istics. We got booked to play the wedding that night. In the months leading up to the wedding date, all of our communication was with Stefany. She was always responsive, answered all of our questions and coordinated a time for us to view the venue prior so we would be prepared for set-up on the actual wedding day. I am sure the bride and groom appreciated not having to worry about the reception band, and we didn't feel like we needed to bother the bride since we could go to Stefany. We knew exactly what to expect, and on the day of the wedding, even though she was busy with ceremony and reception set-up, Stefany made sure we had everything we needed while we were setting up, including bringing us water! Being in a band, I have played at many weddings, and I have never seen a better coordinator. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for an event coordinator to reach out to Stefany at Creating Moments. She was a joy to work with and I know you would not be disappointed.
