I (the bride) took it upon myself to coordinate everything, but Samy really listened, and took the reigns and did a magnificent job. Samy and his team were incredibly polite, professional and super respectful. And the FOOD!...INCREDIBLE! We chose to have a Tuscan table, passed Hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner. Each Hors d'oeuvre was better than the last. We had a variety of flavors being passed around; miniature cheese pies to represent my husband’s Greek side, Prosciutto wrapped asparagus (Yummy!!), pulled chicken tostadas (not spicy and super delicious), beef skewers, Mushroom crostini’s and Veggie Spring rolls. All were super delicious! The dinner – YUMMM! When I came to my table, I was pleasantly surprised to find every choice on my table, all beautifully plated (separately of course). Samy wanted us to try everything and so we did! We had the skirt steak, a lovely pan-seared Salmon and the chicken breast. All the guests loved the food and they loved the fact that they could order at the table and get their meal the way they want. (Side note, we interviewed with a caterer who wanted to plate all the choices on one plate whether you ordered it or not, just so they can say that they can feed all your guests at the same time within minutes-HUGE NO NO for us). The guests still talk about the food! Samy and his team went above and beyond to make our day even more perfect! I literally can keep going about Samy and his staff but at some point, the review wont sound believable anymore. My husband and I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically would recommend them for your big day! And….they have The North fork Shack in Southold! So, you can eat their food beyond just a catered event!

Our venue was just the space so we had to source everything ourselves and Creative Courses helped with all of that. We never felt like a bother or an inconvenience with our questions or ideas. The food is insanely delicious, the hospitality is even better! My guests can't stop raving about how seamless and delicious everything was. His team helped with setup and breakdown and my guests loved all the bartenders and servers. I could not imagine a more perfect wedding and that was all thanks to Samy and Creative Courses. Recommend 100 times over!!!!

When we explained that we wanted to do buffet style stations, that the bride was vegetarian and that we wanted to have fun interesting food, he not only was open to it, he was excited! Samy came up with an amazing menu for us, which became one of the highlights of our wedding. Many, many people declared this the best wedding food they had ever had and we couldn’t agree more. The North Fork is full of venues that require you to use a specific caterer and unimaginative standard plates. We are so grateful we found Samy and his amazing crew!

The timeline was executed perfectly. I knew from the first time meeting that they would do an excellent job. Of all of the things I was stressing over before the wedding, the catering was never one of them. The whole day was truly a work of art.

Pulling off family-style catering for 200 people is not an easy feat, but they did it seamlessly. We had a raw bar, deliciously fresh hors d'ouvres, so creative, our dinner was beautiful to look at and so so yummy. We had endless compliments on the food from our guests. Also worth mentioning that these caterers the are easiest people also to work with.... so sweet, attentive, accommodating, stress-free. Their staff was highly professional as well! Again, I can't say enough good things about these guys. On top of all that, their price was super reasonable and fair. I never felt like they were squeezing me....which definitely happens in the thick of wedding planning. It was really one of the best decisions we made, to go with Creative Courses out of a handful of other options. Once we decided on Samy and Ryan, wedding planning got a million times easier, and everything turned out beyond perfect!

The caterers hired by CCC to serve the event were some of the nicest and most attentive servers I have ever encountered. Samy listened to every little detail that I wanted, responded positively, and provided the service. These guys truly made our wedding ours by adding all of the unique little touches we wanted. Nothing about their service felt pre-packaged, as so many others did. I was never pressured to do something "their way". I recommend Creative Courses whole-heartedly. I had several guests tell me how they couldn't believe the way the staff handled the rain and kept a great attitude. Obviously, food is a very important part of any festivity and our guests kept raving about everything so we were very pleased. The next time we host a party, there's no question we will call them again. Another important aspect was during the planning process they were very accommodating and organized and patient with our changing requests. This is a caterer you can tell what you want and it will just happen. I recommend creative courses to any bride out there.

heir food beautiful, delicious and innovative- but they are are two of the most genuine and kind people you could ask to work with. The amount of planning, detail and thought that go into their events are undeniable- yet they make it look effortless and everything flowed seamlessly from beginning to end. I'm a vegetarian and my husband is from South Africa - - where they like to eat meat with a side of more grilled meat. Needless to say, there were a lot of various palettes to please at our party. To make things a little more challenging, we also had a family style meal. However- Samy and Ryan worked their magic like no other. Not only was there enough variety of food to fill everyone from the vegans to the carnivores at the table, but each dish was made with fresh, local ingredients capturing all the best the North Fork has to offer. Samy and Ryan's team of servers were all lovely, attentive and incredibly efficient. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and it's still the first thing anyone brings up when reminiscing about the wedding. So many people warned me that as the bride, I probably wouldn't have the chance to see, nevertheless taste the food at my wedding. Well...clearly these people haven't had the privilege of experiencing Ryan and Samy's cooking. Not only did I enjoy every bite of my meal, but the time I spent sitting and watching all my favorite people savoring the food and each others company is still one of my favorite memories of the day. Ryan and Samy created this business because they are exceptionally talented at what they do. Creative Courses Catering is now thriving because they also love what they do.
