die for, and the buttercream was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about the cake -- and the design was exactly what I wanted. I did a buttercream frosting, but they did the cutest little fondant crab peeking out of the cake for me as well. Cannot recommend enough!

tle bit of every cake and frosting. When we sat down with the staff later on they did a great job designing a cake that fit our budget and guest list. We had looked through the binders of cake designs (there were tons to choose from) and the staff sketched out a design based on the cakes we liked most. The process was easy and the cake arrived for the reception without a hitch! We got lots of compliments from the guests on the cake. The cake was moist and the fruit (we went with lemon and raspberry fillings for different layers) was fresh and not overly sweet.
