We were very unsure if we wanted to go with a videographer for our wedding. So much so that we did not book until the last month before our special day. We were super lucky that a spot opened up with CreatedFour and we booked them immediately. I have to say I was strikingly impressed by their amazing work. Javier and Dylan came in as professionals, and made us feel comfortable. They worked well with our other vendors, captured all the moments we were looking for and some we missed. Unfortunately, it has come to a place where a review is needed. I understand when running a business mistakes happen, however this is honestly disheartening. My wife and I discovered created four and love the work we saw. We booked them for our wedding. Our wedding day was a dream come true- what came after is a nightmare. The work we received was subpar compared to what is posted online. While many shots are amazing, so many were blurry, not good, and had to ask them to send better photos due to the lack of quality. The cherry on top was not getting ANY family portraits at all, on our wedding day. While our wedding was an outdoor wedding and did have rain that day- we had an indoor part to the venue that was more then capable to host family for photos. We are heart broken. There is no excuse. We had phone calls going over our timeline, and what we wanted. My wife even made documents with mock shots showing what we wanted and the end result was nothing close to what we sent considering how much was missing from what we talked about. Out of all the important photos on your big day family photos are on the top of the list. With how fast paced and how much is happening on your big day you don’t notice what didn’t happen until afterwords. If you are hired for a job it is your duty to execute it. We have nothing to show. Family flew internationally to celebrate as well as domestically and nothing. No excuse. No family photos…. To add to it communication has been the worst post wedding. We got our wedding photos past the contractual due date. Extended response times. When confronted about this there was no accountability, Just excuses. We don’t want to hear any of the excuses that were told. Or that out of the hundreds of weddings you’ve done this is the first time this has happened. You’d think with all that experience this wouldn’t happen. We also have NOT received a SMALL refund we were told we were going to get or have had communication back from our last conversation. Left feeling regretful after the almost 5k spent on them. As stated prior mistakes happen in business and we are all human, but this one is just unacceptable. This mistake will last a lifetime. We have paid, and are paying for it currently.

Javier filmed my wedding and they were very fun and creative and paid attention to the details I wanted for my video. They didn’t miss filming anything at our wedding. They made sure to catch every moment of it. Highly recommend!

I can’t even begin to explain how awesome CreatedFour is! The day of the wedding they were ON IT when it came to getting the perfect shots, and made sure to make us feel so comfortable while taking them all as well, that we didn’t feel weird or uncomfortable in front of the camera at all! They are the sweetest people and so much fun to work with! I would refer them again and again to whoever needs an AWESOME photography/videography team!

I randomly stumbled upon Created Four's work on Instagram. I instantly fell in love with their work. I had already hired a photographer, but loved their photos so much too. I was debating whether I needed a videographer, but after seeing their amazing work, I knew I wanted to hire them for our wedding. Their cinematic approach is stunning and they incorporate personal moments (vows, speeches, etc) into the video which was hard to find in a company and it was exactly what we were looking for. Thang was easy to work with, his was relaxed and worked very well with our photographer. He stayed throughout most of the reception and got a lot of great and funny dancing shots for the video. I haven't received my video yet, but I can't wait to see what they came up with! Created Four was a wonderful wedding decision! I hope you'll make the same choice and hire them for yours! Their photography and videography is well worth it!!!
