I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with Shazia. We booked our wedding at this venue and she just went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you to her and her tea...
m for making our wedding exactly how we wanted!
I hosted my wedding here, everything was well taken cared for by Shaiza. From the tiny details to the big, she was able to manage everything to make my reception so dreamy and perf...
ect. Everything was stress less. Highly recommend hosting your reception with Shazia!
I had my wedding at The Courtyard Columbus West last fall. Shozia is attentive and detail oriented, which was a relief since weddings can be stressful. Bundling the reception and h...
otel rooms was also great as it provided peace of mind for me and my guests. We also enjoyed a tasting from the Executive Chef and his team. His braised beef is still talked about during family events! I highly recommend this venue since the food is amazing, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for out of town guests who don’t want to drive into the city.
They staff was fantastic, carina was amazing and helped me very much with everything.
I had a great experience with Courtyard Mariott. Laura Byers, the coordinator, was very helpful with everything. She answered our numerous questions, and was very helpful in straig...
htening out some of the booking mistakes that were made. My mom and mother-in-law made welcome bags for all the rooms, and they put them in the rooms for no cost. The only downside is that there is no continental breakfast since they have a deli/bar area. We paid for a breakfast buffet for our guests the morning after the wedding and it was a little expensive ($10/person for eggs, potatoes, bacon, muffins, danishes, cereal, and coffee), but the room rate for the guests was the cheapest I found in the Hilliard/Dublin area. The only complaint was the noise because there was a soccer tournament that weekend so there were unsupervised kids running all over but the hotel can't control that.
Great attentive service right from the beginning of our booking to the day after! Colleen and Laura were on top of things. Costs were reasonable by food costs and alcohol costs per...
head, one of the reasonable we seen of the many venues we visited. We were waited on hand and foot by their staff during the entire reception. Everything was done for us by their staff, food service to our guests to cake cutting to putting our cake and snacks in our complimentary hotel room. Even after our wedding Colleen and Laura made sure to our every need. We would absolutely recommend the courtyard columbus west to anyone that is trying find a wedding venue. Especially that the courtyard columbus west is typically a business hotel and it was turned into a beautiful wedding venue.
I had my wedding reception at courtyard columbus west. Everything looked great & all of our guests had a great time. Relatives with children were happy because the kids went swim...
ming while the parents partied. Colleen and her staff were wonderful & very helpful down to the last detail. The food was just ok.
it was nice, but the wedding planner flipped a switch sometime before the wedding and was rude to guests during the reception. the bar package included 'premium beer' which the bar...
tenders would not serve the guests. the food was okay but we weren't allowed to taste it before the wedding as originally promised. all in all, everyone said they had a good time, but plenty of guests had things to say about it.
