I have to say loud and proud how amazing this hotel was! First, the hotel is central beautiful upscale and gorgeous waterfront views! Second, I worked with the incredible Nalani and Erica for my big day on January 18, 2017 and it was easiest flawless day I dreamed of! Third, the food was excellent, we received compliments all night on our chicken and steak entree we chose. Lastly, the packages are practical and realistic for every bride. You won't go wrong with this hotel for your wedding day! It truly is the whole package! Thank you!!!!!

I loved the venue. It is beautiful and VERY affordable!! There were a few things that left me with a bad taste, but overall it was a positive experience. Overall, I wouldn't go back and change my venue if I had the chance. Their wedding coordinator was... just... not great. There were many times where she was extremely passive and hesitant that was frustrating because as a bride, I needed to put my trust in her to take over or make the right choices if things arose that were out of my control. The food was SO GOOD!! However, they got our order wrong. We asked for different sides than we got. Apparently someone didn't write down or look at what we wanted. It was frustrating getting something different than we wanted as we were sitting at our sweetheart table. I think all our guests were probably confused as well because they got something a little different than what they RSVPd for. But, again, the food was still delicious. (They did give us a relative refund for their error after the fact). They adapted really well to the weather changes that occurred on the day of! Of course I was bummed that the wedding couldn't be outside on the beautiful waterfront, but there was nothing we could do about it and I didn't feel any of the stress that cam along with moving the ceremony inside!

Anyone can stay in Mission Valley, but the atmosphere added to our guests experience and kept them in the wedding mood.

I LOVED my venue! We had both the ceremony and the reception here and i got so many compliments from my guests saying what a beautiful wedding site it was. All the staff were very friendly and helped out so much! I totally recommend using this as a wedding venue!

I felt these people must be overworked, underpaid, or just incompetent because the "service" the provide is subpar. They mixed up our guest registrations with other wedding partys at the hotel, gave almost no one the reduced room mate, and we even had to fight with then the day after our wedding because our final bill was completely off. When I asked for a manager and was repeatedly denied one, I finally had to ask them if there was not one single manager in the entire building on a Sunday afternoon. Finally they corrected our bill.
