a double bed room on my wedding night. They were not willing to help make accommodations to their mistakes what so ever. One of my bridesmaids was willing to trade her room with my husband and I the night of our wedding so we could have a king bed room and turns out, the hotel also screwed up their reservations and booked her a double bed room as well. They cancelled the block of rooms we had set over 2 months before our wedding. It was an absolute disaster! I'm not sure if this was due to the changes while becoming a Marriott or not but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service.

ad things set up just the way I asked. Dana Randt was sooooo helpful and things wouldn't have gone as smooth without her. The only complaint I had about this venue was how my room block was handled. We didn't get as many rooms as promised and had strangers booked under our block.
