g, as we were we! They did not have any issues finding out the times of the shuttle or receiving their welcome bags. All rooms were clean and available upon check in. We opted to do an after party at the bar with food which was all set up when we arrived back from the venue. We had a private breakfast the next morning as well. The staff was super kind and accommodating. My only advice when using this hotel is to call whenever you want to communicate with someone; I had a really hard time getting them to answer my emails initially but they then switched the person in charge of room blocks and communication was much easier.
Julia was such a pleasure to work with and clarified things when needed. I really appreciated her and some of the staff there.

r what it was, and someone told one of my guests that they were paying for the shuttle, which was not even close to being true. I also had guest tell me mixed things when booking the hotel like "The wedding block is full" or "you got the last room of the block." None of these things were true.
Booking was difficult as well, I was never given a code and everyone had to call.
The only reason this hotel is getting 3 stars instead of 2 is because Julia REALLY was super pleasant and I loved working with her.

Every detail was taken care of from the handing out of the welcome bags, transportation (including easy to find signage in the hotel and on the shuttles), the after-party, and breakfast the next morning. The groom and groomsmen got ready in our wedding suite which is the perfect size for about 15 men to hang-out, eat, and have a few drinks while getting ready for the day. I'd definitely recommend planning a formal after party with wristbands for an open-bar and food...it was a really nice surprise for our guests after they made such a lengthy trip to celebrate!

We also found out the next morning that they did not kick our guests from hanging out in there even after they closed. This was great and prevented them from going upstairs and being loud in the guest rooms. My only advice when using this hotel is to call whenever you want to communicate with someone; I had a really hard time getting them to answer my emails.

s done...From the invitation cards, to a personalized website, to the shuttle bus and times. Everything was perfect. They even kept the hotel bar open just for us until 2:00AM (with advanced notice).
Everyone had so much fun that night back at the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay in the honeymoon suite.

gement were also so accommodating to me. Anytime I needed an updated list of guests who had booked rooms or ones that had not yet, I got it right away. They were really helpful in dealing with transportation too. They give you a $200 voucher towards a lot of the places they work with and will give you honest feedback and opinions on what works best for you and your wedding party. We had nearly 60 rooms booked that night and the bar stayed open until 2am for us that night. The bar is great because it is open in the lobby and really worked for guests to continue mingling and partying even after the wedding. The breakfast the next day was well done, too. My guests were pleased! Overall, this was a great hotel to stay in for a wedding party!

wedding. They also forgot that due to booking so many rooms, we got 2 complimentary nights. They overcharged my brother for his stay and they also claimed that they ran out of rooms when they had plenty left. I don't think the events planner communicates with the booking number that they give you. A lot of issues, but luckily they do have great customer service so they fixed every issue we encountered. The overnight manager was also really great and made sure we were well taken care of. The bar/bistro was also nice for staying open late night just for us.

room for our farewell breakfast buffet the next morning. We worked with Sharon to book our rooms and to plan our breakfast and our shuttles to and from the venue. She was wonderful and made everything so easy for us. We are very happy with our choice for our wedding hotel.
