cellent decision! One of the best decisions. She takes responsibility for what she knows will help. She stays organized and communicates often and thoroughly. Wedding day she was with us 9am to almost 11pm. She coordinated the rentals and vendors, checked on us often, offered to buy last minute forgotten items, kept saying “already done” and “I’ll take care of it” or “I’ll do it/call them/greet them”. I finally just exhaled and enjoyed the day knowing that she was managing every detail and logistic. AND she did I all with a pep in her voice, encouraging and positive tone and a SMILE on her face. Every time. Even the family was taking about her the next day - so impressed at what she did. She’s good at what she does and she loves it. Worth every cent.

ant. Arianna has the ability to really bring that vision to life. When I had a million questions, she invited them wholeheartedly, we even threw a bit of a curve ball, and it did not faze her. She is on top of everything and very timely with replies. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I am a professional event planner who graduated with a B.A. Business Communications and Special Events Management and Tourism from Arizona State University. I specialize in custom, private events that are designed exactly for my clients -- I don’t believe in cookie cutter templates. Weddings are supposed to be special and I treat them that way. With every client I’ve ever worked with, we create a custom plan, budget, and timeline and I make sure it happens the way we envisioned it.
