BBQ at its Finest
Bottom line, would we recommend? Yes! Cowboy catered our wedding, and we were very happy with the final result. We wanted a pig roast and they delivered with great support from BTS. Guests specifically complimented the chicken, the salt potatoes, and the Mac & Cheese. We did unfortunately have a few issues tied to communication, perhaps it's an industry standard but since this is our first and only time planning, more explicit information would have been appreciated. We missed out on their single tasting event because it wasn't directly communicated with us after our deposit, so we had to settle for a normal food truck with partial menu. They did offer to provide alternate sides for future food truck visits which was appreciated. Additionally, dinnerware was not adequately discussed prior to the event but thankfully BTS was able to obtain some last minute supplies. Despite these issues, the final result was tasty and of ample supply. We still enjoy some leftovers from the freezer, reminiscing on our wonderful summer wedding. We would be happy to hire them again.

We are in the search process for food vendors for our wedding. Reaching out to several different people trying to find what works for us and our budget which is what everyone does ...
when wedding planning. I received a text message with no name or company at first. Once they stated who they were, I provided how many people we have and where our venue is located. I received a message back instantly stating two meats and three sides was $28 per person along with asking what our budget looks like. I gave what our estimated budget looks like. I then received a response of “You can’t really go to dinner and get a meal for that.” I was extremely thrown off by this and immediately directed away as it came off as highly rude. A budget can be adjusted and I assumed this is what most vendors understand. I was surprised to receive this response rather than explaining everything their price offers, etc.

One of the things that stood out to me was when 2 staff members helped serve my husband and I when it was time to eat. It made us feel so special and it saved us the hassle of having to get food ourselves. The staff also helped us box up all the extra food and even set to-go containers to the side for us to eat later on that night. Thanks to Cowboy BBQ, we had awesome food at our wedding and beyond!

We got compliments all night about the loaded French fry bar for cocktail hour appetizers and the amazing chicken and mac and cheese for dinner. Jason and Kim were very responsive to all of our questions during our planning process and incredibly accommodating with requests. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to cater my wedding. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special!! 10/10 would highly recommend them!!

ay seamless and of course full of good food. Jason was right on the property in the morning smoking the chicken and pork. He had stayed right up until the end of dinner making sure we enjoyed the food. You could just tell he really cared that we were happy with their services. The food was absolutely amazing. Their chicken was incredibly juicy and fall off the bone. The Mac and cheese was also smoked and was the talk of our entire wedding between our guests. It was one of the best Mac and cheeses we have ever had. Everything was simply perfect. Their staff were so incredibly kind as well. Overall, they checked every single box we had. If you are in need of a caterer, don’t think, just hire Kim and Jason. Your day will be perfect and the food will be excellent.

more time than expected which in turn pushed lunch a little later than planned. However Jason was all hands on deck, waiting and ready to go! As soon as our food blessing was said the crew kicked in to full on hospitality mode! They not only served my wife and I personally but also helped other family members as well. They went above and beyond and helped clear plates and do the trash. They even offered to get us drinks which was not part of their package (we had separate bartender). My “best woman” was a caterer for years and she couldn’t say enough about what a wonderful job they did. I would highly recommend having Cowboy Bbq cater for your event or at the very least for you to find their food truck! Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding day!

Jason and Kim were extremely responsive and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone was so glad to take home some leftovers the next day. The pulled pork was my personal favorite, and everyone just lost it over the chicken dip. Would absolutely work with them again.

Even though the french fries were served during cocktail hour and we were off taking pictures, there was a huge pile of fries and all the toppings hidden for us to enjoy before being introduced - we actually pushed off the introductions to be able to eat because they were so good! He was so easy to work with and so accommodating!! Our guests called and messaged us to tell us how good the food was and to ask about our caterer. The food is absolutely amazing and he's affordable too! You can't go wrong with cowboy BBQ!!
