I cannot stress how much of a lifesaver Sara, Carly, and the entire Craft Event Bar Collective team were for our wedding. As a Type A bride, I like to keep things pretty organized,...
so to see how Sara managed all of the logistics and month of coorindation so me and my husband wouldn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day was an absolute godsend. The system that Craft Event Bar Collective has set up with our venue, Canyon Run Ranch, works seamlessly. Everyone works together so well, communicates effortlessly, and works to provide solutions rather than cause issues for the couple. Carly, our DJ, was an absolute joy and very clearly understood the assignment we gave her. I had a very specific vision for our reception, and she took my requests seriously and gave us a night full of energy and endless dancing. So many guests came up to us after the wedding and said that was one of the most fun receptions they've ever attended, and it's all thanks to her keeping the energy high throughout the night. Of course, credit is also due to the bar services Craft Event Bar Collective provided, and how they took care of our guests throughout the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. But I have to give so much credit to Sara (and her helper, Cheyene!) for all of the logistics, set up, and tear down that they managed on the wedding day. The bundle package was worth every single penny so that we didn't have to worry about so many last-minute things and could just be present and in the moment. I owe the biggest thank you to Sara and her team, and I'd highly recommend Craft Event Bar Collective to any couple looking to take the stress out of managing a lot of day-of tasks, having a great party on the dance floor, and keeping the booze flowing.

w did they deliver! Sara was so responsive and intentional in making sure my partner's and my vision was coming together. When I got overwhelmed with some of the details leading up to the wedding, it was such a relief having the Craft team in our corner. Sara, Carly, and Cheyenne were so easy to work with and tireless in making everything come to life. Nothing but gratitude and an enthusiastic recommendation from me!

answered any questions we had from the time we hired her all the way through our wedding day. She set up everything on our wedding day flawlessly and made tear-down so easy for our families, too!
Carly did a great job with sound at both our ceremony and reception. Her form to fill out made it super easy to know what information she needed from use and she did a planning call with us the week of the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. At the wedding/reception, she kept up with every musical cue we asked for flawlessly and kept our dancefloor alive all night! And
Jessica did a wonderful job at the bar! They did a margarita bar and all of our guests loved it!
Each of these ladies' hard work made our wedding day so perfect and memorable!
Carly and Sarah were both so friendly and professional. They take great pride and care in their work and made everything seamless! Thanks for everything!

aged everything leading up to the wedding and coordinated everything the day of keeping us stress free and allowing us to fully enjoy our day. Sara also assisted with ordering our kegs and alcohol from their new bottle shop. Craft event also provided bar tenders for the day of our wedding keeping everyone hydrated and happy!
We loved working with Craft Event Bar. Carly was a wonderful DJ. She was organized, easy to communicate with, and helped create the exact vibes we were looking for.
The bar staff were lovely and the cocktails they did for us was delicious.
We also hired our DJ through them and Carly was amazing!
The bar was an awesome addition to our big day. They made it easy for everyone to get drinks and there was never a line. Quick and personable. Great staff!

ohol choices, she also is a wiz with music choices! She was so fun to work with, had a great personality and helped move our wedding reception along in a fun, but organized way. She reached out to me a few days before the wedding just to get the final details and ensure that I didn't have any questions. Then when I (of course) had questions later on, she was available to me via text. She brought us cocktails right after the ceremony ended so we could be refreshed during pictures which was an unexpected but very welcome treat! What a professional, sweet person to work with on your very special (but potentially very stressful, if you don't hire Carly!) day! Thank you so much for making everything perfect!
We purchased wine and beer and Craft created two custom drinks for our guests. The guests loved the drinks! All went well.
Loved this bar, and our guests did too! People were raving about the margaritas!
