ample selection of decor they had for us to use, and their availability as wedding coordinators - this took a lot of planning stress off our shoulders. We had a general idea of what we wanted in terms of theme and decor, but Libby and Abby really helped our vision come to life. Meeting with them and Katie multiple times before the wedding led to a smooth process, and ensured that we were all on the same page. They always promptly responded to every message we sent, and worked well with all of our vendors. The venue has multiple nice spots for photos, a big dance floor, and it is wheelchair accessible - which allowed our grandparents to be there. Katie, Libby and Abby were key in making our wedding day a beautiful one. We highly recommend Creamery 201 for events.

loved how everything from decorations to the bar staff were included! They were very helpful in coordinating with our other vendors and taking many day-of tasks off our plate, like setting up our late night snack. It really took away a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding! Our wedding party definitely had it easy since set up and take down was also facilitated by them! The options were infinite with them and I really felt like Katie and her staff took my crazy requests seriously and executed them beautifully! As you can see even the venue is beautiful! I wouldn’t haven’t wanted my wedding anywhere else! Thank you Creamery 201 staff for being so friendly and making our day happen!

but after our 1st venue went bankrupt and had to cancel our booking with them only 6 weeks before the big day, we quickly realized why Creamery 201 should have been our 1st choice all along. They helped us plan an entire 200+ guest event in a 3 hour session, a feat impressive enough by itself, but factor in that they were working with a sleep deprived and panicked wedding couple, you can see how this was truly magical. They helped coordinate with our different vendors and ensured everything went smoothly day-of. Our guests raved about the courteous and timely service. To Katie, Abby, Libby and all the folks at Creamery 201, we are truly indebted to your hospitality, resourcefulness, and kindness. We were grateful to get to work with such a wonderful local business, and hope you check them out for your next event.

day goes by flawlessly. The first thing my husband and I noticed about Katie was her open and honest approach while touring. As we were leaving to tour other venues she gave us tips of questions to ask and what to look out for. She is extremely helpful and you can tell she loves what she does. The best part of this venue is the flexibility of doing what you want with decorations and adding the vendors you want for your day. Looking back on that day I wouldn't have changed a thing. Creamery 201 is the PERFECT venue for your wedding.

The bartending staff was top-notch professionals and took care of the wedding party throughout the night including preparing for a midnight toast to ring in the New Year. We would definitely recommend Creamery 201 anyone looking to celebrate a work party, wedding, or New Years Eve celebration.

ble taking because of how attentive and courteous Katie, the owner, was (and is). The space is beautiful and different from any other place in the Madison and nearby area. The natural light from all of the windows, the second floor that looks down onto the space, and the bridal suite were just some of our favorite aspects of the space. It is very modern and clean, which allowed us to put our own style into the things we wanted, and to just let the aesthetic of the space shine for the rest. More than anything, though, the service at Creamery 201 is incredible. Katie always responded to my emails within a business day, but usually within the hour (and being a very Type A personality, I sent a lot of emails). She was incredibly organized, willing to help when needed, and overall just incredibly lovely to work with. The staff on the day of our wedding were clearly vetted by Katie, because they were all courteous and personable. My husband and I could not recommend Creamery 201 more highly. The space is beautiful and unique, the amenities (parking lot next door, able to bring in your own vendors, reasonable prices) are unbeaten, and the service and attention to detail were perfection.

Katie, the coordinator, was easy to work with, responded to my many questions via e-mail quickly, and I feel that she went above and beyond in helping us out on the day of the wedding. There's a cute room in the venue that we used for the girls to get ready, and that was nice to have as well. Would absolutely choose this location again.

All of our guests loved the venue and thought it was classy, elegant, and a nice change of pace from the typical venue. As someone who planned my wedding on my own, and on a budget, I highly recommend Creamery 201 to anyone looking to have a fabulous wedding in a unique place. The rental fee does include some things like tables, chairs, and table linens. They have two bar stations, and you can bring in all of your own vendors for DJ, catering, and rental services. The venue would fit anyone's style with its modern industrial look, but with a classic ballroom feel. If you want to have a great wedding that people won't be able to stop talking about, choose Creamery 201!!! -Kaylin
