My experience was wonderful. Staff was very attentive and did not rush me at all. But I did book my appointment in advance. I rented a beautiful gown for my wedding. I personally recommend this boutique. I experienced nothing but wonderful service from limo pick up and delivery to assisting me to pick out my perfect dress ( friends thought I bought bc fit well) Also next day just put everything in the bag and left with bellman. Creative bridal picked it up. The staff made the entire experience fun and easy. And Veronica was very pleasant to me. Dawn was my bridal consultant and she helped me pick the perfect dress She was totally honest on which dress looked the best on me, which I totally appreciated bc shopped alone. However I did go to wedding store at home at home with my mother to determine which style looked best on me. Plus I wanted the full wedding experience.

Tried to book a basic steaming service but it seems awfully hard seeing as you have to call and they don’t answer the phone which is apparently a mobile. After I had been trying to call throughout one morning to arrange for the next day, and getting voicemail each time, Veronica phoned me back and literally told me off very rudely for trying to call her too many times as they were ‘with a bride’. (I didn’t know she’d been screening the calls, it didn’t connect). “Sarah, you have called me eight times. You only do that if your wedding dress is on fire” were her words before hanging up. I mean maybe sort out a way for people to arrange this service that doesn’t involve phone tag and then chastising them like a child for phoning your business? Shocking and a terrible advert for people like me travelling from overseas. Other firms manage to allow people to book services online but for some reason they apparently cannot
