ctured it! In our meeting with Alicia, we had initial flavors that we were looking at getting, but she helped guide us in finding what combinations would taste the best. We had developed a rough draft with her on what we would like our cake to look like, but about a month out we had decided we wanted to go a different route with the design to honor the brides grandmother who passed away unexpectedly and Alicia had no problem with accommodating our request and the cake was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. All of our guests complimented our wedding cake and the flavors we chose, especially the red velvet and almond/amaretto layers. Our guests and vendors said it was the best wedding cake they have ever had!

She was very creative and versatile.;At times communicating with the baker Alicia wasn't always quick. I mostly communicated through e-mail and sometimes it would take days or weeks for her to reply to my e-mails. This didn't impact me that much because I started planning with plenty of time ahead of me. Don't wait until the last minute to design your cake. This will make sure you are not rushed. One suggestion I would have is to think about booking Alicia as soon as possible. Her delicious and beautiful cakes make her very popular and she tends to book weddings fast.
