Crash Events

consultation to the last dance. The music selection was spot-on. Ryan effortlessly blended our musical tastes and was always in tune with the energy at the reception to cater to the party. The transitions between songs were seamless, the timing of the events at the reception was perfect, and the energy in the room was vibrant throughout the night. He maintained a perfect balance between engaging the crowd and letting the music speak for itself so the focus stayed on the wedding party and guests. Ryan's equipment is high quality. Despite being in a large shed with a lot of echo, the sound quality was outstanding and all guests could easily hear speeches/announcements through Ryan's sound system. Ryan was nothing but extremely professional while showing his lovely personality. He met with us prior to the wedding to ensure he was catering to our preferences, he worked so well with the rest of our vendors, and was so adaptable throughout the entire event. Ryan arrived so early that he was able to get completely set up for both our ceremony and reception and then help the groom with a special surprise. Ryan was part of moving a 400lb piano to the reception space so the groom could surprise the bride by playing piano and singing. And the surprise was successfully pulled off in big part to Ryan! Overall, Ryan Reid was absolutely crucial to make our wedding unforgettable. His talent, professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. The compliments about Ryan have been pouring in as our guests have just been raving about our DJ! I wholeheartedly recommend Crash Events to anyone looking for an exceptional DJ to elevate their wedding or any special event.

nable and professional as well as hilarious. We were dealing with the stress of planning an out of state wedding, however Ryan made the whole process smooth and easy. We had very little time and energy and probably provided him with less direction that was ideal, but he was very intuitive. The music flowed perfectly from the ceremony to the dinner and then a fabulous mix that kept us all on the dance floor. I would give him bonus stars if I could; hire Crash Events if you want the perfect event!

with little guidance. Cannot recommend Ryan enough!

an was quick to respond, truly interested in getting to know who we were as a couple and what we were looking for on our big day and was professional but relaxed. Instantly we knew Ryan was the guy for us when the meeting effortlessly. We relied on his expertise for the general periods of music (ie. cocktail hour, dinner and main dancing) and everyone had such a great time! He kept everyone on their feet and everyone was worn out from a great night of dancing by the end. Ryan is a truly great guy with a great passion and skill for what he does. And to top it off, his set up was professional and clean! If I could do our wedding all over again, Ryan is one detail that would not change!

ighly recommend him for any wedding, fundraiser, or party!

fun and easy to work with. Not to mention, plays great music that will have everyone on the dance floor. Sooo if you haven't already, book Ryan of Crash Events for your wedding, party, hang out, etc... 10000/10 would recommend.

e in order, he did all of that for us so I could soak up every minute of our wedding! I can't recommend him highly enough!

ls, so it was easy to made edits along the way. I really appreciated his attention to detail; he took time to ask clarifying questions to make sure our reception went just the way we imagined. Ryan was very accommodating and detail oriented (he made sure that names were pronounced correctly, that the sequence of events were just as we wanted them to be, and he kept everything running on time). He was EXCELLENT. QUALITY: We still get comments from our friends/family on how much they liked Ryan/Crash Events. He made great mixes that kept everyone on the dance floor, and his equipment is top of the line. His DJ booth looked clean/organized/professional at all times, and the volume was great. PRICE: After seeing what an awesome job he did, I felt like he could have charged us more than what he did. Ryan did outstanding work, and his prices were consistent with other DJs in town. He was also supportive of the military, and gave us a military discount for my husband's service. We really appreciated him! PROFESSIONALISM: Ryan's DJ equipment was set up well before guests arrived, and he looked very professional at our wedding. He was courteous at all times, too. I recommend Crash Events/Ryan without hesitation. You and your guests will have an awesome time if he is the DJ!

ng portion, he made sure the dance floor was packed all night. When the night ended everyone did not want to stop dancing so he dimmed the lights and played for another 30 minutes. Ryan made the celebration that much better. Thank you for an unbelievable night.

t was, and we definitely owe him for that!

anning. I could not recommend him more. He was able to do the sound and mics for the wedding ceremony and then transition to the reception. He was the least stressful vendor I dealt with! Thank you so much Ryan!

ack. It was definitely apparent that he has a lot of experience as a wedding DJ! He kept people on the dance floor all night which was really important to us. Ryan was also kind enough to help my husband set up a slideshow to be played during the reception. We can't recommend Crash Events enough!

ay. He understood how meaningful and important music was to us and even when my mother in law tried to change the mother/son song at the last minute he stuck by what we had picked out. Could not recommend Ryan enough for any dj event, he's amazing!

and wedding (he played music for our ceremony as well). The day of he was there early to set up and make sure everything ran smoothly. He is great on the mic and the dance floor was packed the entire night! I'm so glad we chose Crash Events for our big day! I would highly recommend Ryan for your next event.

ng. If things were starting to get a little sluggish, he made sure we were doing something to get everyone up and moving! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to help us celebrate our marriage!

ial day even more special!!

end up hurting the party and overall mood at the reception. Ryan is the exact opposite! He knows exactly what to do to get a party started and keep a party going. He is so much fun and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Ryan (Crash Events) to anyone looking for a wedding or event DJ!

nce floor is always packed and people rave about him for weeks post the event. Our wedding reception was no different--he managed the flow and I did not worry about a single thing one time. Our dance floor was full the entire evening! Seriously, from the original inquiry to our wedding day, Ryan was on top of it. He is so friendly and professional--his main goal was always to ensure we got what we wanted and that our guests had a blast. He is organized and has a great outline that not only prepares him for the reception, but prepared us and helped us decide what we wanted to include/exclude as well as the order of events. With Ryan's expertise and advice this process was much less daunting. We are still hearing about how much fun our guests had dancing and what a great DJ we had at our wedding--weeks after the fact! Trust me, you want a DJ like Ryan at Crash: his experience, professionalism and personality make him the best DJ in the area, hands down.

he played. Ryan traveled from Central Illinois to the Chicago suburbs for our reception. Many times throughout the night, guests approached my husband or myself about how great of a DJ we had. They raved about all the great music he played and even mentioned how they have a high standard for DJS. Ryan was there before and the night of to provide advice and answer any questions we had about the nights events. We were pretty open to suggestions from him and let him do what he thought was best the night of!! We would highly highly recommend him to anyone!!

he reception had a great time and Ryan kept everything running along smoothly and coordinating with the family members, photographer, and others involved throughout the night. We met Ryan because he is from our hometown in Champaign-Urbana, but we actually had our wedding up north in Sycamore, IL and he traveled up for no additional cost. Overall, we had a great experience with Ryan and would gladly recommend him to others.
