clarity! We couldn’t wait to receive our pictures and we didn’t have to wait long… AT ALL. We could not believe how fast she was able do her work, especially with how many pictures she took! A photographer is such an important part of a wedding and Courtney is the one to trust with that job. — Connor & Molly

rough the process of planning and re-planning our wedding a second time, and I could not have asked for a better photographer to have done that with. Courtney truly came alongside my husband and I, consoled and encouraged us when we had to reschedule our original wedding date, cheered us on when we were finally able to have our celebration, and all of the moments in between! For starters - her photography and aesthetic is absolutely stunning. From the beautifully bright photos to sweet intimate photo-worthy moments, we knew in our hearts the second we saw her website and albums that we wanted her to capture our special day! Our experience truly only got better from there - Courtney and her wonderful husband worked closely with us from start to finish, helping us to bring to life our vision of our wedding day photos down to the smallest details…they truly made the experience not only so easy and comfortable and REAL for us, but 100% enjoyable, and that’s exactly why we love our photos so much because you can tell she truly had such a good time with us!! Courtney was always so easy to get into contact with, so friendly, and so full of such great advice from vendors (we found our videographer from her recommendations!) I never realized how important it was to have vendors who had worked with so many other wonderful vendors in the area until we were in the thick of planning - truly an added bonus we didn’t know we needed at first, but were so thankful to have!! When our wedding day finally arrived, we had absolutely no doubts or stresses going into the big weekend that everything would be captured so beautifully and timelessly, as we knew we chose the perfect photographer for our celebration! Courtney truly treated us like family of her own — and that is something you cannot put a price on for a photographer. If you’re looking for an absolutely breathtaking, timeless, elegant, and beautifully captured album of your special day, look no further than Courtney Sinclair Photography. ❤️

d she was incredibly patient with us as we were trying to decide what to do, and very kind and accommodating when we ended up completely changing our initial plans. Her laid back, calm personality was such a great fit for our day. She sent us sneak peeks super quickly after our wedding and the cutest boomerangs from parts of the day! The photos are absolutely gorgeous, and we love having all the photos both in color and black & white. She captured a huge variety for us in a short amount of time, and we're obsessed with both the candid photos and posed photos. We couldn’t believe how beautifully she captured our day - the photos are so classic and timeless, exactly what we were looking for! I have admired her photography for years, and although there are tons of photographers in our area, choosing her to photograph our wedding was the easiest choice we made!

perience I knew I would trust her completely and wouldn't have to worry about a thing, and I didn't have any worries at all. I admire her style so much- it's classy, timeless, and beautiful with just a little bit of edge to make it uniquely her own. And the shots she takes are also just beautiful and always seem so unique to each situation, couple, etc. She is creative and that's something that was important to me. Now that we have had our wedding with Courtney I can say she achieves all of this seemingly effortlessly. She is professional but down to earth. As one who is not often behind the camera she made me feel comfortable. I trust her so much I often forgot she was there during our reception because I knew she wouldn't miss anything and she didn't. When I look back at photos I'm always amazed how she managed to be everywhere. On top of all this awesomeness she is also super professional, provides great communication, and is thorough in her process from the day you reach out to her. We love our photos so much and I couldn't recommend her enough.

ty in our budget. Courtney and her husband could not have made our wedding day any easier or more stress-free. From day 1 reaching out to Courtney, she was very organized and made the entire process incredibly easy and catered to any of our needs. Each and every photo is stunning and Courtney has such an eye for small details and moments that are so meaningful. She captured our wedding in the most perfect, special way and I am so very grateful. Our wedding photos will forever remain my phone's wallpaper and be such a special memories! THANK YOU!

s of a few of my sorority sisters. I followed along and was sold! Fast forward to our engagement session last year. Neither my husband nor I feel comfortable in front of the camera and had no idea what to expect. Courtney showed up and helped us feel so at ease! We were surprised at how much fun we had and how good she made us look! I walked away knowing we made the right choice, and couldn't wait for her to capture our wedding day. Like many other 2020 couples, we had to make adjustments to our wedding this year. Courtney was communicative and professional throughout the entire process and so, so helpful! We ended up changing our venue AND date at the last minute - Courtney handled all the change in stride and helped us create a new timeline that would work for us. Courtney has such a calm, cool and collected demeanor, which was so pleasant to have amidst all the chaos. I'm most impressed with how she effortlessly wrangled our enormous wedding party and kept us on track, but in the best way! Everyone still talks about how wonderful and fun she was to work with. She also worked in tandem with our videographer all day and they made such a good team. Courtney is a true professional. She knows what she is doing and she does it SO WELL. I've had so much fun reliving our day through the pictures and I'm so happy that we have them to remember this special time. If I could get married all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. She has my highest recommendation, and I will be giving it to any and every engaged couple I meet!

be able to get the vendors that I wanted... But then I found Courtney! It was like a breath of fresh air looking through her galleries. I was so drawn to her beautiful and natural style and I knew that it was exactly the way that I wanted my wedding day to be captured. We did our engagement session with her which I cannot recommend enough!! Neither my husband nor I claim to be the most photogenic of people, so we were a little nervous about getting in front of the camera. Courtney made us feel so comfortable and at ease, and may I just say- DANG she made us look good!! When the wedding day rolled around, I had nothing to fear because Courtney is such a pro and helped us stay on task with the schedule that she created for us. Even when the rain threw us a curveball, she had a back-up plan that gave us some of our favorite photos from the day. Courtney is so professional, talented, organized, creative, and just an overall delight to be around. We will truly cherish our photos for the rest of our lives!

rizona for our destination wedding in Paradise Valley, AZ (1/4/2020) and Courtney was simple the best. Her work is consistently gorgeous!! She is calm, creative, flexible, professional, and kind. I hate having my photo taken but she quickly made me feel comfortable during our engagement session. After that, I knew it was the right choice to hire her for our destination wedding. I know she will deliver beautiful, timeless photos that you will cherish forever just as she has done for us. We now live in NYC but can't wait to have a city photo shoot with her next time she finds herself in The Big Apple! Thank you, Courtney!!

, and she makes us look so dang cool (ha!). My favorite!!

ill make you feel so at ease on your big day! Her work...AMAZING. It poured down rain on our wedding day and looking at the photos you can't tell at all. She assured me she would still get all the shots and did not disappoint. BOOK HER NOW!

tana. We wanted a destination wedding where it was just us in the middle of nature. And Courtney absolutely captured our magical day. We went into the day with no set plans, no timeline and it was the best decision. We never felt rushed and we were actually able to soak in every minute of the day with each other. Courtney was there just going with the flow with us and our pictures turned out magazine worthy. Utterly perfect!! I would highly recommend using Courtney for your wedding day and really for any occasion. I plan to use her for future photoshoots to continue capturing our marriage.

oing to help me remember the magic of our day for the rest of our lives and I can’t thank her enough for that ❤️

er personality, creativity, and professionalism. Courtney came with numerous picture ideas and poses, along with a personality that made us feel very comfortable. On our wedding day, Courtney fit right in with our entire wedding party. I can’t imagine the most special day on of our lives being captured by anyone else! Thanks to Courtney we can relive our day through her incredible pictures.

for a photographer. Wedding planning is simply chaos, but she made everything so simple and easy. She did more than enough, from helping with the day of timeline, to coming up with different poses and ideas. She helped me relax in the moment and captured absolutely everything perfectly and beautifully. From the first time you meet her you feel like friends and that is exactly the kind of person I wanted and needed through the craziness of the wedding day! I can’t recommend her highly enough, she is the best of the best and just the sweetest person! I will never stop using her for my photography needs!

e also has such a good eye for photography and made us feel comfortable in front of a camera. I appreciated her eye for details and warm personality. I wish that everyone could be lucky enough to work with Courtney!

so comfortable in front of the camera . You won’t be disappointed!!

ing and personable with the entire wedding party. Courtney was everything we could have asked for from a photographer, I can't recommend her enough.

ble artist that provides prompt, professional service. Our engagement photos were scheduled shortly before *her own wedding*, but she managed to make us both feel comfortable while capturing some of the best shots of either of us. It’s been a few days since we received the photos, and both Abby and I can’t stop smiling. And today, a few weeks after the wedding: unbelievable. I, foolishly, didn't expect our wedding to be such a whirlwind--and am so grateful that Courtney and her husband were able to capture so many of the million special moments during our day. Their finished product is amazing (and you can see that on her website), but what you can't see is the calm but fun presence they exuded while preserving that phenomenal day forever, and the prompt + personable communication. We highly recommend.

She made my husband and me feel comfortable in front of the camera and she recommended poses/locations/etc that ended up looking awesome. The photos themselves came out amazing - we love her photography style and use of color to create the mood. We will cherish our photos forever! Courtney is well worth the price and ended up being our favorite wedding vendor we worked with on the big day. HIGHLY recommend!

ur photos, and it ended up pouring rain, so we had to make the inside of the venue work for photos, and Courtney managed to make them beautiful nonetheless. She is super professional, friendly, accommodating and really knows what she’s doing! My husband and I aren’t the most comfortable in front of the camera, and Courtney was able to tease some good poses out of us :) I would recommend her to anyone. Relatively affordable as well, especially for the quality of service she offers. A+!

engagement photos and wedding photos. If you want candid and genuine photos book her ASAP! Seriously. Dont think twice I promise you wont regret it!

ur wedding photos with Courtney and I could not be happier with how wonderful they turned out. Friends and family who have seen them tell us that Courtney captured our personalities perfectly and that the photos really reflect us as we are. Not to mention, Courtney is just a laid-back, cool chick to be around! She is speedy with replies and sneak peeks, and her work is top quality. I can't recommend her enough for your photography needs.

eliver. Each photo is truly a work of art. I personally have not seen one photographer who can top her (and trust me, I have been looking all over the US and in Spain). Her lighting, colors, angles are pure magic. Neither of us are by any means models and we were both nervous that we would appear awkward in our photos. Courtney made us feel totally relaxed and knew the most flattering and natural movements for us. I decided to have her shoot for only one hour before the wedding. She was completely understanding and flexible with that decision. Even though, I highly regret not having her for the full day. I believe every bride/ couple should know that she really is worth every penny and more. Seeing those meaningful emotions during that special day captured so beautifully is truly a treasure we will love forever. We cannot thank her enough.
