Mia was absolutely fantastic!! She really made look and feel beautiful! I would recommend her services to anyone looking to have hair/makeup done. My mom had her hair/makeup done and wasn’t sure what to do, Mia was so patience and helped find the style that fits her most. She is so relatable and really puts in the time to get to you know you. My mom couldn’t believe that we just met she the one time prior for the trial she thought we were friends for years. That is just how comfortable she makes you feel. Mia is the BEST! My hair and makeup were perfect and held almost flawlessly through hours of 90 degree heat. She's so nice and personable. We had such a fun time getting ready with her and her team. Her pricing was very affordable. Bonus points because she had the most beautiful hair piece for me to buy and it was just the most stunning final touch for my wedding hair.

Mia and her team are so incredibly talented and blew my wedding party away with their hair and makeup skills! I first met her as a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding and afterwards I knew I had to have her and her team for my wedding. Mia was amazing, especially during my trial in dealing with my indecisiveness. She took the time to try different hairstyles, gave her honest input and I never felt rushed during the process. On the wedding day, Mia and her team worked so efficiently and everyone looked incredible!

Mia 1000% made my wedding day even better. As someone who does not experiment with their hair and makeup regularly, I was extremely nervous when I started looking for an artist. I was so nervous I considered not hiring one at all, but of course I wanted to look spectacular and feel pampered on my wedding day! I reached out to a LOT of salons and independent artists in the area. I also spent hours looking through photo galleries of their work. It seemed like everyone either did hair or makeup I liked, but not both... not until I stumbled across Mia's socials. I was immediately impressed with her hair AND makeup work, so I contacted her. When I reached out to Mia, she got back to me instantly. She was kind, answered all my questions, and assured me that whatever style I was going for, she'd nail it and make sure I looked spectacular (spoiler, she was right). When she arrived for my hair and makeup trial all my nerves went out the window. She was hilarious and easy to talk to, it really made the entire experience fun. When I showed her some hair/makeup styles I liked, she asked questions and was super detailed. At the end of the trial she told me to take notes and write down anything I may want to change for the wedding. As someone who is otherwise anxious and hates to critique other people's work, I really appreciated this. On the wedding day, Mia arrived right on time and was completely set up when the rest of my party showed up. The entire morning she worked her magic all while enduring my super goofy friends (and curious cat). We had a blast talking to her and she made my party and I look AMAZING. The additional makeup artist who came to help was awesome too! When they were finished, everyone looked incredible and couldn't have been happier, myself included. Not only that, but their work held up ALL DAY, from ceremony to bedtime! Overall, Mia made the entire process stress-free and I felt BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. She is truly talented and I can't thank her enough. If you are looking for a true (and FUN) professional, I HIGHLY recommend Mia and her team for any of your hair/makeup needs.

Mia was a fantastic choice of hair stylist for my wedding day! I could not have asked for anyone better. I had a trial with her which came out AMAZING, and then I decided to change a just a couple small things on my wedding day, and she knew exactly how to style my hair to make it perfect! She put dedication into styling my hair as well as my bridesmaids hair based on what we each told and showed her that we wanted. Everyone’s hair looked perfect and held up throughout the entire day because Mia used the best products and took her time with making sure each piece was exactly right. Mia did my sisters wedding in 2020 and I knew instantly I also wanted her for mine. She and Bobby did an incredible job on everyone’s hair and make up. Most of the bridal party had freckles and everyone had different styles of hair, however, they did an excellent job making everyone look natural but beautiful. They were both a lot of fun to have as part of the day and helped with the whole process. Highly recommend!

Mia is actually the best. She did my hair for my wedding in Sept 2020, and I LOVED it and it stayed all night long. She went above and beyond creating a custom hairpiece for me. Just this last weekend she did all the hair for my sister’s wedding and again, all hair turned out so good and stayed all night long. She also did my hair and makeup for a boudoir shoot and it came together perfectly. She is the sweetest and so easy to have a conversation with. She is super talented and creative. Her assistants are all wonderful as well and only works with the best! No question I would 100% hire her in the future and recommend her to anyone.

Jeremy and Mia created such a perfect photo booth experience for our wedding rehearsal dinner! During the planning process we got to customize the photo strip backgrounds, pick out the photo backdrop, and preview the fun props that we’d have the night of our dinner. The photo booth was an absolute hit at the party, and everyone had a wonderful time. Jeremy and Mia really helped us capture the excitement and joy in the moment on the eve of our wedding. Mia and Gabby did such a wonderful job with my bridal party’s hair and makeup the day of our wedding. Additionally, the in-person bridal hair and makeup trial a few months before was a great way to explore and try out what I wanted my hair and makeup to look like the day of the wedding. Mia was absolutely amazing! She was super easy to work with and did my hair and makeup just the way I wanted! The color match of my foundation was flawless - no harsh lines or anything!! She did a fantastic job on my MOH as well. We were both stunning! Mia is super friendly and was a great energy to have around on my wedding day, couldn't recommend her more!

Mia and her team were so amazing! She really listened to what I wanted given I really don't wear makeup at all and rarely ever do my hair. The bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom were so happy with their hair and makeup as well. Everything (both hair and makeup) looked great the whole night. She was also on time and very organized which really just made the morning of very relaxing. I would highly recommend Mia to anyone that is considering using her services!

Looking at my hair in our wedding photos makes me laugh and I mean this in the best way possible! I booked Mia back in 2019 right after getting engaged and choosing a wedding date (9/5/20). I did a hair and makeup trial with Mia a few months later and I absolutely loved it (long curls with a side braid). But flash forward to when we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic, nearly a year later I had a change of heart and decided that I wanted a completely different hairstyle for the wedding. Mia was so understanding and I ended up doing a second hair trial to try out an updo this time (with hair extensions) which again, I totally loved! Now onto my actual wedding day (6/19/21) I threw Mia for a loop when I yet again switched up my desired hairstyle. Rather than be annoyed or flustered at my last minute change, she was actually excited, graciously took on the challenge and did the most amazing job! I loved how my hair turned out and I got so many compliments on it from my wedding guests. Possibly most importantly, my hair stayed perfect all night and I even texted Mia a photo of it at 2:30am to show her how good it still looked! My makeup was also done beautifully and I loved that the airbrush was an option. It was a super hot summer day and not a single girl had issues with their makeup despite being super sweaty. I highly recommend Mia and her team for anyone’s wedding day, especially if you’re a bride with a large bridal party like I was! I am 110% satisfied with her services :)

Booking Creations by Mia was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. Mia is FANTASTIC and she and her team can make any vision you have a reality. I had a picture in mind of what I wanted for my hair, and Mia made my hair look even better than what I showed her. As for makeup, I had no idea what I wanted since I never had my makeup professionally done before. What was chosen was absolutely amazing and fit my style perfectly. Mia from Creations by Mia was so great to work with! She took the time during my trial to figure out exactly what I wanted and re-did details of my hair or makeup that I wanted to try differently! Even the week of my wedding I saw a different hairstyle I wanted and she had no problem making it happen! I was so happy with my hair and makeup, especially the fact that it lasted all day and night! Mia was amazing! She was recommended to me by a friend of a friend and I’m so glad we found her. Mia is amazing! I'm a review reader myself & can now personally attest to how great her work is. She actually did 2 trials for me - because my mom wasn't happy with what I chose for my initial hairstyle , Mia was gracious enough to do a second style, which placated my mom & I did end up loving more (mom knows best I guess:) She does fabulous work & is time efficient!

MIA IS A GODSEND! I had a few trials before I went to Mia and I just thought that maybe I would have to settle but the second I met Mia and she excitedly told me how gorgeous my ideas were and how they would look perfect on me I knew she was it. Then she actually did my hair and Make-up and wow. I was floored. I usually don't wear makeup and even though I told other make-up artists this I always left not looking like myself. Mia on the other hand used her skills at make-up to highlight my face and bring out my favorite qualities in myself without making me look like a different person. I felt flawless. Now, for the hair I had a few ideas and she explained which she thought would be best for my hair type as well as compliment my dress. I am super picky with my hair and she exceeded my expectations. I danced the night away with a bobby-pinned tiara on my head and when I got home at 2am that morning it looked like my hair was just done an hour ago. Mia and her girls made me feel absolutely like my best self and I would recommend her to anyone who will listen. My bridesmaids, mom and mother in law also were more than pleased with how beautiful they looked and we had a very diverse group of people. My mother in law for example has fine thin hair and wanted and updo and bought extensions, you would never have known it wasn't her hair. My sister has super curly dry hair and they worked some miracle and she looked flawless. I am so happy with my choice to go with Mia, if you are having doubts, just set up a trial she will exceed your expectations!

I knew once I saw Mia's work online that she could make my wedding vision come to life!! At my trial, Mia listened to all my hair and makeup wishes for my wedding day and created something far better than I ever could've imagined. I highly recommend Mia and her team! Mia is professional, organized, responsive, accommodating and great at her job. Mia was a dream to have for makeup on my wedding day! When I first reached out to her about scheduling a trial, she got back to me right away. For the makeup trial, she came to me which was very helpful! I had many makeup trials to try to find what I was looking for and Mia was amazing. Her work is flawless and beautiful! She was able to bring out everyone’s beauty perfectly and all my girls loved her and her assistant, Gabby! On your wedding day you spend a good chunk of time getting ready and her and Melissa truly added to our fun. Her and her team even stayed through the getting ready photos to ensure last minute touch ups and worked so well with the photographers. She absolutely made my bridal party feel gorgeous. I cannot recommend Mia and her team enough. P.S. GET THE AIRBRUSHED MAKEUP! It's totally worth it.

Mia and her team were amazing to work with for our wedding! Despite just having had a baby, Mia was always quick to respond and answer my questions. She traveled to my house to do the trial and was great at listening and delivering what I wanted based on the pictures. I showed up with a different hair piece than what I had at the trial and she made the vines work beautifully. Mia event let my bridesmaids text her with questions and get ideas. Her team will drive to where you are and was very professional. Everyone looked beautiful and i got tons of great reviews! Her prices are also extremely reasonable and well worth the money spent. All of my girls loved the extra lashes once they saw them on and she was very flexible to let them add that and airbrush on the day. I would highly recommend Mia and her team!

Mia and her assistant were amazing, professional and friendly! They showed up early and ready to work! They did 6 hairs and my makeup absolutely beautifully and finished us all just before the photographer showed up! They had no problem when my mom and sister last minute decided they wanted hair instead of makeup. Everyone came out looking gorgeous and received many compliments. Mia was the best! She came to my shore house and her and another girl seamlessly worked to make myself, my mother, and 8 bridesmaids look gorgeous. Thank you Mia, for making one of the most important parts of my wedding day an absolute joy! Mia completed a trial for both my mother and I about 4 months before the wedding. Everything was perfect. My mother, who doesn't wear make up often, was so leased with how Mia made her look! We couldn't wait until the day of!! I changed my hair last minute, and Mia was reassuring and helpful. After having my final dress fitting, I knew that I wanted to go in a different direction and Mia knew EXACTLY what I wanted!! Th day of my wedding, Mia and her two assistants were prompt and got started right away. They did hair and make up for 7 girls, and every single person was so pleased with the results. My hair, which I had down and curly, lasted for ten hours in the 95 degree heat. I can't say how grateful I am to Mia, and how pleased I am that I chose to work with her on my big day. Mia is amazing! She has a fun bubbly personality that you can’t get enough of. Not only is she a wonderful person, but she is extremely talented with hair. (She also travels to YOU!) Words cannot express how thrilled I was by Mia and her work. I am pretty apprehensive about my appearance, and Mia's warmth, friendliness, and confidence put me at ease immediately. We did a trial which went wonderfully, and she recommended places to purchase extensions and accessories which was insanely helpful. I was so impressed with what she did with my bridesmaids' hair. They had all picked out photos of different hairstyles, and Mia ended up doing similar styles in such away that their hair was all different, but in a similar shape. I might not have explained that well, but each girl looked unique but the overall effect was very polished and put-tother. She also did a beautiful job on my hair and makeup. I was amazed at the end result. She based my makeup on my "everyday" look, so I still looked like myself, but much improved. I would absolutely hire her again, and highly recommend her.
