nd want your food to be a high point of your wedding day, you can trust that Cowboy will deliver. Steven (Executive Chef) told us at our tasting everything would be made fresh for the day, and we received non-stop compliments from our guests on their dinner. For happy hour we had their house made tortilla chips, with house made salsa + guacamole. (As someone who doesn't like guac... I and many others LOVED their guacamole) For dinner we had the pulled pork, smoked chicken, all 4 of their house made sauces, mac + cheese, baked beans, 2 types of buns for sandwiches, and house salad. **We also had many guests with gluten + dairy restrictions that were able to eat basically everything except the mac and cheese (for obvious reasons).** In terms of working with them as a vendor: We met with Joe (Operations Manager) + Steven (Executive Chef) for our tasting, and were warmly greeted + felt immediately they were people we wanted to work with. The entire staff is down-to-earth and Joe even said how their biggest goal was making the day great for us. They had our food ready to go, and even included other items we hadn't originally requested for us to try. They were open and willing to working with our budget, and worked with us to figure out a payment plan. On the actual wedding day, Brittney led the wait staff and they helped make the day SO smooth. She double checked details with our linens to make sure the tables were laid out how we wanted them. The appetizers for happy hour and the dinner buffet were laid out on time, and the wait staff were on top of making sure everyone had drinks through the entire dinner service. Brittney personally made sure my husband and I had drinks throughout the entire dinner as well. They also laid out our cupcakes for our guests with our display stands, after dinner was served. Overall, Cowboy provided an incredible experience in all aspects. If you are looking for a food vendor that provides an amazing well-rounded meal for you + your guests, in addition to phenomenal service, I would highly recommend Cowboy!

From the first contact with Cowboy to the cleanup after the reception, everything exceeded my expectations. Joe, the manager, was wonderful to work with. He was extremely attentive...

and kind. The tasting was wonderful and the chef even came out to speak with us - he was extremely knowledgeable and proud of the food they put out, and rightfully so! Cowboy handled everything for us - cocktail hour, Hors devours, Bar, dinner, plates, cutlery, cups and everything was exceptional. The servers were all very professional and friendly. The food was displayed elegantly, and they consistently monitored the quantity ensuring everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. Even our DJ, who also has a catering business, commented stating "they are doing BBQ right!" They brought the smoker on site which added to the esthetic and had everyone excited for dinner. We could not be more pleased with literally every single thing from Cowboy Food and Drink, including the price! I would 100% recommend them for anything from date night to wedding.
