The antipasti charcuterie boards were beautiful and so tasty, especially the savory cheesecake. And lastly the two decadent desserts we ordered, both the puff pastry cherry hand pies and lemon ginger cheesecake bites…OMG!

We’re about a month and a half out from our wedding and we still have guests telling us how amazing the food was. The entrees were delicious and healthy, and our appetizers and desserts were truly the stars of the show! Our guests loved our nod to Wisconsin – Crave Catering had the BEST butter ever, some of the most delicious cheeses of all time for our cocktail hour, and the most amazing pies of all time for dessert. Also, Lori made sure to take time out of the day on our wedding to introduce herself, make sure we were happy, and to let us know we’d have pie to take home with us (how thoughtful is that?!). I am so thankful Crave Cuisine was so communicative, reliable, and professional throughout the entirety of our planning and on our special day. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!

The talent behind these folks is one thing (I've been dreaming about the custom miniature GLUTEN FREE Danish meatballs that they served during our cocktail hour for 3 months now) but their passion for great cuisine and hospitality is another. I feel so lucky to have had them cook for our special day, and would eagerly recommend them to any and everyone in the market for delicious eats. Highlights: A fully gluten free menu for the Celiac bride, a fully seasonal and local menu to highlight the best of the Midwest, an in-home private tasting, THE MEATBALLS, beautiful tableside service, and so, so much more. In short, I LOVE Crave Cuisine and wish that we could have another wedding just so that we could hire them again!

Lori and Chef O were so collaborative and interested in our ideas for what we wanted to do to make our wedding unique. We wanted to do Eastern European appetizers for cocktail hour, and Lori and Chef O researched recipes and came to us with fantastic suggestions that we got to try in our food trial. The food across the board was incredible, and we got rave reviews from our guests about the service, both from the servers and bartenders. The Crave Cuisine team was also flawlessly able to serve my husband's homebrew all night at the bar, which involved extra planning and coordination. Lori also was our point person the day of the wedding and put together a BEAUTIFUL cookie table (a Pittsburgh tradition!) for our dessert. She and the team also put together to-go boxes of cookies as favors for our guests. We could not have asked for a better catering experience, and recommend them to any engaged couples!

OUS delicacies. I have received a positive response from nearly ALL 150+ guests at our wedding. Particularly, I recommend their mushroom crostini and meatless balls for the plant-based folks, and prosciutto & fig and miniature steak bites for us "cheaters". Everything from the initial meeting to the tasting to the execution on the day of the wedding was perfect. Chef has an excellent ability to pair requested variations and create/assemble a menu with his and Lori's respective refined palates. We satisfied every food sensitivity and Allergy with the menu, and it was 100% Gourmet. Most importantly, everyone felt included and nobody felt weird with this cuisine. Lori's wait staff was the most professional catering staff that I have ever seen. Never was an item unprepared or underprepared. Indeed, all items were perfectly cooked. Service was correctly administered and cleared. Never did empty glasses or plates collect. Every item was perfectly seasoned but not over-seasoned. Crave also excelled at ensuring service was conducted in a "GREEN", environmentally-friendly manner. Reusable dishware, glasses, and green, plant-based disposables were used. All contact was clear. All inquiries, concerns, and issues were either answered or accomplished promptly. Crave works well with others, too, so to speak. We had different vendors for different items, such as a custom coffee blend. Crave brewed it perfectly and served it without any hassles. Guests from my wedding have already sought them out both the day of our wedding and subsequently based upon their execution. I know I will seek to retain them for future catering needs because they added to the enjoyment of our special day.

Leading up to the wedding, Lori was super quick to respond to our questions and requests, and throughout our wedding weekend, she made sure that we didn’t have to stress about a thing. She set up all of our reception décor, ensured our vendors were where they needed to be, and helped pack up and organize everything at the end of the night so we could spend more time with our guests. I can’t say enough great things about Lori and Chef Ollen. Hire them for your wedding or event and I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed!

Not to mention all the chair covers and table covers and silverware that Lori organized/coordinated and looked fantastic. The food was hot and on time (oh - and tasted great!) Guests still raving about the Mac n cheese and grilled cheese late-night snack! My husband had a separate surprise vegan meal prepared for him as well! Could not recommend Crave catering highly enough! Really appreciate your work ethic, thank you Lori!!!!!!!

Two months before the wedding my daughter decided she wanted to have dinner served in a tent in the backyard instead of going to a local, but excellent eatery after the ceremony. I immediately called Lori and asked if she could kick it into high gear and arrange a beautifully catered dinner for 50. Lori came out to the house with initial plans and not only handled the catering with flair, she also became our wedding planner, handling everything from table linens to flowers. Even though Lori was on vacation for a good deal of July, she answered all our questions and requests promptly via email. I was confident that that my home would look beautiful and my guests would have a top flight meal. As my daughter's wedding day drew closer, the myriad of detail questions increased, and Lori was always there for us... All deliveries occurred as promised and on the day of the wedding, Lori and her staff arrived very early for set-up, transforming my home and the tent into a beautiful and magical venue.The beef tenderloin and salmon were served to perfection - so many of the guests commented that they had never, ever eaten a catered meal that tasted so good. The margaritas were out of this world. When I commented on them, Lori told me that her bartender spent 3 hours the day before squeezing all the limes by hand. Lori's staff were just like her - professional and friendly, with the can-do attitude that made it seems like I had friends working in my house rather than a company hired just to do a job. This is obviously Lori Terry's passion, and she and her staff are to be congratulated for an outstanding job in every respect. I feel so lucky that I choose Crave Cuisine for one of the most important days of my daughter's life.
