Owner and executive chef Nicole has followed her love of food around the world. Born in Oklahoma City, she studied in Barcelona, San Francisco, and New York before settling in Newport. Drawing inspiration from all over, she now crafts decadent meals that incorporate a range of flavors.
Starters, mains, sides, and desserts are all on the menu here, along with brunch for earlier events. You and your guests can enjoy of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Mexican styles, among others, each cooked up with Nicole's signature use of smoke and spices. The menu for your celebration can be fully customized to your needs, with meat-free and vegan options available. Not just for Rhode Island events, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York celebrations can all be enhanced with the help of this seasoned catering team.

We feel so lucky to have had Nicole cater our outdoor seaside wedding -- guests are still raving about how delicious the food was!! Each dish was a vibrant celebration of place and...

With about 120 adults, handful of kids, and a variety of dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, shellfish and nut allergies), Nicole navigated everything with total grace, warmth, and care. She didn’t just accommodate, she celebrated. From the kelp pearls in our signature “mer-tini” (a nod to my work in ocean conservation) to the radish flowers delicately placed on our risotto (an homage to our engagement story), every detail felt incredibly thoughtful.
Nicole not only worked seamlessly with the shifting elements of an open-air coastal venue, but did so with a calm presence. Her team was also out of this world: genuinely kind, grounded, and attentive. They brought so much love and ease to the day.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Craft & Willow for any gathering, big or small. As two New Yorkers who have both produced and attended numerous luxury events, we can confidently say that working with Nicole was one of our best experiences yet.

Some of the best food I've ever eaten, and the service from support staff was also exceptional! Highly recommend, particularly the charcuterie board, sweet potato, and ricotta ramp gnocchi.
