From the day of booking to the day after it was all over, Trish made herself available for whatever we needed and whenever we needed it. My dad has some mobility issues and when I mentioned this to her (I had a buffet) she said without hesitation "oh, I can have someone serve your parents!" I almost started tearing up. That was only one of the thousand of ways Tricia and her staff went above and beyond for us.
Now about the food. I got married in December and people are still complimenting me on the catering. Everything tasted absolutely delicious! My dad said it was the best wedding catering he ever had! Truthfully, I don't know why anyone wouldn't hire Coyne Catering, they're the best in the business for a reason

Tricia was super accommodating and easy to work with, especially because I was planning my wedding from across the country (wanted to get married in my hometown!). We chose buffet style and I was really happy that the servers brought me and my husband's meals to our sweetheart table because I could barely move in my dress - and we didn't even ask them to do that! All around these people REALLY know what they're doing and can create a completely seamless dining experience for a price that I don't think can be beat by anyone. Dont even bother looking at other caterers, if youre reading this review you've found them already.

expectations by far! Here’s some of the highlights:
-We got so many compliments that the food was great and it WAS! (my favorite was the vegetarian lasagna!)
-They brought the food right to us and our bridal party and it was beautifully presented
-There was never a line for the bar because the bartenders kicked butt! (We went thru 36 bottles of wine and more so people were drinking!)
-The acoustics are great-everyone heard every word of every speech which was so important to us
-It’s all around a beautiful venue. It’s nice and spacious, you can’t go wrong with any color or theme. We also loved that the dessert table, buffet, and dinner tables are all in the same room

ive and always got back to us quickly. She was a huge help throughout the planning process and was able to provide us excellent recommendations on other vendors as well. We did not have a wedding planner and she made everything go so smoothly on our big day. We never expected to say that not one little thing went wrong on our wedding day, but Tricia somehow made it happen. They have an open house in the winter to try all of their amazing food and we were so happy with our choices for the wedding. People are still talking about the pierogies and brisket especially. Tricia was kind and easy to work with and very patient with our many questions as she guided us through the process. St. Demetrios is a beautiful hall, very spacious with beautiful wood floors which we loved since most comparable places had carpeting. The ceiling drapery and uplighting is included and it was so nice that so much of the details were included with the package. We would recommend Coyne Catering to any of our friends and family!

They have a big wedding fair and tasting event every January - I 100% recommend checking it out!
As for the venue - they truly are making investments each year to make the space more and more special! The hard wood vinyl flooring is gorgeous and the room is so big you can easily fit 300+ (note for Friday/Saturday weddings I think there is a 180 person minimum - but that might have changed?). They recently added a cute outdoor patio area that was a huge hit at my wedding and you can pay a little more to have an outside bartender! They also just opened up a coffee truck as an add on!
The space is beautiful, the food was amazing (I had so many guests tell me they loved the food), Tricia cares so so much, it is super affordable in this wedding economy. Please reach out - you won't regret it!
A million things went wrong on my wedding day but everything with the venue and food was PERFECT - I can't thank them enough for all the time and energy they put into making our day special.
If you are going with Coyne Catering I would highly recommend TKO for your DJ (they are super familiar with the space)!!!

The venue itself was beautiful, providing a stunning backdrop for both our cocktail hour and reception. Tricia and the Coyne Catering team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfectly executed, leaving us stress-free to enjoy our day to the fullest.

After looking on at the knot.Com for venues near us Coyne Catering came up and let me tell you the reviews were some of the best I seen! Me and fiancé decided to meet with Tricia and the rest is history!! Me and my fiancé knew when we walked in that this is place for us! During the whole time of wedding planning I was not stressed because I knew Tricia and the Team were there for me if I needed anything! Seriously they are here for YOU. I would email Tricia of things that I forgot to ask and without any hesitation Tricia was there. We have been married for 2 months now and we are still having guests that are raving about the food and the service. Brides do yourself a favor and book with Coyne Catering. company too. She will honestly make the venue and catering part of your wedding planning A BREEZE. She is extremely responsive, so nice and fun, and she keeps you on track of what you need to decide and when you need to do it, which takes all that out of your hands when you have so much else to plan. She just does too much stuff to help you to even explain it all. Even for the day of I asked if she would make sure the centerpieces looked good / turn the lights on them before we got there and she did! She is so personable and has a great crew. They even tore down our wedding (and took all the chair covers off for us) and we came and picked everything up the next morning, which is so helpful because who wants to worry about cleaning up right after your wedding? It’s so nice how much is included- from all the linens, to the table numbers and table number holders (if you want to use them), to the small cake stand and easels we used to hold our Welcome sign.. she just has everything available for you! Plus, the food is one of the things people care about the most at a wedding and it was AMAZING! We have gotten nonstop compliments on the chicken cordon blue and the brisket and I couldn’t agree more with everyone because it was delicious. You also have a lot of food options to choose from and can go to their open house in January to try all the food! We had multiple guests with food allergies / intolerances and they made sure that those guests were taken care of with a separate meal! The venue is beautiful and has so much included. We opted to include the patio bar since our wedding was in May and we know people really loved having the option to go sit out there also. I would 100% pick Coyne catering again for my wedding and would recommend them to anyone who wants delicious food and a hassle free vendor experience!

easier. Instead of charging separately for each guest’s meal, drinks, bartender, security, etc. there is one flat price for guest and it made the whole process so much simpler! Tricia, the owner/coordinator for Coyne, was always quick to respond to questions or concerns and was a pleasure to work with. They made us feel like we were in very good hands and handled many of the smaller details so we didn’t have to. A great experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to put their trust in a great coordinator and kitchen staff!

The food was absolutely incredible, you can’t go wrong with any selection. The hall was open, spacious and updated. ry quickly and efficiently. She made sure our day was absolutely perfect. Everything was very organized from the beginning. We were able to have all of our guests there with plenty of space, the food was absolutely incredible we highly highly recommend the stuffed shells!!!! Tricia sent us home with take home boxes of our pretzel bar and cheesecake bar because she noticed we did not have time to enjoy them! Coyne catering was so accommodating and just such an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend them to any couple. Such a beautiful venue and a place we will never forget! Thank you so much coyne catering and the entire team!
