Crafted Catering and Events

from shaking your hand the first time, it's that you're quiet but extremely precise with everything you do. So, I have no doubt that you're making it through just alright! :) Food is very important to us, so that already made us partial to Crafted Catering. If we were to splurge anywhere, we wanted it to be on food -- we wanted to support the local ecosystem as well as the talented artist that is Will! But what we got exceeded all expectation. I had resigned myself to compromising heavily on having Vietnamese food at the wedding due to budget and time, but Will's recipes reminded me so much of the food that I grew up with. From the lemongrass grilled chicken (a favorite among all at the wedding!) to the smashed cucumber salad with holy basil, Ryan and I were blown away by our tasting. Our biggest regret for the wedding is that we couldn't sit for more than 5 minutes to enjoy the food, and that we didn't get take-home boxes so we could enjoy them in peace afterwards. :( You have great vision and talent, and many fans!! We only hope that we'll have the chance to have your food again. Also huge shoutout to Amanda for her amazing coordination and getting us where we needed to be! Having her on our side was so comforting. Her heart is made of gold and her smile just makes you feel like everything will be fine! Sending the both of you all our support and love!

ost importantly could execute our vision on budget. The food was amazing!! Presentation is also important to me, and everything was plated beautifully. The service staff was absolutely the highlight of our experience working with Crafted Catering. Every person working our wedding went above and beyond! As the bride and groom, they made sure we were well fed! They delivered us plates of food for each course (even though we opted for buffet style) and constantly were offered to have our drinks freshened up. But the level of service extended to each and every one of our guests, we got so many compliments on how great they were. And of course how good the food was!

e bridal party was fed and hydrated! The food was delicious and presentation beautiful. Amanda worked closely with the venue and pulled together our vision expertly. As the mother of the bride, I was incredibly impressed with their response and professionalism. I highly recommend them, you’ll be amazed!

re we stopped for a second to enjoy the food. My husband and I highly recommend them!! Thank you for making a perfect day even more perfect!

tomized menu that highlighted food from locations we've been. All of our guests raved about the quality and quantity of the food they received from cocktail hour through dessert. The service from their staff was stellar. Amanda made the entire process stress free and was extremely helpful during the planning process. She answered all questions quickly and clearly. If you're having a wedding, you need to hire Crafted Catering.

ober wedding so incredibly unique, delicious, and beyond memorable. From wedding party to guests, the compliments were endless. The attention to detail from the original discussions, preparations, the tasting, cocktail hour, and then to dinner was flawless from every perspective. We can confidently say that the combined food and service is superior and best in the business, and we will recommend to Crafted Catering's services to all others out there, for any occasion. If you are planning a wedding or hosting an event, we ensure that there is no need to look any farther than here. They will forever have our praise and recommendations.

enu. All of the crackers and crostinis during the cocktail hour were gluten free, and the dinner even included gluten free gnocchi! It was also so fun to be able to have late night gluten free pizza. The food was incredible, and our guests raved about it. They also took such good care of me and my husband (like the plates of food during cocktail hour and at dinner that they made for us -- someone even checked in and brought us more food!). I cannot recommend Will, Amanda, and the rest of the Crafted Catering team enough!

s of some of our favorite meals growing up, as well as accommodating our guests with specific dietary restrictions and allergies. They couldn't have made the process more easy or more fun! Everything was plated gorgeously and was so fresh, it was truly incredible!! Also, we opted to have pizzas as our takeaway gift, which was a HUGE HIT!! 10/10 best experience and best food!!

t married a few weeks ago and are still getting texts about how good our food was! Our tasting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and Will and his team really listened to us about what flavors we like and how we wanted the food to be. He is an excellent chef. Amanda is amazing!!! She is so responsive, communicative, and easy-to-work with. She helped us so much in our planning process and we really felt like she was our cheerleader. The employees we met on our wedding day were so attentive and kind and made our venue environment worry-free. We cannot rave enough about Crafted Catering! Seriously the best, and working with them was so fun.

ptional. There wasn’t a kitchen close by to where we decided to have our wedding reception dinner so they actually built a kitchen to make our dream come true.
