t communication was a little sparse. It was hard to get in touch, but she did always eventually get back to me. The cake did show up, taste delicious and it looked stunning. And that's the most important part. If you can wait a bit for a reply, then I highly recommend CREAM if you want an absolutely delicious cake!

irmation email for my order and payment. I never received a shipping email, so after 2 weeks of no email or cake samples I asked for a refund. After countless attempts to contact them about never receiving ANY communication in regards to my order or my refund request, I reported them to my bank. Such a shame because I wanted to love them after all the great reviews.

When we started looking for cakes, I was shocked how many bakeries were borderline unwilling to work with any couple that have nut allergies, but Nina didn't think twice! We had no allergic reactions, a gorgeous cake, and so so so delicious!! Our guests loved everything too, and no one would have known all the sweets were gf/df. Our cake was also beautiful, and Nina created exactly what I wanted after I shared just a few photos and ideas with her. People asked us about the cake, and my mom even ordered a cake from her for a birthday party she threw for my aunt a week later! So lovely, great professional service, good reasonable prices; it was definitely a highlight of the day. At the wedding, after it had all been cut, the groom's friends were literally standing around the stand and scraping remaining cake crumbs off. Also, Nina literally went through insane weather to bring us the cake for tasting back in may in insane weather, and she was always very responsive. Thanks Nina!

Our cake looked and tasted fabulous. We had a strawberry cake (gluten free) with almond buttercream, no one suspected that is was gluten free. The cake was moist and the buttercream was delicious.
