le come tell us how good all the food was! We ended up doing family style serving and she made sure every guest had more than enough food. They were slightly understaffed due to our change in guest count, but she was very honest and clear with us about it and helped to find ways we could change things up beforehand to make sure it ran more smoothly the day of. Her team was also essential in the set up and take down of the wedding. She made DELICIOUS crab cakes apps, candied bacon, salmon, and steak. She also set up an oyster bar for us through a different company that was amazing. The oysters were massive and a huge hit. She also was super flexible with family and friends with food restrictions, including vegan and gluten free. And all of it was very reasonably priced too!!! Christina overall is just a great person to work with. Calm, cool, collected. She is experienced and friendly. I highly recommend Creative Cuisine!!!

n taste testing and we were SO happy with the taste test all the food was delicious! Christina understood all of the different goals for the evening from an abundant cocktail hour to dinner options that would please everyone but not be a standard wedding meal and it all turned out great! Her staff was kind and quick and the bartenders kept up with some heavy drinking and we heard many compliments about how well the staff kept up with all aspects of the night. Christina was easy to work with when it came to COVID postponement and she handled all of the rental items even when things needed to shift due to guest numbers and ceremony change requiring more chairs etc. she handled it all and it was all executed so well. Christina’s pricing is extremely reasonable, her food is delicious, and the service was amazing what more could we ask for on our big day! I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married or hosting an event in the Annapolis area!

From there out Christina proposed delicious selections for our menu and helped facilitate rentals to go along such as linens, cutlery, and glassware. Christina helped us to create a cohesive look for our rentals (linens, chargers, silverware, glassware, etc.) and visited our venue with us to discuss final details. She let us make changes leading up to the wedding and was so easy to work with. Her crab dip is absolutely incredible! We got to enjoy it twice during our wedding weekend, because she gave us some extra to go. All of the food looked beautiful and tasted fantastic at the reception. e have some pretty picky eaters and the guests haven’t stopped raving about the braised short ribs (yummmm)! Kristen did everything possible to help us create a fabulous experience for 200 people and wow what a success. My one ask was to make dinner quick and seamless and they were able to give me my wish easily. I am also gluten free with a few gluten free guests and accommodations were easily made to address our needs. If you have a chance to work with Kristen and her crew you won’t be disappointed!

sly. From the beginning, Christina was wonderful to work with - willing to help us out since we were clearly clueless, provided honest feedback, and was sincere about addressing our concerns. Prices were very fair. I gave 4 stars because at times I ran into some issues with communication. I wish communicating back and forth happened a little sooner than it did (getting back to me about final quotes, changes in menu, receipt of my emails sent, etc). I very highly recommend this vendor.

the day of my wedding were uninformed of what was expected they knew nothing about what was in the food and wasn't able to communicate to my guess properly, the ingredient cards weren't put out which lead to my friend having an allergic reaction at my reception. the process of planning wasn't reassuring things weren't communicated I went through 2 different coordinators the first one I loved the second one....... honestly wanted to switch catering companies but I felt it was too late. I have yet to receive a follow up email call or an apology for the day of my wedding.

The food was excellent!! Everyone is still talking about how delicious everything was, especially the rock fish bites. The service was amazing as well!! The staff made sure that the bridal party got to have appetizers and drinks even while taking photos. All of the staff, including the bartenders, were very personable and friendly. Even as the bride and groom, they made us a plate that had a little bit of everything, and we were fully able to enjoy a great meal during our reception. If you are looking for great food, great service, and an excellent chef, Creative Cuisine is the way to go!!!! A huge Thank you to Christina and her staff for adding that special element to help make our big day even more wonderful!!

stina and her staff are very attentive and thoughtful. They made sure to bring hors d'oeuvres around to the bridal party while taking pictures and were a great help when cleaning up all the decorations post the reception. My husband and I were very much looking forward to the food on our wedding day and Creative Cuisine did not disappoint!

ving a limited budget. When submitting requests to most caterer's they weren't interested in the "smallish" jobs and quoted us for elaborate spreads that were practically 5-course dinners. When we called Christina and explained what we were looking for, she immediately started making suggestions that sounded plausible. We scheduled our first appointment with her where she had a tentative menu already written up based on the previous conversation. After a few changes here and there to personalize them menu for our particular taste, we came up with a show-stopper. We were able to have a sampling of some of her food before hand and wished we could have served it all! The menu ranged from a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to gourmet cheeses (including brie topped with cranberries -- replacing the normal cherries because of my affinity for cranberries) to gluten free chicken dishes to quite possibly the best beef sliders I've ever eaten. Even though it was a cocktail styled reception, everyone left happy and full, complimenting us on the wonderful food. Christina came fully prepared with an excellent and efficient staff that worked tirelessly and were the friendliest catering staff I've ever met at a wedding. She made sure that my husband and I had food at our table for when we were able to sit down during our trips around the room. Christina may be a one-man show, but she knows her business and knows how to take care of her clients. I'd recommend her for any event and look forward to working with her again!
