Craft Cartel is a wedding catering cocktail service based in Miami Beach, FL. Founder Richard Monis has tended bars, planned events, and managed catering teams from Rhode Island to San Diego, finally landing in South Beach. He and his team at Craft Cartel are dedicated to cutting-edge creations, using only the freshest ingredients available.
Richard worked from humble beginnings washing dishes in New England kitchens to managing his successful craft cocktail business in Miami. He believes that wedding cocktails should not be prepackaged. At Craft Cartel, emphasis is placed on ensuring that everything, from juices to syrups, is prepared from scratch. The talented team of mixologists have worked in the best cocktail bars in the industry and bring passion to every drink they create.
When you book Craft Cartel for your big day, you get more than your average bar service. Couples can fully customize their experience. Drinks, ice cubes, and even coconuts can be branded with images and phrases. Bar carts are available for hire, and champagne and espresso martini towers can be arranged. If you would like your guests to be able to serve themselves at their convenience, cocktail and draught beer taps are at hand. Entertain your guests with balloon shots and fire-breathing bartenders. Whatever your preference, Craft Cartel will do more than serve drinks. Richard and the team will ensure that your big day is also a big party.
