I got married in late April '26, and went with CBA for my hair/makeup vendor. From the get-go, the communication with Shauna was great. I found the portal wherein you build your service selections easy to navigate and thorough in descriptions.
I chose to do a hair and makeup bridal trial, and it went wonderfully. Shauna was so thoughtful and attentive in her questions, and it gave me great confidence in her skill before the big day. She ended up doing 5 makeup looks, including my own, as well as my bridal hairstyle on the busy morning. She was so efficient with time and made everyone feel beautifully authentic.
She gave us a second hair stylist for the morning to assist, Sindy, who also did a great job. Both ladies were very personable and added positive energy to the special day. I would highly recommend CBA!

I absolutely loved my experience with CBA on my wedding day (9/21) and they helped me out in a tight spot. I had originally only booked them for makeup (my regular hairstylist was ...
going to do my hair), but in January she had to back out), I was panic searching for a hairstylist and then it dawned on me to ask CBA if they had any availability for my day. They only had one stylist available for the whole day + Shauna who would be able to do 2 regular hair and one bridal hair. Ms. Cindy did 14.. I repeat 14 people's hair and they looked BEAUTIFUL. AND we were ahead of schedule. How does a human do that?
I had the pleasure of working with Shauna to collaborate on what I should do with my hair and makeup and she completely captured my vision. I wanted a little color (green) but nothing crazy and she absolutely nailed it. At my hair trial, I asked for an updo with a romantic feel, I thought it looked beautiful at the trial, but on the wedding day - EVEN BETTER. How she made it look even more amazing I have no idea.
Mary, our Makeup artist, was so wonderful as well. She was so complementary and made everyone feel like a star. She worked so diligently to get everyone done in a timely manner but never made us feel rushed. She made me and my loved ones feel beautiful in every way and that's what you want on your wedding day.
All of these amazing women were so calm and collected, and I had a HUGE party (1 bridal, 3 moms, 8 bridesmaids, 4 junior bridesmaids, flower girl, and a groom touch up) and they got everyone done on time / early. I was truly amazed. The day went by so fast I didn't get to share my gratitude with them. But if you get the opportunity to work with these folks, I highly recommend.
As for pricing, some of the most reasonable pricing I could find. Wedding planning is really tough and I feel like companies will take advantage of folks because we put the word wedding in front of it. It is not the case here.

It’s not often that I go to weddings and think that the hair and makeup artists hit the mark on all parties involved... well Shauna and her team did that for mine! I unfortunately ...
wasn’t able to make a trial work due to Covid, but she knocked it out of the park with my hair and make-up, not to mention my entire bridal party!
CBA also makes the billing process super easy. You are able to select the services you want from their website and complete the billing process at that time. Totally transparent and no worry about not having enough cash on hand because you didn’t realize lashes weren’t included, etc.
Highly recommend!

irl couldn’t do what I was asking for and on top of that there were plenty of infection control and professionalism issues that left me with severing my contract days before my wedding. I reached out to a few artists and Shauna came in to save the day! I did my trial a few days later and after seeing her salon and her process I felt at ease completely! Not only is Shauna a seriously talented make up artist, she is clean and meticulous when it comes to sanitation! During a pandemic it’s more important than ever that I can trust someone to do my own and my loved one’s services. I couldn’t be happier with Shauna and her services. Book her! You will not regret it!

CBA has a great website. You select all the services you want, and they assign an artist based on your requests and availability. It all went very smoothly. All payments can be mad...
e on the site. And even after making a deposit you’re still able to edit and remove services up to 6 weeks before the wedding. And you can add services and make changes to the day-of timeline up until the wedding day (dependent on their availability). I was so overwhelmed picking a hair and makeup artist that I kept putting it off until what felt like the last minute. I decided upon CBA because it seemed like the most convenient solution, and I’m so glad I did. They made the process so simple and straightforward and assigned us to a great artist, Nicolette Molinar.
Nicolette did hair and makeup for myself and three bridesmaids. I had a half-up do and airbush makeup, and the bridesmaids had down dos with traditional makeup. She made us all look so great! I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life. She did an amazing job. I didn’t have to worry about my hair or makeup all night. It all stayed perfectly in place.
I’ve never seen my sister so beautiful either! Neither of us typically do much with our hair or makeup, and my dad was especially touched seeing us all dolled-up.
It was very helpful doing a trial at Nicolette’s studio space (FoxFace Studios in St. Paul, MN). I thought I would want my hair down, but we ended up choosing a half up, half down do. It was very helpful having the chance to test out placement of all the hair accessories beforehand, too.
Nicolette even stayed a little later to help the mother of the groom, who was behind schedule and needed a touch-up with her hair. Nicolette offered to stick around and fix it up quick. She was a real life-saver!
Everyone looked beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I went for my trial the hair dresser was very rude, and when I reached out to the owner for a different stylist with a better attitude they canceled my ...
contract and told me there was no pleasing me. So with less than 6 weeks to my wedding I had to find a new stylist. thanks for the added stress

I loved the ladies that worked on our hair and makeup. All of the girls looked beautiful. I did have some trouble with my hair staying pinned later in the evening and maybe should ...
have opted to have my hair a littler higher on my head to prevent from pulling my chin in for pictures. My make up was stunning but did need some darkening before we left for the wedding. I liked that the makeup artist had me stay in my makeup for a while before i decided to go crazy and change things. It allowed me to get used to having a full face on.
