mediocre photos and then refused to work with us on the picture editting. He belittled us and acted as if his professional eye was better than any one's. The major problem was that he just argued and never even attempted to address the issue. Not once did he adjust a picture after he gave us the flash drive. He's got some great photos on his walls and tells a good story up front. However, his follow through was atrocious and we would never recommend him. We would be happy to share picture examples and our story so you know we aren't just bitter. We've talked with other photo experts who have agreed. You only have one shot at finding a person who can capture that special moment. We made the wrong choice. Don't make the same mistake we did. The pictures from our guests have more potential. It's an incredibly important decision - do your research. We have many examples of pictures he gave us as his professional quality which are not printable without additional edits. I believe if you would have spent the same amount of time editing a few pictures and looking at how to make your customer satisfied we could have resolved it by now. You gave me an example of it taking five minutes to fix the picture we were looking at. So you know, we have talked with four other photo experts and all have immediately said that you over saturated the picture and the overall balance could be better. And yes- on monitors which have been recently calibrated and people who also do this for a living. How about you take a deep breath and pick a few pictures (cake, one of Anna, one of the wedding party) and see if you can edit them to YOUR liking and hear what we are asking. Take a few minutes to not argue with your client, but satisfy your client. From your own admission, the flowers are over saturated but you claim the overall picture balance is the best it can be...so what if you slightly reduce the saturation and create a better balance for what your customer would like. It could go wonders to reduce the bad taste in your customer's mouth to not argue with your customer, but show an effort. Maybe if you did, we would come back and say wow we like it the way you did it. You've only argued Everett, you have not spent a single second beyond when you gave us the flash drive to demonstrate any good will. Here's your chance. Amazing that is 'pushing' you to your end point. Spend a few minutes thinking about this without ego before responding. I appreciate the five minutes you would take for self reflection (which is the same amount of time you said it would take to edit the picture). Appreciate the consideration. Michael

price but worked with us to find a price that we were comfortable with. We took our engagement photos in the pouring rain and they turned out AMAZING. He took all of the photos and turned them into a guest book signing album. We were given all the rights to our engagement and wedding photos an truly love them. Everett was great with our guests and shot everything that we requested. He was wonderful!
