Courtyard by Marriot St. Cloud

I have never had such problems with a hotel as I did with this! They screwed up our reservations and gave me the honeymoon suite the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and a double bed room on my wedding night. They were not willing to help make accommodations to their mistakes what so ever. One of my bridesmaids was willing to trade her room with my husband and I the night of our wedding so we could have a king bed room and turns out, the hotel also screwed up their reservations and booked her a double bed room as well. They cancelled the block of rooms we had set over 2 months before our wedding. It was an absolute disaster! I'm not sure if this was due to the changes while becoming a Marriott or not but I was extremely disappointed in their customer service.

We loved this hotel as our reception venue! We received so many compliments on the food and it was served amazingly fast and hot!

We had our wedding reception at Le St. Germain on May 19th, 2012. The food was delicious and got many raving reviews from our guests. The staff was very attentive and helpful and had things set up just the way I asked. Dana Randt was sooooo helpful and things wouldn't have gone as smooth without her. The only complaint I had about this venue was how my room block was handled. We didn't get as many rooms as promised and had strangers booked under our block.

Beautiful, brand new hotel. However, communication between online reservations and checkin/out was not smooth. We had paid online and not been credited for that upon arrival. We also requested a late check out the next morning and had a lovely knock on our door telling us to leave.
