Whether you’re envisioning a choreographed routine complete with lifts, dips, and turns, or simply want to feel comfortable and connected as you move together, we’ll tailor your lessons to match your goals, style, and comfort level. Our instructors focus on connection, communication, and confidence... helping you learn how to lead, follow, and move naturally with your partner.
We work with all types of wedding dances, from first dances to father/daughter, mother/son, and wedding party numbers. Some couples come to us wanting a show-stopping routine; others just want to learn to read each other’s body language and enjoy the moment together. - Lauren ArrazolaDance TeacherDance has always been my favorite way to connect...with music, with others, and with myself. I began with jazz, ballet, and contemporary in high school, then spent college performing with my hip hop crew, Unity Dance, which shaped my love for expression, creativity, and community. After earning my degree in Hospitality Management, I found the perfect way to combine my love for people and dance by teaching ballroom and partner styles. I love helping students feel confident, connected, and joyful on the dance floor. One of my favorite experiences as a coach was helping a student gain the confidence to dance, meet his future partner, and compete in his first ballroom competition. Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, performing, or dancing for fun, I design lessons that are engaging, personalized, and enjoyable every step of the way.
- Lexie MaloneDance TeacherDance has always been my source of joy and connection. I started with bachata and cumbia at 15 after attending my first Quinceañera, and that experience sparked a lifelong love of moving to many different styles of music. After earning my master’s degree in Oregon, I moved to Arizona, discovered hip hop, and eventually found my true passion in ballroom dancing. Just eight months after starting, I competed for the first time and brought home two gold medals. As an instructor, I create a welcoming environment where progress is celebrated and fun is at the heart of every lesson. Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, improving with a partner, or training for competition, I’m here to help you build confidence, grow your skills, and enjoy every step of your dance journey.
- Bonnie YuenDance TeacherDance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started with ballet, jazz, and contemporary in high school, then performed hip hop with the Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad and explored Brazilian Samba and aerial performance. In 2009, I discovered ballroom dancing and immediately fell in love. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve competed nationally and regionally, earning titles and teaching students of all levels. I love creating a welcoming environment where students can build confidence, have fun, and connect with their partner. Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, learning a new style, or competing, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
- Aleks TarasenkoDance TeacherI began dancing at age 6 in Ukraine and quickly discovered a love for competition and teaching. Within a few months, I competed in my first event and placed second. By my early teens, I was winning national championships and performing at international competitions, including the Blackpool Dance Festival and Dutch Open. While earning my Master’s in Sport Physiology, I also managed a top dance studio in Ukraine and taught full time, sharing my passion and experience with students of all levels. Since moving to Arizona in 2018, I’ve loved helping dancers grow in confidence, skill, and joy. Whether you’re learning your first steps, preparing for a wedding, or training for competition, I focus on making every lesson engaging, supportive, and tailored to your goals.
