organized and really needed an assistant to handle all the paperwork. The food didn’t turn out as good at our actual wedding as it was at the tasting. We had teriyaki salmon with risotto and rainbow carrots. our head table didn’t get any teriyaki sauce on their fish, it was couscous instead of risotto, and the carrots weren’t what I had wanted. We also had beef tips bordelaise and the meat was very chewy. I’m just glad that our guest still enjoyed the food, but as the bride I of course noticed the mistakes. I would definitely recommend Crackerjack catering as long as you make sure to confirm everything at least 3 times.
