Laura was great to work with, the design was exactly what we wanted, and it was so good that we barely had any left after the reception. This is also the only bakery that serves cookie butter filling and that can't be understated.

Laura was so professional and nice. She has many years of experience and it shows. Our cake was stunning. I had sketched up a little concept image of what I was thinking decoration wise and she brought it life and also matched my bouquet colors. Our initial and subsequent meetings with Laura were wonderful. The cake not only looked beautiful, it tasted amazing as well! Very much looking forward to going back next year to get a freshly made cake from her for our 1 year anniversary!

Laura and her staff were wonderful to work with. Even though the venue we booked for our wedding said they take care of ordering the cake, Laura did not mind at all that I stopped in to ask questions directly with her. We originally chose two flavors four our four tier (carrot/cream cheese and snicker doodle/cream cheese), but with Laura's help we decided change one of the four layers to what she said was her most popular (fresh strawberry filling with vanilla frosting). She also gave me ideas for creating our own cake topper. The cake was exactly how we pictured it would be and turned out perfect! It was rustic-chic. At then end of the night, we realized we only had one bite of the cake at the cutting. That one bite was delicious! Guests raved about the cake and many commented on how yummy the strawberry was! Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will recommend Creations By Laura to others.

The cake looked flawless and tasted delicious! My only minor note is that their communication skills could use a little work. Otherwise, great service!

I highly recommend Creations by Laura! She made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding last month and they were so delicious! All our guests loved them! Laura was so easy to work with too. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made my vision come to life!

We had so many compliments about our cake. It was very moist and the flavor was wonderful! If you like the look of fondant but hate the way it tastes (like me) Laura can provide you with the same look with buttercream. We had only positive comments from our guests. Her pricing is reasonable and she was on time for delivery in downtown St. Louis. Our one complaint is that after the wedding, she had negative comments about our flowers that were placed on the cake. (After we received our photos we were reassured that the flowers were as they should have looked thank goodness.) Everyone says "Something won't go the way you planned it." for a reason. It's true! But the last thing a bride and groom want to hear AFTER their wedding is that something else wasn't perfect. It was really a downer and unprofessional.

Laura is knowledgeable, creative, helpful, and makes delicious cakes! Our friends and family are still talking about our wonderful, unique, and delicious wedding cake. Tons of people shared the picture of our cake on Facebook because it was so cool. Go see Laura if you want to have a great cake! tip- you will need to return the cake stand pieces so if you will be out of town have a friend do it so you won't get charged a fee.

We contracted Laura, a very nice woman who owns her own bakery and cafe in downtown Union. We ahd a tasting and found her cake flavors to be delicious. She has many fillings and can decorate the cakes beautifully; in fact, we found her based on a gorgeous photo on The Knot. What is best about Creations by Laura is her prices! We are not huge people, so we did not allot a large amount of money to the cake; however, we were able to have a gorgeous 2 tier cake with chocolate ribbon, and pearlescent dots for only $190 with free delivery! Further, because we were having servers anyway, we chose 4 other flavors and offered two tiered sheet cake that was cut in the back and served to guests so they had options at their table. People enjoyed the cake and we heard many positve comments. All in all, we paid $425 and had enough cake to feed 250!
