came to planning my wedding. Stefany, Lead Wedding Planner at Creating Moments, helped create the perfect wedding day for my husband and me. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and so much more. We were able to enjoy our day with our closest family and friends and not worry about a thing because she was there to handle it all. She did not miss a single detail of the wedding planning process. From start to finish, she made it so much fun! After our first meeting, all of the overwhelming feelings and stress about planning a wedding were gone. If it wasn’t for Creating Moments, I would still be lost and not even know where to start. Stefany knew exactly who to contact for flowers, decorations, food, music, and so much more. She helped us turn the vision we had for our wedding day into a reality! It was literally more perfect than we could have even dreamed. Her expertise and professionalism in coordinating all that a wedding entails was nothing short of amazing! Hire her; you can thank me later!

nswered any questions I had. She helped me plan the timeline for the couples' day beforehand and made sure that everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day. Stefany, at Creating Moments, reached out to my band to potentially play at a wedding she was planning. She coordinated a time for the bride and groom to meet with us, hear a live ...
sample of the music we play, and sit down with us to discuss logistics. We got booked to play the wedding that night. In the months leading up to the wedding date, all of our communication was with Stefany. She was always responsive, answered all of our questions and coordinated a time for us to view the venue prior so we would be prepared for set-up on the actual wedding day. I am sure the bride and groom appreciated not having to worry about the reception band, and we didn't feel like we needed to bother the bride since we could go to Stefany. We knew exactly what to expect, and on the day of the wedding, even though she was busy with ceremony and reception set-up, Stefany made sure we had everything we needed while we were setting up, including bringing us water! Being in a band, I have played at many weddings, and I have never seen a better coordinator. I would definitely encourage anyone looking for an event coordinator to reach out to Stefany at Creating Moments. She was a joy to work with and I know you would not be disappointed.
