Creative Chair Coverings

April did an amazing work with all of our venue decorations. Completely transformed our venue it was like walking into an enchanted forest, something out of a fairy tale. Our friends and families are still talking about our wedding and our decorations! Surpassed every expectation to the max. Best service and attention to detail I have ever had and experienced!!

The two stars are for her actually showing up and setting the chair covers at my wedding reception. She runs the business out of her home which is fine, but does not constitute her unprofessionalism. 1) I wrote her a check for final payment and she took a month to cash it. 2) we had a meeting at my venue to do a mock table set up, she said she would be there at 4:00. Around 4:45 a woman I've never seen before shows up with chair covers and table cloths and says "she sent me instead, didn't she tell you?" "um no." come to find out later that she sent me an email around 3:45 saying "I'm not going to be able to make it, so I'm sending one of my employees." -she sent me an EMAIL 15 minutes before our appointment to tell me she wouldn't be there, I mean come on, I know we live in a technically run type of society, but you couldn't have called to let me know? Also, she said "my employee" um does your employee have a name? That made things uncomfortable and very unprofessional. Not to mention, the "employee's" response to every single one of my questions was "i don't know, but I'm sure The owner A**** could answer that for you" ok well if only she was here. 3) She is ridiculously hard to get ahold of, nor does she return any of your calls. If you don't communicate by email then you're screwed. 4) I chose to go with this company over any of the other companies in town due to her competitive prices, but it's true when they say "you get what you pay for". I got polyester chair covers with red satin sash. The bows she tied with the satin sash were hideous. They looked like numerous big obscene knots just sitting on the back of the chair. I thought to myself "maybe those are really just hard to make look elegant" so I tied one myself, it look fantastic. But by the time I noticed this, it was time for me to walk down the aisle, so all my pictures have these giant hideous knots. 5) The owner of Creative Chair Covers was supposed to get in contact with my wedding planner at my venue To set up a time where she can drop off the table linens to the venue and also to discuss what time she will be there to set up the chair covers on the day of. I would communicate with A**** (owner of CCC) and ask if she had spoken with my wedding planner and she continued to say "no not yet, but I will" Finally I just thought to myself "this isn't my job, I have to much to worry about, she will have to do it" on my last meeting with my coordinator (3 days prior to my big day) she asked "are you still having linens set up" my response "well of course" her "well she hasn't contacted me yet" I was so mad I told my coordinator all about A**** unprofessionalism and needless to say, they won't be recommending her to any of their future brides. Anyways my coordinator says "well I'll just give her a call, so you don't have to worry about it anymore" about an hour later CCC A**** calls me (wow huh!) and says "oh I just called and set up everything with your venue, so we will be there." HAHA YOU JUST LIED TO ME. I LOATHE LIARS. 6) in an email she said "ok we will meet on Saturday, I'll be in contact." Saturday rolls around, and I'm literally waiting to hear from her, I check my email, nothing. My phone, nothing. Finally I decide to call her, no answer, i left a message. A day or two go by and I hear nothing from her so I decide to email her. Her response was "oh my phone took a dump, sorry about that." are you serious?! It was impossible for you t
