She was so helpful to me and my mom when she was able to explain the trends going on now vs early 90s when my mom was married :) When it came to the day of, my family and I were BLOWN away. I never had to worry about any of my belongings or vendor communication. Her team made sure everything was with me and I never had to connect with my vendors that weekend. They were attentive to me, making sure I was hydrating and eating enough. I had a BUSH FIRE outside my church ceremony and I only noticed the fire trucks were there by glancing outside (no siren while the ceremony was going on to avoid making a scene, thank goodness). Courtney and her team handled it all! The church coordinator was tough to work with and stressed as she just recently started, and Courtney was able to speak for me while also respecting the staff. I don't even want to think about a wedding without Courtney there!!

She also helped us negotiate with our venue, which resulted in us saving some money. On our actual wedding day, Courtney, Michelle, and Kristin were extremely helpful. They helped keep us on track for our timeline, assisted with directing family members, and set up/broke down all decorations. But where they really shine is on the day-of! They were like a team of fairy godmothers that made everything go perfectly! They totally ran the day...making sure everything was on time, everyone was where they needed to be, and I wasn't stressed AT ALL! Whenever you turned around and needed something, they were already on top of it! Flowers for the reception are wrong? One of them was in the ballroom working with the florist to fix it. Hair getting frizzy? One of them is fixing it. Dress needs to be bustled? They do it seamlessly while you are enjoying a quite moment with your husband before cocktail hour. At the end of the night, they had packed up everything we needed, put it on the trolley with us, handed us cheesesteaks made just the way we like them (from our late-night cheesesteak truck), and sent us on our way! We had a perfect day / night...and Courtney and the team were no small part of that! I can't thank them enough!

She helped us create a timeline and communicate with all our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding which took so much off our plates while finishing planning. Our venue did have an onsite coordinator but believe me you will want to hire someone who is there specifically for you and the wedding party and Courtney is the best option in our opinion. Her team arrived at noon the day of and stayed with us through until we were on the buses back to the hotel. They helped with getting people to their places for the ceremony and directed people from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner. They even made sure to get our decor at the end of the night! They were so kind, calm and professional through out the day and all the wedding party loved them. Thank you to Michelle and Kristen who were with us on wedding day and thank you to Courtney for all the hard work leading up!

Courtney also made a full itinerary of our day to make sure that we had time for everything we wanted to do, and made sure that our photographer, videographer, and bus driver were all well informed. She made sure that the bridal party and groomsmen all stay on schedule, and got out the door on time, which can be so hard to do with such large groups. Lastly, she worked behind the scenes for the entirety of the wedding to make sure that everything went as planned so we were able to fully enjoy the experience. This is the third time our family has hired Courtney, and she has been wonderful to work with every single time.

Couples rarely consider how deep of an impact their planners will have on their entire day; the wrong planner can compromise the quality of service you get from your entire vendor team, if they are either inexperienced and structure the day incorrectly, or because they have oddly adopted an anti-vendor attitude (which is more common than you might think). or farm venue in West Chester, PA. The venue required orchestrating a couple different vendors, cleaning requests at the end of the night, and a variety of weather-related challenges. Courtney was organized, timely, and responsive from the very beginning. She had a clear idea of what we wanted for our day and ran the whole show from the rehearsal through the end of the night. Courtney and her team were kind, fun to be around, and professional. We are so appreciative of the problems we know they solved (like a whiskey run only 1 hour into the wedding) and all the things they undoubtedly did behind the scenes that allowed us to just be present and enjoy our day. When doing a final sweep of the venue the next day, we ran into another soon-to-be bride at our venue and went out of our way to recommend Courtney (which we will do again and again for any other newly-engaged couples in the area).
