Champagne was poured on time for toasts, cleanup was smooth and timely, and of course, the food was highly praised among our guests. ey really went above and beyond for everyone who attended our wedding. Jayne, our catering coordinator, did so much to make sure we got what we wanted for our wedding. She was amazing to work with and worked so well with our venue as well. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

We had about 100 guests and over half of them commented on how great everything was. We chose to go with strolling stations instead of a buffet or sit down dinner. The variety and options were fantastic. We got the loin of beef, Parmesan crusted chicken breasts, eggplant involving and pasta Alfredo. It was all delicious. The Parmesan chicken was the biggest hit based on feedback. We have several friends who are getting married soon and may be changing their caterer. The service and team were incredible as well. All of the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The bartenders were so great. We ran out of wine and door dashed more and they rolled with it and never skipped a beat. Would HIGHLY recommend Jayne and creative cuisine for your event?

Jayne was amazing, had great response time every time we had questions and helped us organize our timeline when we just didn't have a clue what we were doing. She attended zoom meetings with us since we couldn't come to in person appointments. She even adjusted our desert package for us so we wouldn't overpay when we found out we would have fewer guests than anticipated! Fantastic vendor.

ant the same tired pasta & sauce that I had at other recent wedding. I had the Italian/bruschetta chicken, port tenderloin medallions, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed veggies, salad, & dinner rolls. Everyone ranted how good this food was! My appetizers was the fruit display, skewered cheese & salami, & the buffalo spring rolls, this was served while we were waiting for the wedding party to get their photos taken. The caterer was on time, the servers were very pleasant, and they helped my elderly guest with their plates, they went over and above their call of duty. The catering is one of the most expensive costs of the wedding, and you get what you pay for, this is not an area to skimp on, your guests will know. I will keep Creative Cuisine in mind for my future events. And please, thank your servers and treat all your wedding vendors like you want to be treated.

The butter, brown sugar and rum sauce was so good, and the homemade vanilla ice cream was the perfect compliment. Rhonda was easy to work with, and her recommendations were spot on. Everything was wonderfully prepared, and we got so many compliments on the food!

squash pasta was a huge hit, as was the vegan gluten-free stuffed peppers. The staff was attentive during the wedding, cut the cake and plated it, as well as had all the food set up. We dropped off our decor the night before, and all the staff set it up (including centerpieces). At the end of the night, the put it all to one area to make our pack up experience easy. Jayne was extremely organized and ensure our day ran smoothly. Since our venue was the Franklin Park Conservatory, the venue coordinator and Jayne from catering were in constant communication and helped the evening run smoothly.

at ease knowing that a very major part of my wedding was being handled by Jayne. The most important aspect of catering: the food. I chose Creative Cuisine because of the huge and diverse menu that they offer. I am from Vietnam, and would like to have some Asian-inspired items at my wedding. The 2 entrees I landed on was the Gochujang chicken thigh (an off menu item), and the Teriyaki sirloin. The Gochujang chicken, despite being mildly spicy, was a hit among our guests. The DJ even made a comment on how good it was a few times. The steak was very tender, even after sitting in the warming tray for a while. The gulf shrimps that we had during cocktail hour was amazingly fresh and large. The other appetizer item, the prosciutto wrapped asparagus, was so good that we did not have any leftover. As a passionate homecook, I can tell that their ingredients are very high quality, and the food was totally worth the price. Last but not least, I would like to compliment the staffs that worked on our wedding night. They were very professional and efficient. They broke down the chairs and tables, and packed everything away really quickly at the end of the night. All we had to do was to load the decorations up into our cars. Overall, my wedding was a success because of the amazing food and excellent service from Creative Cuisine. It was money well spent for me. If good food is a priority for you, definitely go with Creative Cuisine!

Last week during the actual reception - Rhonda and her team again exceeded all expectations. Things were delivered early, there was plenty of staff support and everything was positioned to ensure a safe Covid reception. When things went awry with a partner vendor - Rhonda made things right without even asking. Again, highly recommend. Oh - how was the food - FABULOUS! We received many compliments about the food, courteous staff and how well the reception was organized.

Rhonda was super sweet from the first time we contacted her and her staff was very kind and attentive. I had so many people tell me they loved the food and wanted to know who did the catering. Several people told me it was the best reception food they had ever had. The Yankee Pot Roast was melt in your mouth amazing. Rhonda thought of everything we needed. I was a little anxious about the venue because we would be doing all the set up ourselves, including the floor plan. Rhonda made a floor plan and then we finalized it together. She came early to help with set up. We had a friend make all the deserts, and Rhonda helped me figure out what serving platters I would need, gave me a great discount to rent theirs instead of trying to piece together what I needed. Her staff set up the table and kept it stocked all night for me. We could not have had such a smooth wedding day without Rhonda and her crew. You cannot go wrong with Creative Cuisine. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

During our meeting, Samantha made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and added notes that would make our day run smoother. 4) All in all we rented table clothes and high-top bar tables, had bartender services for beer (kegs) and wine, and had Creative Cuisine cut the cake - there are so many other small things they did that's worth noting! But most importantly to note, they did everything seamlessly and exactly what we envisioned. 5) They are fantastic - why haven't you called them, yet?

decided after the tasting and hadn’t actually tasted it before the wedding. I was nervous about the change, but it was still incredibly delicious—and not a small portion like vegetarian dishes always seem to come in. My husband absolutely loved the chicken and steak entrees. Neither were dry nor undercooked. He said it was even good the next day. They have an excellent variety of food, which made it easy to meet different dietary restrictions. Our main contact, Rhonda, was so amazing. We went to our tasting in July 2018 and then in June 2019 she clearly remembered very small details that they weren’t really responsible for knowing. She made us feel very reassured every time we spoke with her. I didn’t ask for a ton of changes from our first proposal to our final details, but every time I asked for something she made updates in a very timely manner and knew exactly what I needed. I could tell that if I had asked for a ton of changes, she would have been just as patient and prompt as she was with the handful I made. There were a few times in the last few weeks running up to the wedding—when I had more stress than I knew what to do with and missed some details— when she very politely and with so much understanding pointed out discrepancies and asked for clarification without making me feel like I was putting her out or being dumb. We had a few very small but very last minute changes to guest counts and she was so flexible even though our final count had already been sent in (I’m sure this is also due in part because they were very small changes). We made a couple changes to the schedule during the wedding (moved the cake up about 30 minutes to keep things going a little better) and they were incredibly flexible and understanding and got the cake cut quickly. We had amazing vendors altogether, but these guys were by far our favorite.

r since my fiance then, was still out of the country. We really loved the food. No regrets esp on the prime rib carving station since a lot of the guests liked it too! We ordered alcoholic drinks thru them too and we had tons of leftover from it. Maybe next time for future clients- they could have asked couples to assess their guests - if they normally drink a lot or just occasionally and change the head count based on that.

food turned out very well, and I heard no complaints from any guests. I thought they did a particularly good job on on seared salmon. I did request and received four additional servers to the eight servers that were in the proposal, and I am glad I did. The service was excellent. Their prices were much more reasonable than some of the competitors, which was very important to me. I would hire them again, and recommend them to you.

Kristen worked out our menu even after we had some surprising events pop-up that caused us to have to change numbers and table arrangements a couple times. In addition, she made sure every moving piece of my reception went off without a hitch (and if something did happen, she made sure I didn't know!). The food was perfect and tasted exactly like it did at the tasting (which I've come to realize is not always the reality). I also have a bridesmaid with a pretty severe food allergy, which she accommodated with no problems or issues. I can't speak highly enough of Creative Cuisine and Kristen, and recommend them to absolutely anyone looking at them!
