Crazy Cakes by Jen

I contacted Jen via Facebook messenger in amad panic about a week before my wedding. She (or her staff) responded in no time, asked me specifics, and sent me a quote within an hour or two. I knew what I wanted based on pictures I’d seen and flavors that my then-fiancé now-husband and I both loved. Jen and her staff treated me with respect, with kindness, and with excitement about my big day, instead of making me feel like I was putting a burden on them. They delivered on time, and it looked PERFECT. But let’s all admit we’ve had some dry, very forgettable wedding cake. This cake was the best I’ve ever had, from anywhere, on any occasion. Moist, simple, and the Mexican Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese filling? Let’s put it this way...out of a full 3-tiered cake, not a crumb was leftover. Overall, 5 stars isn’t high enough. This baker, this shop is the real deal and a gem I’d recommend above any other “boutique” bakery.

If you are looking for someone to make your dream wedding cake look no further then Jen. She was quick to return any call, text, or email about any concern or additional I had. My wedding cake was not only exactly what we pictured but the taste was beyond anything I ever expect. Our guest came back for seconds and thirds and never stopped talking about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. She will be my go to for all San Antonio cakes. She will not let you down.

Jen is the best! The quality of her cakes is beyond great, from the details of the decorations to the amazing taste. My husband and I were so pleased with our cakes they were not only amazing they were delicious too. Jennifer went above and beyond for our cake because she asked for color samples of our wedding colors so she could match the colors to our roses for our cake. We were very pleased with her work and attention to the details we wanted for our cakes.
