I was dreading wedding dress shopping. I did not think I would find samples that I would be able to fit into. I went to this shop because they specifically stated that they had plu...
s size dress samples. The ladies at Couture were phenomenal! They were so friendly and professional. I was able to try on several dresses, and they helped me find an amazing dress. I probably would not have picked the dress I chose off the rack to even try on without their help. It was exactly what I didn't realize I was looking and hoping for. The seamstress they recommended for alterations was also amazing! She added sleeves to my dress and helped make sure an already awesome dress was absolutely perfect for my wedding.
While the staff was friendly and the environment had a high end feel and was very appealing and geared towards me and my crew of 7, I found the overall experience disheartening.

came after they sold a lot of their dresses that were in my size were supposedly sold off the rack. I would have much rather been told this ahead of time, even the night before, and been given the decision of waiting versus trying on 3 out of 5 dresses that were 6-8 sizes smaller than me. I am normally a 24 and a couple of the dresses i tried on were sizes 16 and 18. While I find this customary for a typical wedding dress chain store, I didn't expect that from a place that is mainly advertised as specializing in plus size women.
Overall the experience with the staff was absolutely wonderful, but in the end I left my appointment feeling less than confident. Which is the last thing I wanted as my first experience trying on dresses and driving an hour to go somewhere the specializes in plus size and "has sample dresses up to a size 34"
What can I say, the best experience ever! 16 years ago I picked my dress from a book because there were no plus size dresses in the store. I ended up settling for a dress. My husb...
and and I are renewing our vows and this time I wanted a real experience. Couture Bridal gave me just that. I ended up trying on more than one dress. Randi is the best. I had no idea what silhouette was for me but she new right off the bat. I ended up saying yes to the dress!! It was an amazing experience. Very professional, affordable, great personality, and very knowledgeable. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I highly recommend this bridal shop. You will be so pleased!
They took me in today and was professional. Tried on a few dresses and have a few potential items for my wedding. I'd like to see other dresses that they have.

helped me were very knowledgeable about the store and designers that you carried. I felt like a sexy princess. I went in very open minded about a gown and let's just say the one I would have never picked myself they did and when I put it on I was in Awwww. So needless to say I found a potential gown but made another appointment since that designer will be in house in a few weeks. I'm so excited to get back in there and this time leave with my dream gown.
