Creative Force Photography

My husband and I are so glad that we hired Creative Force Photography for our wedding. Shaun and Nancy were very responsive to us, and they knew exactly what kind of shots to take. They didn't interfere with the wedding at all, but they got photos of every moment, from preparation to the end of the reception. Even our families commented on how great they were to work with. About six weeks after the wedding, we received hundreds of beautiful, high-resolution photos. We give Creative Force Photography our highest recommendation.

Shaun Campbell and his wife Nancy were recommended to me by my wedding venue Ceresville Mansion. He is one of their preferred vendors, and I can definitely see why. Shaun's wedding photography fee is more than competitive, it is the most reasonable fee that I could find throughout all of my vendor searching (and I spoke with A LOT of photographers). He also is a member of the Frederick Area Bridal Network (FABNet) so offered me a discount because I was getting married in Frederick. Our initial consultation occurred at Ceresville--because he is a preferred vendor and is there so often Ceresville allows him to meet potential clients there which is very convenient! My then-fiance (now-husband!) and I were thoroughly impressed with his portfolio, and emailed Shaun later that evening to inform him that we would love to have him as our wedding photographer! We opted to do an engagement photo session with Shaun as well last November. He chose the location and the date because he knew when the leaves would be changing colors and would look best in photos. I am really glad we did the engagement photos because we got a chance to meet his wife Nancy and also get to know Shaun better and become more comfortable with his photography style. The engagement photos were edited and ready for us within a few weeks, and we purchased the copyrights to them because there was absolutely no way that we could choose just a selection to put in an album! The photos were absolutely beautiful. I emailed Shaun a few times throughout the rest of my wedding planning process, and then spoke with him on the phone the week before the wedding just to finalize some details. We went through a run-down of what kinds of shots we would like, which family members we definitely wanted photos with, and what time Shaun and Nancy would arrive at the Mansion on the day of the wedding. It was wonderful working with a vendor who knew the venue so well because he had lots of ideas for photos that I certainly would never have thought of and that maybe a vendor with no experience there might not have thought of either. Shaun arrived earlier than our contracted start time on the wedding day and even took some photos of my bridesmaids and I as well as my husband and his groomsmen getting ready! Shaun gave clear instructions to my bridesmaids and I as we were walking down the aisle about where he would be located, and also when we walked back up the aisle. He pulled us outside for nighttime photos outside the ballroom at the Mansion as we had requested. At that time, I was admittedly feeling like I wish I had not requested those photos because I felt as if I was missing my reception. But Shaun was so great about breezing through the different poses that it only took a few minutes and we just went back into the reception and picked up where we left off! I just cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with Shaun and Nancy! I do not have my wedding photos yet as my wedding was only about a month ago, but I am confident that they will be even more amazing than my engagement photos were!

I just want to say THANK YOU to Shaun and his wife. They were amazing to work with. They had poses that they put me and my husband in already in mind. They were flexible and listened to poses we asked for. They had the equipment to make the lighting just right for all the pictures. Well worth the money!

I have no yet received my photos (it's only a few weeks after my wedding so I'm not expecting them yet) but as far as service goes, the Campbell's were great! They coordinated with the venue well, and knew exactly how to get the most formal pictures done in the least amount of time. They were also very "out of the way" while still getting shots, and were extremely accommodating as our schedule changed around. I cannot wait to see the photos!

I had such an amazing experience with Creative Force. They were so flexible with meeting times and were able to assist in my planning! My family required LOTS of pictures and they were beyond organized and made everything flow so well that it made a daunting task go off without any issues! He is an amazing photographer and extremely pleasant to work with. I would recommend Creative Force without hesitating.

The wedding photogrpahers were great, they were able to take all of our requested photos throughout the night. The are extremely timely, friendly and professional. The photographers were able to get our photos back to us within a month of our wedding date. They also took our engagement photos, which we absolutely loved! I would reccommend this photographer to anyone looking in the Maryland area.

Shawn and his wife take the most amazing photos. My husband and I got married at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick, MD and we fell in love with it through Shawn's pictures. From day one, Shawn was nothing but helpful. We intended to have an outdoor ceremony in October starting at 6:30pm. Shawn suggested we push the wedding up a half hour due to the limited amount of sunlight in the evenings in October. This was something neither my husband and I or Ceresville had thought of. Thankfully, we listened and bumped the wedding up which ended up being perfect. After our planning phase we had an engagement photo session. The pictures turned out amazing! No one could believe how beautiful they turned out. Shawn and his wife are the perfect team. He takes all the picture and she poses you and makes any necessary changes, (i.e. hair in the wrong place, shirt needs straightened, etc.) We just got married two weeks ago and I absolutely cannot wait to see the pictures. I know they will be absolutely amazing! Creative Force is a must have on your vendor list!

He is just great to deal with, takes wonderful photographs and is comfortable to work with.
