We had a good experience with this vendor. The event planner was accommodating to our requests and met with us on multiple occasions to iron out last minute details prior to our big day. Also, our guests (esp. the out of town guests) thought that the venue was in a great location as there are plenty of surrounding restaurants and attractions to keep them entertained. The hotel staff also asssisted us with organizing the room block for our guests, who were able to book with ease. The only complaints I had were that three days before the wedding upon review of the itinerary the date of the wedding was entered incorrectly and on the day of the wedding the venue was double booked, which the staff did not previously notice. I cringe to think what would have transpired had I not caught this error. Regardless, the staff were able to accommodate both weddings and we were promised they would be coordinated to minimize potential noise conflicts, but during the speeches all we could hear was loud music from the other wedding. Although we had a great time I would have expected that these details be paid closer attention to. It was quite upsetting. On top of that we were denied a discount due to the hotels error (while the later found out other bride was) after the fact. If you choose this venue please ensure you read the itinerary very closely!! :)
