Working with Courtney Space Events was the absolute best decision we made! We used Courtney and her team at Courtney Space Events for my daughter’s wedding several weeks ago, and I highly recommend her. We used her for design (outstanding!!) and for day-of coordinator (which starts about three months before the day of). We had already booked the venue and most of the vendors, but I wished that we had booked Courtney from the start. She has so much knowledge of the industry and experience with the many vendors out there, that I will recommend to friends that they hire her before choosing the venue & vendors. Our venue came with their own event planner, but we quickly realized that we needed more help. After our first meeting with Courtney, the stress was gone! She and her team are delightful, helpful and really positive to deal with. They make the wedding planning fun, as it should be! Courtney took care of so many of the details leading up to the wedding day, which allowed us to focus on other things. And she did need to run interference with a couple of vendors for us, which I wouldn’t have done as well not knowing the standard practices. The team was with us throughout the wedding day, and took care of all the many details and any issues that came up (which did!!), always in a very calming and professional way. I was very impressed with all of them and so appreciative that they were there!! Thank you Courtney, Kristin and Maxine~ you are all phenomenal!!

Courtney’s energy and enthusiasm are unmatched, and even though I can be a pretty anxious person, she always made me feel calm and confident. She listened to our vision, understood it completely, and then brought it to life in the most beautiful way. From start to finish, everything felt seamless and perfectly us.
We loved working with her so much that we decided to also have her and her team handle our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch — truly the best decision we could have made. Because of them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our entire wedding weekend without worrying about a thing. My bridesmaids were obsessed with her, and one of them is already planning to use Courtney for her own wedding — that’s how much she loved her!

Finally, their execution over the course of the actual weekend was perfection. She gets right in there but maintains a respectful distance. If you needed something, it was in her bag! As the mother of the bride, she took so many things off my plate and in fact, she was there for us even after the wedding. She made sure the dress and veil got safely to the hotel. When Mary was did not know where the marriage license was, she did! Courtney is loving and warm. She took all the worry and concern off our plate and made the whole event a memorable one for all of us. There are not enough positive things to say about her. I had a very specific vision for our day, i.e. wanting photographers who wouldn’t stage us, very dark and elegant accents for décor and she knew who I could trust to bring that to life. Although I only chose a partial planning option, the team scheduled consistent meetings with me & other vendors to understand our vision and bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They made time to meet with me in person with other vendors to review every last detail and come up with ideas to make the outdoor set up work on a private space. Courtney was always available to answer questions (many, many questions) and offered creative ideas that elevated our celebration. Her organizational skills ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress.
Michelle was equally wonderful, providing all hands on deck the whole day before and the day of- ensuring that every detail was executed flawlessly. Seriously… she went above and beyond - including running out to get last minute things, helping family members, and putting out fires.

de my vision come to life when it came to florals and linens, and at the same time was economically friendly and respected my budget! She was so helpful to me and my mom when she was able to explain the trends going on now vs early 90s when my mom was married :) When it came to the day of, my family and I were BLOWN away. I never had to worry about any of my belongings or vendor communication. Her team made sure everything was with me and I never had to connect with my vendors that weekend. They were attentive to me, making sure I was hydrating and eating enough. I had a BUSH FIRE outside my church ceremony and I only noticed the fire trucks were there by glancing outside (no siren while the ceremony was going on to avoid making a scene, thank goodness). Courtney and her team handled it all! The church coordinator was tough to work with and stressed as she just recently started, and Courtney was able to speak for me while also respecting the staff. I don't even want to think about a wedding without Courtney there!!

When we had budget constraints on certain vendors, she found us affordable options that fit within our vision. Leading up to the wedding day she went out of her way to communicate with me and schedule extra calls when I had questions. She was quick to respond to emails and worked with my busy work schedule. For our venue walk through and rehearsal day she had every detail down pat and it was clear that her team was all on the same page about what needed to happen to make everything run smoothly. On our wedding day her team worked incredibly hard to make it as perfect as possible. I truly did not need to focus on any details throughout the day and had someone from her team by my side every moment (thanks Michelle!). ith Courtney for 2 years leading up to our wedding. From our initial phone call, I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. She is personable, outgoing, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and organized. She always made time to chat with me about planning updates and made a special effort to reduce any stress I may be feeling. We talked extensively about the aesthetic of the wedding, all the details I wanted to incorporate, and the flow of the day. Courtney listened attentively to what I wanted while offering helpful suggestions. She absolutely nailed the vision- it was the most beautiful day that perfectly represented me and my husband.
The day of the wedding, Courtney and her team worked tirelessly to make sure the day ran smooth. And it did!! I didn't feel one ounce of stress the entirety of the day. I fully trusted the team and as a result, it was a beautiful and wonderful day of celebration. We even had many of our guests comment on how easygoing, effortless, and joyful the day was.
Every aspect of our wedding was executed perfectly- from the whole planning process to the big day. Courtney exceeded all of our expectations for our day, turning our dream wedding into a reality. It was truly the best day of our lives and we could not have done it without Courtney!

She also helped us negotiate with our venue, which resulted in us saving some money. On our actual wedding day, Courtney, Michelle, and Kristin were extremely helpful. They helped keep us on track for our timeline, assisted with directing family members, and set up/broke down all decorations. I am not sure what I would have done without her on my wedding day. Courtney and Michelle were by my side for everything. They are beyond kind and professional. She is everything you would want in a coordinator - organized, patient, and kind - without adding any additional stress to the wedding. When it rained on our wedding day, she helped execute our indoor rain plan seamlessly. Her team had everything we needed on wedding day and were always around to help when something came up. They also proactively checked in with me throughout the wedding to see if I needed anything which was so greatly appreciated. I was able to unwind and fully enjoy the day because I knew Courtney and her team were around to take care of everything. As far as wedding costs go, this is the best money you will invest in your wedding! We wondered if it was really necessary to have a day-of coordinator and IT IS. We hired Courtney and her team to do help with day-of coordination. They were very helpful leading up to the wedding (creating a schedule, organizing all the vendors, joining a few key meetings with the venue/vendors, etc.) and gave great advice/guidance when I needed it (as they have way more expertise when it comes to wedding than I do!)
But where they really shine is on the day-of! They were like a team of fairy godmothers that made everything go perfectly! They totally ran the day...making sure everything was on time, everyone was where they needed to be, and I wasn't stressed AT ALL!
Whenever you turned around and needed something, they were already on top of it! Flowers for the reception are wrong? One of them was in the ballroom working with the florist to fix it. Hair getting frizzy? One of them is fixing it. Dress needs to be bustled? They do it seamlessly while you are enjoying a quite moment with your husband before cocktail hour. At the end of the night, they had packed up everything we needed, put it on the trolley with us, handed us cheesesteaks made just the way we like them (from our late-night cheesesteak truck), and sent us on our way! We had a perfect day / night...and Courtney and the team were no small part of that! I can't thank them enough!

We hired CourtneySpace for day of coordination and I am so glad we did. She helped us create a timeline and communicate with all our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding which took so much off our plates while finishing planning. Our venue did have an onsite coordinator but believe me you will want to hire someone who is there specifically for you and the wedding party and Courtney is the best option in our opinion. Her team arrived at noon the day of and stayed with us through until we were on the buses back to the hotel. They helped with getting people to their places for the ceremony and directed people from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner. They even made sure to get our decor at the end of the night! They were so kind, calm and professional through out the day and all the wedding party loved them. Thank you to Michelle and Kristen who were with us on wedding day and thank you to Courtney for all the hard work leading up!

en more importantly, she was there to make sure that the entire day ran smoothly as planned. We could not recommend Courtney Space Events enough! You will not regret it.
Courtney connected us with so many great vendors, and she also helped us make sure that we planned for all of the small details that you wouldn't even think of during the planning process. She collected all contracts, helped make sure that we stayed on schedule with our planning, that we made all of our payments on time, and coordinated with all of the vendors we selected.
Courtney also made a full itinerary of our day to make sure that we had time for everything we wanted to do, and made sure that our photographer, videographer, and bus driver were all well informed. She made sure that the bridal party and groomsmen all stay on schedule, and got out the door on time, which can be so hard to do with such large groups.
Lastly, she worked behind the scenes for the entirety of the wedding to make sure that everything went as planned so we were able to fully enjoy the experience. This is the third time our family has hired Courtney, and she has been wonderful to work with every single time.

Leading up to and on the day of the wedding, she was very timely, organized, detailed, and stayed on top of things including having full control of all the coordination between the bridal party, vendors, and venue. She was absolutely amazing at executing our planned timeline, answering all my questions, and making sure all the vendors were on the same page. It made for such a stress-free day for my husband and family where we were able to fully enjoy and soak in every minute of our day. My husband, parents, and bridal party even commented about how on point they were throughout our wedding. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE COURTNEY TO PLAN ANY EVENT. Hiring her was worth every single penny and then some -- If it were in my budget, I definitely would've sprung for the full planning package.

blown me away with their combination of organization, warmth, skill, foresight and treatment of clients and vendors. This small collection of planners stands out because they completely enhance the wedding experience for their clients, and for their vendors, too. Couples rarely consider how deep of an impact their planners will have on their entire day; the wrong planner can compromise the quality of service you get from your entire vendor team, if they are either inexperienced and structure the day incorrectly, or because they have oddly adopted an anti-vendor attitude (which is more common than you might think).
I am so excited and proud to add Courtney Space Events to our short list of preferred planners, after being so impressed with Courtney, Brook and Michelle at our first event together. I haven’t felt this way after a first experience with a planning team in YEARS. Thank you team, for a wonderful experience and your hard work!

or farm venue in West Chester, PA. The venue required orchestrating a couple different vendors, cleaning requests at the end of the night, and a variety of weather-related challenges. Courtney was organized, timely, and responsive from the very beginning. She had a clear idea of what we wanted for our day and ran the whole show from the rehearsal through the end of the night. Courtney and her team were kind, fun to be around, and professional. We are so appreciative of the problems we know they solved (like a whiskey run only 1 hour into the wedding) and all the things they undoubtedly did behind the scenes that allowed us to just be present and enjoy our day. When doing a final sweep of the venue the next day, we ran into another soon-to-be bride at our venue and went out of our way to recommend Courtney (which we will do again and again for any other newly-engaged couples in the area). n was at Cairnwood Estate, a venue where you need to bring in all of your own vendors. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner being the slightly controlling bride that I was. We ended up hiring Courtney as a day of coordinator to help us iron out all the details of our wedding day. And THANK GOODNESS we did! There are so many decisions to make and so many little details that can be easily overlooked if you're going it alone.
Courtney began to connect with us a few months before the wedding. She provided me with so many great vendor contacts and was involved in every decision that had to be made. Courtney kept all of our contracts and supporting documents organized, provided gentle reminders when it came time to pay the bills, and created a day of wedding timeline (which is much more difficult that I could ever imagine!).
The day of our wedding, she was by my side the entire time making sure that everything ran smoothly. Courtney was extremely attentive, professional, and truly involved in our wedding day. She was my "bustler", my seamstress when my dress straps were misbehaving, and my hero when she had to avert a couple crises. She worked incredibly hard the entire day so that we could enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. I am so grateful to her and her team! They were there when we needed them and worked 10x as hard behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect for us.
