rous price, and double-checked our lists to make sure no details were missed. She really brought my vision to life at the reception. The decor looked beautiful, and I appreciated that she set everything up exactly how I had pictured it.
That said, there were a few challenges on the wedding day itself. My ceremony had a tight timeline, so I couldn’t greet her at the ceremony myself, so I guess with her not knowing where I was, some important details were missed (like boutonnieres, music setup, and later in the evening putting out desserts/tea table items). At times, my family and vendors had difficulty finding her, and I often found myself needing to give repeated verbal confirmations before things moved forward. I would have loved for her to take more initiative with small decisions so I could focus on enjoying the day rather than answering logistical questions.
Even with those bumps, Alyssa worked hard and clearly cares about making weddings special. She did a lot for us and we couldn’t have done it without her. I think with more attentiveness during the flow of the day and stronger communication, she will continue to grow and become an even better coordinator.
