Born in Oklahoma City, she studied in Barcelona, San Francisco, and New York before settling in Newport. Drawing inspiration from all over, she now crafts decadent meals that incorporate a range of flavors. Starters, mains, sides, and desserts are all on the menu here, along with brunch for earlier events. You and your guests can enjoy of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Mexican styles, among others, each cooked up with Nicole's signature use of smoke and spices.
