I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, catering to large events and weddings. I chose Cowboy Chicken given our unique home-style offerings that appeal to the masses. Our crispy wood-fired rotisserie chicken paired with our twice-baked potatoes, mac & cheese or green beans are always a huge hit. Being able to provide authentic food and genuine hospitality is what we're known for. Being able to bring joy to the ones who dine with us continuously keeps us going.

vendors, I just started to look for places around my venue and I came across “Cowboy Chicken” everything seemed well by reading the reviews and and seeing the different menu options. So I requested information, so I requested information. JESSICA responded within the hour with an email. I reviewed it, within another 1-1.5 hours she was on the phone calling me and just verifying I got the information. Normally this would have bothered myself, as we were talking I felt like we have known each other already. She was very pleasant, sweet, and understanding. My fiancé and I were busy at that moment. She txt me and let me know when I was ready to contact her back from that number. She was not pressing the issue about her business for caterer. We scheduled a sample dinner on Sunday. This is where it gets good. We walk in the restaurant, the servers behind the counter welcomed us, they actually knew who we were. They asked are we here for the wedding tasting, I was shocked and said yes!!!! Jessica and the crew had everything ready for us. There were a couple tables reserved for us and the table was set with a flower runner and mr&mrs for us. It was so perfect. We greeted each other and set down within 5-10mins the food was out. Jessica explained everything and we started eating. We were there a little over an hour. The food was so delicious. I know I’m going to be dreaming about the brisket and dbl bake mashed potato until the wedding!!! I could go on and on about how she made my family and I feel so welcomed, but I’m running out of words on here. I am so excited for her team to serve at our wedding. I wish the knot had an option to post photos for this

For a healthier crowd, the cucumber and tomato salad is delicious as well. The process was easy, flexible and low-maintenance, which was so helpful on a very busy day. I recommend taking them up on the option to send two servers along with the meal. The staff was friendly and even provided boxes for left overs. They also supplied the beverages and the watermelon tea was a hit. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
