Chef Mike is very friendly and his food at the tasting was delicious! He was easy to reach via text and email and always answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately he was pretty unorganized and really needed an assistant to handle all the paperwork. The food didn’t turn out as good at our actual wedding as it was at the tasting. We had teriyaki salmon with risotto and rainbow carrots. our head table didn’t get any teriyaki sauce on their fish, it was couscous instead of risotto, and the carrots weren’t what I had wanted. We also had beef tips bordelaise and the meat was very chewy. I’m just glad that our guest still enjoyed the food, but as the bride I of course noticed the mistakes. I would definitely recommend Crackerjack catering as long as you make sure to confirm everything at least 3 times.
Not only was our food amazing but Chef Mike and his team were amazing. He answered all of my last minute frantic emails and calls with reassurance that it would all be perfect on our special day and it was! People were still talking about his food weeks later and we couldn't have made a better choice.
We hired Mike Bentz, of Crackerjack Catering to cater our food at our reception. He obviously has a passion for food and service, because everything was perfect! Our guests raved about our food weeks later. Mike went above and beyond to cater our recpetion, and make everything perfect! He gave us an outstanding price, and I could NOT speak highly enough!
