We chose to serve our wedding cuisine buffet-style, and I was super nervous about running out of food, but I was assured they have it down to a science and that wouldn’t happen. Rest assured, we had more than enough and it was all delicious!! I got tons of compliments from family and friends alike about both our appetizers and dinner. The team onsite also killed it! They were dressed professionally which was important to me, and they were all so kind and friendly to everyone. I am so thrilled we chose Creations in Cuisine, and I would do it all over again! Highly recommend for all your event needs!

nitial inquiry through the end of the night...! The entire CICC team was incredibly responsive, caring, and attentive to our vision and needs. We wanted a Southwestern-influenced buffet that drew on regional inspiration and ingredients, and they crafted a beautiful menu for us that included both delicious beef and chicken entree options alongside an array of vegetarian-friendly sides like green chili sweet potato mash; an amazing jack cheese polenta; and spiced roasted vegetables. As planning evolved, Amber McBain was an invaluable help - answering all of our many questions, checking in regularly, adjusting our menu as we thought of new considerations, and providing wonderful insight and expertise to ensure that we had a truly perfect experience. Thank you to Amber, Frank, Pam, and the entire rest of the team for helping to make our special day such a success!

They also have quite a varied rental inventory through their partner (we got several compliments on the linens we chose, which people usually don't even notice), and their invoices break down every line item on both the catering and event rental fronts. The day of our wedding, Amber did an incredible job overseeing the setup and flip, and we got rave reviews for the small plates, including from some typically hard to please guests! Would definitely recommend.

we could not have been more thankful for CIC for being a great partner throughout it all. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Amber who was our main point of contact. She was super responsive, helpful, professional, had incredible attention to detail, and brought a sense of calm and positivity in a stressful time. We truly felt like we were amongst family with Amber and felt taken care of. Beyond the incredible customer service, the food was so so delicious, unique, and artful! We did a heavy hors d'oeuvre style dinner (the street tacos and street corn were amazing!) with milkshakes for dessert, instead of cake. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food and how friendly the staff was. CIC also helped us make a menu that accommodated a variety of dietary needs (Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free), and met the event's vibe. They also helped us make decisions on the event to make it more eco-friendly. CIC was so great to work with. We could not recommend them enough!!!

Creations in Cuisine. We felt very comfortable with how mindful they were with COVID protocols with the servers and they made sure my now husband and I were immediately given a small plate of appetizers after our ceremony before photos started, which was a very nice touch. Definitely a pleasure to work with Kevin, who was always so quick to respond with any questions we had along the way!

pure joy. You can tell she really wants you to enjoy yourself and that everything is just what you want. They don't try to push you in to more than you need and they are SUPER accommodating. I have celiac disease and we had a bunch of allergies in our group and they took into consideration ALL of them. Everyone could eat everything. And my little nephews were PUMPED that they got mac and cheese. One of my nephews decided he really liked the catering captain on the day, and kept talking to her and showing her around the yard. She was so great with him. The buffet tables they set up were gorgeous, beyond what we had expected. The thought they put into everything was so lovely. And the food! Oh my gosh! We're still talking about the flank steak, and my brother couldn't get enough of the street tacos. I feel like food often fall short with large catering, this did NOT disappoint. It's also great that they work with the rental vendor so we could batch it all in to one! Amber, if you see this, thank you for answering all my questions, for being so kind, and always a joy to talk to. You all are the best!

lp us feel confident about the food we were selecting for our cocktail reception, dinner and late night snack. I really appreciated how helpful they were. We LOVE food so we knew we couldn't serve anything basic. The CIC team did not disappoint us. The support during the planning process and the execution on the day of was worth every penny. During the cocktail hour, the team was so thoughtful by bringing us our own plate of appetizers while we were rushing about to get photos taken. Similarly during dinner they took extra care to ensure that we got some extra attention and a to-go box filled with delicious treats given that we didn't get much time to truly enjoy the menu we put together. From beginning to end we felt like we were in the best hands and were continuously being well taken care of. We absolutely recommend this team for all your celebratory meals!

One of the guests even asked me for CIC's business card. We also had a special food request for my mother-in-law, and Nancy (the banquet captain) made sure that she was served promptly. ould do a couple of things for me. The day of my wedding it was raining and on my way to the venue, I was stressing about everything. Katie got on the phone with me and made sure everything I needed was set up and there. Including the guest book table. The food was amazing too. I had guests tell me that the food was better than other weddings they have been to. We did the simplicity package with Chicken Breast, Marinara Pasta, Salad and Veggies with Dinner Rolls. They really made sure to pay attention to every detail, including Food allergies and with MY food allergies in particular. The serving staff was amazing as well. They helped me box up all the stuff I brought and kept telling me to sit down. I am the Bride, they are handling it. (I still helped) I couldn't be more happy with my choice on CIC. Between the venue and them everything turned out to be amazing! Frank the owner was there. He is such a pleasure to work with! Thank you everyone!!

ferent caterer relatively close to our wedding day (about 3 months), when we just got a really weird feeling and panicked that we would end up in a situation we would later regret. That is when I called Creations in Cuisine with not so high hopes that we would be able to go an entirely different direction. I was wrong! I was directed to Frank immediately and by the time we got off our initial phone call, we were having a quote written up for us. SUCH RELIEF!! Frank was a pleasure to work with, from the emails to the calls to the tasting- all of it. And I haven’t mentioned the food yet, it is AMAZING. I still crave to nosh down on the fabulous and flavorful street tacos and sliders. Katie became our point of contact right before the wedding and she too was so incredible to work with. They made it so easy to not have to worry about feeding a large amount of people on a defined budget and with delicious food. Our guests are still raving about it. Captain Jade introduced herself to us, gave us well wishes and ran the show like a champ! Beautiful displays, serving stations and professional crew members. They even made sure we left for the night with boxes of food for us to eat that night which was so appreciated because we hardly had a chance to eat at the reception. I will be recommending them to my engaged friends!! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!

The day of, the servers were absolutely amazing and so friendly. They knew exactly where the kids meals went and executed other special requests. One even stayed late to help us move some rental equipment, which had nothing to do with the catering! Our guests still talk about the food. Amazing people. Thank you so, so much Creations in Cuisine!!!

We changed our menu several times, had very special requirements, requested certain items be made vegan....and she made it all happen. The food was delicious, my wedding guests were so happy, and they helped make our wedding as special as could be.

They were the best fit for us and took care of everything that was needed for our cocktail hour, dinner, and desserts. The only negative comment was that our wedding size and the layout was known well in advance of the event but the service of dinner was very slow on the wedding date and better preparations for our size and space could have been thought through better to make it more efficient. Dinner was a very long process. Also, we did not get to taste our appetizers because they were put in the wrong room for after the ceremony. Overall we would recommend Creations in Cuisine, they are professionals.

The staff put together the most elegant and amazing event for us! They provided all of our rental items and linens as well as the food. All of our guests commented on how good the food was and what a beautiful setting we had. The service during cocktail hour and dinner was exceptional. Every person I talked to and worked with from start to finish during the planning process was so helpful and accomodating with my requests. They were pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of and made me feel at ease that everything would be taken care of, and it was! I would absolutley recommend Creations in Cuisine Catering for any event!

After doing some searches online we came across Creations in Cuisine, I called for information and before I knew it one of the owners were coming over to have a meeting. We were so nervous, we had no idea what to ask or what to do. When Frank arrived we were put completely at ease. He measured our backyard, picked out colors for table cloths, etc. We ended up using their services for everything from the tent to the margarita machines, to food, tables, etc. It literally was a one-stop shop. Our guests are still raving about the food and how amazing things looked. We are so happy we found them!

They also provided the linens and table ware for our reception, and set up and tore down everything, from table linens and glassware to chair bows. For the quality of food and service, they were very reasonably priced and we would use them again for other occasions.
