Such a fun addition to our wedding!! They had great props and everyone had such an awesome time taking pictures. We were given access to the photos that night. They hauled it in and set it up without any issues. Would highly recommend this company!!!

The service we received from create the memories photobooth was exceptional. The people were really friendly and reliable. We were really happy with how the pictures turned out, however, the booth itself could have been nicer.

The reason I am giving 4 stars is because at some point during the wedding reception the booth broke down. Some of our guests had to leave before it was fixed and didn't get to take pictures in it. The booth was down for about 30 minutes before the guy "running" it was found in the front corner of the venue sitting in a chair playing on his phone. We should have asked for a partial refund.. It upset my parents that the booth went down for so long because they are the ones that shelled out the money for it!!! Overall we had an easy experience with this company. I would recommend them for sure. It was painless getting the contract set up, I didn't have to lift a finger, they did everything! We got to choose the font and everything which was really fun for us. All of our guests loved the photo booth and had a great time! It was great to get a CD with all of the pictures so we can have copies for those people that didn't leave their pictures in our scrap/ guest book.

We had so many issues with this vendor. Mostly with the staff. The attendant acted like he had not idea what he was doing. He called me when he arrived to ask where to deliver it and where to set up and he had been at the venue before. I had too much going on to have to deal with it. He was not dressed properly and he brought his girlfriend along with him, who was also dressed inappropriate. The machine stopped printing at least 4 times. At one point the attendant and his girlfriend were missing for about 30 mins to an hour. Come to find out when searching for them, one of the police officers found them in their car having sex! It was so inappropriate. They should not be allowed to bring girlfriends or wives to the event. Very unprofessional.

This was one of the highlights of our wedding reception! Almost everyone in attendance took a turn in the booth and had such wonderful praises about it. My only regret is that my husband and I didn't get a chance to take our own photobooth pictures. However, I've really enjoyed looking through the CD we received with our package - seeing how much fun everyone had in the booth makes it all worth it. After my sister's wedding was cancelled last year, they happily returned my parents' deposit (in full!), so we were ecstatic that they were available on our date and could work with us again. If you're planning on renting a photobooth for the evening, I highly recommend Create the Memories!

We used Create the Memories photobooths for our wedding. They did a great job, were there on time and everyone enjoyed the booth. When we were reviewing different vendors, we really liked how well kept their booths were. They were very responsive to questions and we were very happy with them. They handed us a disk at the end of the night of all the photos-no waiting!

We used Create the Memories Photo Booth for our event last Saturday. If I had to describe them in one word: Fantastic. From the very start, talking on the phone with Rebecca, selecting them and getting my information to them was a snap! They were helpful and professional, and easy to communicate with, as well as responsive. The Attendant showed up early, was extremely professional and helpful. They brought dozens of props which all of our guests loved and made the night extra special. The pictures turned out great and receiving a disc with all the pictures at the end of the night was extremely handy. My husband and I had fun looking at all the pictures of our friends and family at their silliest. Choose Create the Memories, you will not be disappointed! I would use them again and again!

CTM was amazing! They showed up 15 minutes earlier than they said, got the booth all set up and it looked great. I submitted my own graphics for the outside screen, the inside screen, and for the picture border. The attendant was very helpful and even assisted guests with putting their pictures in our guestbook! I would definitely use them again!
