ping people get ice off their cars to doing whatever was needing to be done. He prepared the BEST food ever everytime he cooked. Everything was DELICIOUS!! ITS DEFINITELY A 10/10 FOR ME! KEEP DONTE FOREVER!!!!

First of all, you can call and talk to the front desk, on site — not a call center in India that wastes 30 minutes of your time.
Affordable, room was clean, shower pressure was top-notch.

Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Oxford during graduation weekend with friends and had a great experience. The hotel was welcoming and the staff members were very kind. Hotel was in great spot to walk in Oxford and enjoy the city.

n the lobby restaurant really stood out. She seemed to be doing everything on her own and still managed to be so sweet, welcoming, and attentive to everyone. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts before, but have never met a team member as hardworking as her. She truly made our stay even better regardless of how overwhelmed she seemed.

Not great. Checked into first room, toilet was full of crap. Moved us to second room drained had been removed, was full hair and was not draining. On top of that there was a dirty towel under sink. If you can’t take care of major issues why ...

I paid for a King Bedroom Suite and did not get one. I ended up paying 4 times the standard rate which I thought was a rip off. I was expecting a phone call from the manager and did not get one. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire stay....
It put a real damper on our celebration. Probably my worst experience ever at a Marriott. I felt like the manager did not give a darn about me. I was lied to by your clerk telling me that I only booked the King with Sofa and that sometimes they upgrade to the suite. If you check the reservation file I booked and paid for a King Suite. We checked in and were given a standard King Room. Went back to the front desk and they gave us a King with a Sofa bed, and not the Suite. This room did not have linens for the sofa bed or soap in the bathroom.
The worst was being big timed by the manager, by him hiding behind the front desk clerk and totally avoiding any personal contact or apology.
Even after several emails to Marriott Corporate I never got an apology from the manager at the property. I would avoid this property.
