I would have given them 5 stars until the final weeks leading up to the wedding. I picked up my dress and veil up 2 weeks before the wedding and discovered they had sent the wrong veil! I called them and they said they would order the correct o...
ne. My mom called the following day to follow up because it had been kind of chaotic as they were doing some sort of expo and in a hurry. Thankfully she did because they had not yet ordered my veil! They did a rush order to make sure we received it in time. We did get the veil a few days before the wedding only to find they had ordered the wrong color. My dress was champagne and ivory - the veil was stark white.Luckily - the photographers said they can edit the photos. It wasn't too terribly noticeable - but when my mom called to let them know we had gotten the wrong veil twice - they were just kind of, meh - it happens a lot.
That said, my dress was absolutely perfect and Couture Bridal was very accommodating. I had just popped in one day without an appointment but ended up finding my dress! They made another appointment for me just so that I could have the full experience of having my mom, future mother-in-law, sisters and bridesmaids to share a toast with me. That was very kind and an experience I'm glad I had!

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment and was completely ignored the whole time. There were three employees there just playing on a laptop. Very unprofessional. We went to She Said Yes and bought a dress later that afternoon.

to HELP we had to wait multiple times to get help. I got to meet the owner when I picked up my dress and she was hands on and so sweet.
