ere plenty of infection control and professionalism issues that left me with severing my contract days before my wedding. I reached out to a few artists and Shauna came in to save the day! I did my trial a few days later and after seeing her salon and her process I felt at ease completely! Not only is Shauna a seriously talented make up artist, she is clean and meticulous when it comes to sanitation! During a pandemic it’s more important than ever that I can trust someone to do my own and my loved one’s services. I couldn’t be happier with Shauna and her services. Book her! You will not regret it!

to edit and remove services up to 6 weeks before the wedding. And you can add services and make changes to the day-of timeline up until the wedding day (dependent on their availability). I was so overwhelmed picking a hair and makeup artist that I kept putting it off until what felt like the last minute. I decided upon CBA because it seemed like the most convenient solution, and I’m so glad I did. They made the process so simple and straightforward and assigned us to a great artist, Nicolette Molinar. Nicolette did hair and makeup for myself and three bridesmaids. I had a half-up do and airbush makeup, and the bridesmaids had down dos with traditional makeup. She made us all look so great! I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. She did an amazing job. I didn’t have to worry about my hair or makeup all night. It all stayed perfectly in place. I’ve never seen my sister so beautiful either! Neither of us typically do much with our hair or makeup, and my dad was especially touched seeing us all dolled-up. It was very helpful doing a trial at Nicolette’s studio space (FoxFace Studios in St. Paul, MN). I thought I would want my hair down, but we ended up choosing a half up, half down do. It was very helpful having the chance to test out placement of all the hair accessories beforehand, too. Nicolette even stayed a little later to help the mother of the groom, who was behind schedule and needed a touch-up with her hair. Nicolette offered to stick around and fix it up quick. She was a real life-saver! Everyone looked beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

I also really appreciated my particular stylist's flexibility in scheduling my trial hair & makeup as I was wedding planning from across the country and had a small window of time back in Milwaukee to meet her. The payment process was easy, all the stylists showed up on time to our hotel on the day, everyone was fun to talk to, listened to what we wanted (so many different hair types in my group!), and made us feel pampered and look beautiful in our pictures. It was so nice not to have to worry about rushing back to a hotel to change or to a our venue from a salon in traffic. We were already where we needed to be for pictures and when you're dealing with a tight schedule, that makes all the difference! Highly recommend CBA in Milwaukee and my stylist Steph, who made me look lovely on our day.

She was a lot of fun to work with, and the other two girls who came on site to do hair and makeup - Soraya and Lindsay - were awesome too! . Me and my bride's maid had to rearrange our work schedule and everything for this makeup, but 30 minutes before the trial, the agent canceled my appointment. are you kidding me?! I called CBA, CBA said they didn't reiceive any info from her saying that she need to cancel the trial. this is not only disappointing, but aslo very unprofessional. I won't even do it to my closet friend or my family, not to mention I'm a customer with highly expectations on them.

I had a preview service with Brooke ahead of time and she was awesome at communicating with me to create hair/makeup styles that were exactly what I wanted. The online system used for booking/scheduling was super convenient. When coordinating with many vendors it is awesome to be able to login to a website and make adjustments, payments, or view details. I simply entered what we needed and they created the schedule for the morning. CBA is also one of the most affordable options I'd seen in the Twin Cities.

es, you don't have to worry about friendors going AWOL at a crucial moment. Everything about working with CBA was smooth from the start: they provide you with a website login where you can review your scheduled services, make changes up until about two weeks before the wedding, and see your remaining balance and invoices. The website is easy to use and very efficient! Another thing I loved where the prices. CBA was significantly cheaper than any MUA in my area (granted, I live in Houston, so their prices may seem steeper in other cities/towns). If I had one complaint, it's that I could not make payments in small increments outside of CBA's structured deadlines, which occur about a month before your preview service and a month before the event deadline. Our artist was Devon W., and she was an absolute dream to work with. She did not mind showing up to my house, a complete mess from all of the wedding planning, and was very attentive to the sample pictures I provided and worked with me to customize a wedding look that would fit my face. She was great about making suggestions and letting me try things out - I wanted a cat eye to go with my retro 1950's cocktail dress, but after she applied the cat eye, we both agreed that it was too aggressive for my lighter-coloured eyes. She was cheerful and professional, and showed up on time and ready for both the trial and the day of the wedding! She was hilarious and a great presence to have the morning of as we got ready. I couldn't recommend her enough!!

my practice session at home and it was lovely, I was feeling so excited going to the big day. But sadly 2 days before the event my artist fell so ill she was headed to the hospital. I got the most sincere apology call from Robin with the company. He quickly sent through a total refund with a bit extra to help with any last minute fees for finding someone new. He was so genuine and distraught that he couldn't do more for me. I may not have actually gotten the wedding makeup done by the company but I can speak to how much they truly care about their customers.

When I got engaged, no research was needed on my end because I knew that CBA was reliable and I booked them for our November 19th wedding in St. Paul, MN – requesting Pauline C and Mici D once again. The booking process was quick and easy, the online dashboard of selecting various options was really user friendly and communication with Robbin about constant updates to my wedding party selections and timelines was always positive. On the day of our wedding, we had a total of 12 girls get hair and makeup done so 4 artists assigned to us in total (Pauline C, Mici D, Emilie S and B) in order to meet our “ready time” request. They arrived early, were super organized and worked really well together (even though it was the first time a few of them had met). All of my bridesmaids commented on how they loved their hair and makeup and how great they were to work with – we even got done ahead of schedule, who knew that was possible on your wedding day? :) I would highly recommend Creative Beaute Agency to any brides out there. They were top notch!

. It was so easy to book, and the girls were amazing. We had Bree (makeup) and Marina (hair) the day of, and they were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Bree. She was so nice and friendly, and made everyone look beautiful. Marina did not do my hair, but she did blow-outs and down do’s for everyone else and they were all stunning. Shannon, Steph, and Shenna were all fabulous to work with!! Everyone absolutely loved their hair, and it was clear how talented they all were. I did a trial beforehand with Shannon, which was great. She and Shenna and Steph were very easy and fun to work with, and helped make the wedding day wonderful!

t a lot more makeup on you to reflect the additional price. It is good for full coverage, but I liked a bit more natural look (how my makeup was done as a bridesmaid). I was grateful that I did the trial makeup run. Though it was expensive to do the trial and the actual wedding day makeup, it helped me to better communicate the more natural look I was going for to my makeup artist, while still getting full coverage. My makeup artist, Mariah is very kind, talented, and took the time to listen to my concerns/what I wanted to change. I would highly recommend her. I really loved my makeup the day of my wedding and it lasted throughout the whole night. My impression of the company overall was not as good. When I asked for a preview service it took them a while to get back to me to actually book it. However, they were very quick to call me the day of the preview service at 8:00 AM leaving a frantic voicemail to make sure the payment was made in full ASAP or service would be canceled. While I understand they need payment prior to service to ensure a stylist does not drive out with the chance of not being paid, it did not leave a good impression on me. Overall, wonderful makeup artists and you will look great, especially if you request Mariah. Just a bit pricier and the company is a bit heavy on the "pay us now" tone.

At the trial, I showed Rebecca a few pictures that were all very different and she pulled the elements that I liked from each of them into a cohesive look, making notes on any adjustments for the big day. On my wedding day, she and Stacy kept things moving on time and were very receptive to everything that the ladies in my group asked for. The girls all looked great! My hair turned out better than I could have imagined and it stayed all night, and we deviated from our original plan for my make-up and that too turned out awesome. It stayed on the entire time despite sweating from all the dancing. Setting everything up with Creative Beaute was a breeze thanks to their great online planning tool and Robbin’s responsiveness. We had a couple schedule and service changes and it was all super easy to take care of. Thank you!

Heidi even adjusted the look I had originally chosen because it had hurt my head in the trial run - Due to the adjustment, there was no pain on wedding day and it looked absolutely fantastic. These ladies have no problem finding solutions for concerns, so tell them what you want! CBA was recommended to me through a friend of a friend, and I would recommend them to anyone else as a stress free option to getting everything you want.

I felt like I couldn't trust them. I initially wasn't sure about Creative Beaute Agency because when I started the process they said I had to submit online & I didn't know how I felt about that. Needless to say I felt like I could trust the process reading others reviews and knowing another bride who used them. Lindsay Dukes was my master artist for my make up. SHE NAILED IT! I loved my make up it was exactly what I wanted not too much not too little she enhanced my beauty :) My bridesmaids also looked AMAZING! So many people complimented myself & my girlfriends. People were in AWW at how amazing it was. Thank you for an incredible experience & I would for sure recommend Creative Beaute Agency to others in the future!

ore I would get any response. I paid for a Master Makeup artist and a Master Hairstylist, I did not get either. My preview service was a week before my wedding, my hair and makeup turned out no as I wanted. I then emailed Tracy S. a couple pictures of what I was looking for and she ensured me that she would nail the look the day of. Her makeup turned out okay but I had to keep reminding her this is what I wanted. I even brought my own eye shadows and lipstick to ensure I had the colors that I wanted because at the trial she did not have a great selection to choose from which made me very worried. She had zero hair technique, I kept telling her I wanted loose curls and she kept on trying to re-curl it and eventually my hair started to get frizzy because it was being overworked. I asked for part of my hair to be pulled back and it looked like it was a big rats nest. It was not smooth and elegant at all. Not to mention she was late which caused us to be late to the church and made everything a rush. Jenn did the hair for the rest of my bridal party. It was okay but no one was wowed. Even my bridesmaids just said...they are not good....where did you find them? At the end of the day I was married to the man I loved so all of this doesn't matter but I would not recommend them because you never know who you are going to get. Don't take the risk. Based on the reviews here a lot of people lucked out but you could end up like me and be completely unhappy with the service.

ER her makeup was applied, they then took additional money from the bride and added a very high tip without consulting anyone. Save yourself the trouble on your big day and use someone else. The makeup stylist Lauren was so atrociously rude the way that she was speaking with the bridal party, her tone and language and word choice was totally unacceptable ESPECIALLY to a bridal party while they were trying to get photos taken. On top of it all they took so long to complete the hair and makeup that one of the girls who paid (and who's money was NOT refunded) did not even have time to get her hair and make up done. Another girl in the bridal party had to completely redo her own makeup as well. Word to the wise, if you don't want your wedding day ruined.. STAY AWAY FROM CBA!

t I have naturally curly hair that I was aiming to wear in a 'hollywood set' on my wedding day. Shauna did an incredible job on my hair and makeup and all of my concern was quickly forgot about after our trial run together. She knew exactly the look I was going for and I couldn't have felt more beautiful on my wedding day. She was professional, so kind, and worked with myself and all the ladies to achieve our perfect looks for the big day. I cannot recommend her enough! Amanda did the hair of most of my bridesmaids and they all looked so fabulous! Thanks CBA for making myself and my wedding party fabulous on my big day!

They were most in line what my party was willing to pay and so I went ahead and booked them. Everything leading up to the day was easy in that they were responsive to any of my questions and they communicated with me prior. We had Cindy, Amy Jo and Lianna for the day and they were AMAZING! The women of my party all felt heard, pampered, relaxed and felt beautiful. My primary concern was that the final look would be too extreme from how the women normally look and that was not the case. Each woman, on my special day also felt special and beautiful. The women could not say enough about how much they loved the three women. It was felt that Sindy, Amy Jo and Lianna had as much invested in the day as the women they were working on. Everyone looked stunning and I am so appreciative of the talents of these stylists in making my day that much more special and perfect. I cannot thank them enough for making my day a little less hectic and more relaxing for all of us.

We used Lianna for our make-up and she also did an incredible job. I have never felt more glamorous in my life, and that was thanks to the Creative Beaute Agency team. All of the girls looked glamorous. I would recommend the Creative Beaute Agency to any Bride.

g! I thought it was great! However, the value is in the artists you get. Lesson learned -- do a preview even if it's ridiculously expensive (or find someone else you trust). The artists I had didn't really listen to what I wanted, even after showing pictures, and asking for corrections. Because of time, and stress and not wanting to deal with re-doing all of my hair/makeup I let it go. Big mistake. The whole way to the wedding I stressed out about how I didn't feel like me and felt sick to my stomach. I would only recommend if you do a preview with the artist who will do your makeup/hair for the big day. It worked out fine for me, but I hated my hair and makeup and couldn't wait to get to my hotel to wash it all off and let my hair down.

The only thing I was a little disappointed about for my trial was that it cost the same amount as my wedding day services did. But that is my only comment. We had Olivia M., Shenna B. and Stephanie S. All of them were a great pleasure to work with. They were accommodating and made sure that they talked through what each girl wanted. Which was great. They came to our hotel room which was fantastic and they all made getting ready fun and stress-free. We loved them and our services. Thank you!

They were fun to have in the room with us and interacted with the room and all the other things going on in just the right way. The only hiccup was I had e-mailed the main stylist a couple weeks before about what time she would arrive (9:15am). Day of, she arrived around 9:40am. There was a short moment of panic when I could not reach her on her phone. But shortly after she showed up and was set up in 5 minutes, ready to start the first bridesmaids' updo on time at 9:45am. The 2nd stylist arrived right on time at 10am and got the next girl started right away. They did a fabulous job on both make up and hair. The makeup was just what we asked for, very natural looking. Hair turned out perfect too. I asked the girls to have a natural looking curl with their hair down. Shannon did just this, but still adapted the look to each girl and her hair wonderfully. It turned out better than I pictured. Shauna did my hair and she pulled it off perfectly! I loved everything about it. It didn't quite hold through the whole night, but we did dance quite a bit. I did forget to have my veil out when we did my hair. It was in the room, but set aside with my dress. We forgot to place that before Shauna left which was a bummer. We both had practiced it in the trial, so I knew where it went. But I wish she would have placed it instead. As a whole, I was so SO happy with CBA and Shauna & Shannon. They made us look beautiful!

I had previously done a trial with her and was so happy with that that I knew the wedding day look would be perfect. She did such an amazing job on the wedding day that even she commented that she liked it better than what we had done at the trial. The other ladies all seemed really happy with what they had done. What was a really great perk was that they both ended up being ahead of schedule. This lead to such a stress free morning and set the perfect start to the day! I would absolutely recommend this company and both of the artists!
