If you’re looking for a day of coordinator, I can’t recommend Cindy and her team enough! My fiance and I were planning a Chinese tea ceremony, but were overwhelmed by how much needed to be done on the day of. That’s when we started to look for a day-of coordinator and we knew Cindy was the one based on how attentive and responsive she was. She did more than just show up on the day; she made sure to check in on us each month leading up the event, introduced and coordinated with all our vendors, communicated with our photographer on specific shots we wanted, and even created a timeline of what the day would look like. We were extremely thankful that Cindy was able to take the burden off of our friends and family by helping pick up the catering, setting up the decor, and even emceeing the actual ceremony. Cindy and her team were extremely courteous to all our guests and we heard nothing but good things from those who interacted with her. Our day was more than just a tea ceremony, it felt like the wedding of our dreams and I honestly don’t think the day would have gone as smoothly as it did if it was not Cindy and her team!

Cindy is an great! She’s easy to chat with and contacting plus on it with the follow up calls. She really helped with the organizing of our small ceremony and the direction of it during, plus she is always looking out for the bride/groom to have what they need. Any type of hosting of events that include family, friends, vendors I highly suggest a DOC and Cindy took the reins. Having a list handy of all must-haves vs flexibility definitely helps as well to organize the date as best as possible.
